I made a reservation for a rental car service 3 weeks prior to my reservation date which was 06/24/2021 for the location in Daniels pkwy Fort Myers FL. in addition, the first vehicle that I was given was a Toyota Camry which smelled heavily of cigarette smoke almost killed me, and burnt floorboard carpet with high mileage on the vehicles. Upon calling the corporate number, I was lied to numerous times about a district manager contacting me back, which no one ever did. I had received a call from the local branch employee that stated to come and return the car 30 minutes before the were closing for the day which Specifically stated and he (John) was aware that I live 1 hour and 25 minutes away which he knows it because it is on my DL and to be inconsiderate after they called me about their mistake when I suggested will he wait until I get there he replied "no we can't stay after 6". So I said wow after you guys inconvenience me now you'll don't want to be inconvenience, how sway is that? Any who, when I got to the location john decided to give me a Malibu which he stated "this is a company car" so what! It is not a Mercedes or a BMW, so humble yourself. So I drove the car to Naples to my or tho appt and the car was shaking so badly driving up to speeds of 60 mph I was like "wow" these idiots are very disappointing! I never out of my whole entire 3 years with renting have I ever ever ever experience such treatment this way on top of that they now hold "300" of your money and not "250" so I paid over $564 for some trash treatment from these idiots on top of that it was my birthday weekend and this is uncalled for! These cars are run down, smoked out, which clearly no smoking is tolerated at all! And very high mileage. 40+thousand miles on all vehicles and I never was given this top of vehicle ever which the car was a 2019 and not new because I was always given 2020 & up cars nothing older with always low mileage 2, 000 & up no higher than 6, 000. At the end of the rental date I had to call about compensation for the bad experience and john at the location replied "what would you like"? What would I like, uh duh free day & an apology. In addition that location always have new workers no one is stable working there which is a "red flag"

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
