Goodwill Industries review: Horrible customer service 1

I have never experienced treatment like at this Goodwill Outlet on Gandy in St. Petersburg, FL. The staff has all kinds of unwritten rules (not posted) such as stand in a line, don't shop, line up, only can exit and enter through the same roped off section, no phone/facetime use etc. etc. They are constantly yelling and threatening customers. The man at the register today was yelling to a customer "STOP SLANDERING ME! DONT ASK ME QUESTIONS IM SO OVERWHELMED". He appeared to be having a breakdown or panic attach but the manager on duty did not offer help of relieve him. It was a nightmare!
