Lowe's - appliances / refrigerator, washer and dryer

Purchased a Samsung washer and dryer and LG refrigerator Labor Day weekend (8/31). Delivery was scheduled for 10/5. We received three separate calls each time an appliance had "arrived" to the warehouse. We rescheduled delivery for 9/28. Which was difficult to do. You can't go to any Lowes and reschedule. You have to go to the store which you purchased it from. No one ever picks up the phone and no one is ever working in the appliance section. Anyways, 9/28 rolls around and the washer and dryer are delivered. No hookups (which we also purchased) or refrigerator are delivered. I do no want two separate deliveries. And why would anyone want their washer and dryer without the hookups? After calling Lowes over and over, I find out the refrigerator is not in stock and it will be 4-6 weeks until the refrigerator can be delivered. 10/4 comes and I get a call from Lowes that I have a delivery scheduled for 10/5. I ask what is being delivered, because I've been told multiple times that the refrigerator is at least 4-6 weeks out. Lowes tells me my LG refrigerator is scheduled to be delivered and I ask them to double check. Yup, no refrigerator, good thing I confirmed that. If you look at Lowes's website, they list the same refrigerator as 3-7 days delivery! LOWES FIX YOUR SYSTEM. The inventory and scheduling system is broken. So on 10/11, we go to the store to review the "comps" Lowes offered in place of the refrigerator we purchased. We purchased a 3-door French door with water/ice through the door. The "comps" we're offered is a 3-door French door with no water/ice through the door and a funky 4 door refrigerator (two on top, two on bottom). 10/11 we schedule a loaner refrigerator to be delivered 10/14. Delivery window is 4:30-8:30 pm. Around 6pm they call to tell me they cannot deliver the refrigerator. The earliest they can deliver it is 10/16. The store is 7 miles from my house. The loaner refrigerator is coming from the store's warehouse. Lowes and dropped the ball every step of the way. I would like the refrigerator I ordered. I would also like Lowes to deliver what they are supposed to deliver, when they say they're going to deliver it. Yes, I know Lowes uses a 3rd party delivery carrier, but they work for and represent Lowes. Lowes needs to make their expectations clear with their subvendors or find new ones. If Lowes, drops the ball one more time, I am never stepping into another Lowes again. I've already warned all my family and friends to never purchase anything from Lowes. I have spent countless hours on the phone and in the store wait to talk to someone. I already rearranged my schedule for four delivery/"delivery attempts" and still have to deal with the loaner delivery and the actual delivery. I am having to eat out more and I'm living out of a cooler. This is not just an inconvenience this is costing me time and money. Counting expenses and my time it's already cost me over $500. Lowes pennied out the hookups and credited me a 5 year warranty on the refrigerator. Not a fair compensation.
