I am a former employee and know that the Goodwill in Troy, AL has no heater whatsoever. The employees are forced to work in harsh weather conditions with temperatures lower than 35 degrees during the winter months. The back of the store where donations are handled has no heat with employees expected to work in those conditions. Alabama experienced severe weather from a snowstorm that impacted road conditions for an entire week, at which employees were expected to return to work in the middle of a state of emergency for Pike County. January 20th-24th 2025.
Desired outcome: I want the district manager to be reprimanded for this inhumane treatment and fired.

You want yoru supervisors to be reprimanded. You need to be reprimanded for acting like a toddler and throwing a temper tantrum.
You all need to quit. If they have no one working then they will be forced to take actions and provide better conditions.
