I've been shopping & donating to Good Will for many, many years. I went yesterday after a break in shopping. After an hour, I had filled my cart with maybe 30 pieces of clothing to try on. Imagine my dismay in learning all the fitting rooms had been removed. When I questioned one of the associates, I was told they removed fitting rooms a few months prior and no longer allow you to try on clothes before you buy. And their new return policy was return for exchange only within 3 days. I was like "are you kidding me? I would have to buy all 30 items and EXCHANGE the ones that don' fit?... within 3 day!?! Thats crazy! Goodwill gets all their merchandise for free. This sounds pretty greedy to have such a strict policy all of a sudden. Why can't you give at least 7 days to exchange? Needless to say, I left my full cart sitting there and walked out of the store empty handed. You have lost me as a customer and as a contributor forever. I will never shop and Goodwill and I will certainly never donate to them again; financially or otherwise. Very, very disappointed.
Desired outcome: PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RETURN POLICY!

ABSOLUTELY AGREE! Something is very wrong with Goodwill check out the shopgoodwill.com website Holy Moly batman rings gold Jewely $5K $10K $23,000 rings and they are a non profit? Longtime buyer myself, I just won two auctions as in the past auctions goig to the same address can be combined and the shipping cost adjusted.. WELL NO MORE! Instructions and phone #'s have been removed I know for a fact past instructions have been DO NOT PAY AS YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED, CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT FIRST.. I did, and got a lame BS reply sure we'll combine the shipment in one box..but NOT one word about the super inflated shipping price so I must pay for basically 8 lbs is almost 40.00 to CA when another Goodwill store EVEN farther West from CA is 16.00 to 19.00 for item actual weight 3.5 lbs shipping weight is upped to 10 lbs and when asked Goodwill says Fed-ex is by volume not weight I have read in another complaint the Fed-ex said otherwise. I urge everyone go to shopgoodwill.com and cruise the items check the weight and see how inflated it is and GOOD LUCK with customer support ..also check out list of complaints and negative comments on the goodwill page on Face Book.. Laughable. This journey started 9/19 today 9/28 I received an email pay or be suspended .. NOT PAYIN 40.00
