I have not received my first or second month incentive checks. I sent images of my checks to my case manager, who has since left the company, along with a request for about $40 in gas reimbursement. This was for a trip to Los Angeles to meet with my former case manager, who told me to submit a gas receipt when i get gas on the way back for reimbursement as a favor for driving the distance to sign my school papers, even though my school is in Van Nuys and I live in Sun Valley. I sent it and never received a check for that. I submitted these while employed at Domino's. I was informed that all caseloads had pending or unreceived gas/incentive checks, which seemed odd to me. Additionally, it took four months to enroll me in my CMA class. Despite meeting with three employees from this program, I was not informed about gas receipt reimbursements until I received an email on June 6, nearly a year and two jobs later. I am unable to receive other incentive checks, despite having worked there for over six months, because I am no longer employed there. The image I received was a screenshot without any incentive requirements. Probation mentioned they provide gas cards for participants, but I was told they do not. After submitting all checks to the program manager, I was informed I do not qualify. The past few months have been challenging; I was evicted from an illegal unit with a one-year-old, while working, attending school, and facing harassment from my landlord. Now homeless, I have informed my case managers, yet I still lack resources and guidance.

What you're dealing with is truly heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. You've been through so much, from not receiving your incentive checks to dealing with gas reimbursement issues and delays in your enrollment. Goodwill Industries should be providing support, not making your life more difficult. The lack of communication and accountability from their side is astounding, especially given your current situation. You've shown incredible resilience, balancing work, school, and taking care of your child, all while facing eviction and homelessness. Keep pushing for what you deserve, make your voice heard, and ensure they understand the gravity of your situation. You deserve better treatment and the support you were promised. Stay strong and don't let them off the hook until they make things right for you.
