Goodwill Industries review: Several personal card, identifying information

My purse was accidentally put into a donation bin. I called within 15 minutes of dropping it off after I realized it. I was told that they would locate it and call me. I called them 5-6 times over the following 2 weeks and also went into the store. Each time I spoke with someone I was told it took a very long time to go through their donations. Finally after 3 weeks, I went into the store and found my EMPTY wallet on the sales floor. When I asked a manager she stated she was on vacation and had no idea. I questioned why my wallet was emptied when it clearly had identifying information in it and she did not have an answer. In summary, my purse and wallet which both had personal items in it, and they were aware I was looking for, was emptied and put on the sales floor without contacting me.
