I have been getting the run around for over 4 weeks since my ac went out. I have had chw for over 10 years. I live in ga and it has been in the 90's everyday. I have lung problems and they now because I told them.
If you ask to speak to a manager its not gonna happen they will put you on hold
They harasse you when its time to renew, I get 2 to 3 call per day asking to renew, emails also. 3 to 4 months till its my renewal date.
Sales will be rude if you dont want to renew 3 to 4 month ahead of time
If you dont renew they will send you an email saying they gonna take your credit card without your authorization they saved on file which is a illegal practice and renew for you.
Desired outcome: Leave this company alone
