I stopped by Lowes on Tuesday to buy a few boards. When I was cashing out, I was telling Mark how awful Randy is. I sent my guys to buy wood on Monday and a have a couple sheets of plywood ripped. The cuts were so rough we had to sand the edges in order to use them. It's no wonder your saw breaks so often. In my business, we don't abuse our tools. Maybe that's because we pay for them.
Randy obviously hates his job. He complained to my guys how awful Lowe's is because he had to man the saw and had to stay late.
Mark apologized for Randy's behavior and asked me to give Lowes another chance. He said Lowe's prides itself on great customer service and this must just have been an anomaly.
Maybe this anomaly should be working at Walmart or Home Depot, where rudeness is the norm.
By the way, while I was cashing out, one of your customers was selling $100.00 Lowes gift cards for $75.00 cash. Mark never said a word. He just made eye contact with me and shook his head, "NO". Mark saved me $100.00.
Desired outcome: Stop putting Randy on the saw, get him an attitude adjustment or get him out of the Pro area. My employees don't need the hassle.
