7-Eleven - Horrible service

Their computer ordering system is terrible. There was no way for me to customize my sandwich order. I had to verbally tell the lady what I wanted. There was no one else ordering at the time, so I didn't think my order would be that hard to remember. Aparently, it was. I asked for italian sub, just the meat and cheese, no dressing, on white. I got the veggies, dressing, all on wheat. I don't expect a lot from a convenience store, but this is completely unacceptable. Also, their corporate website doesn't have an area to lodge complaints.

This is like the second time this has happened, that I have been rung up for something that I never bought. I'm partly to blame for the simple fact that I didn't notice until my husband showed me the receipt that asked what that was, however I had already gotten home and I know they wouldn't have refunded me (how would they actually know if I had purchased it or not.) Anyways it should have never happened in the first place. I don't know if they guy in front of me bought something and changed his mind and I somehow had to pay for the thing he didn't want. But it's really ANNOYING and makes me look like I'm lying to my husband. Lesson to all make sure you get what your paying for.

It's a shame that 7-11 has spent millions of dollars advertising the "Free Slurpy Day" in celebration of their 84th birthday and come to find out that the 7-11 close to my neighborhood shut the free slurpy day down at 11:30 am on the 11th of July. False advertisement is what it is. They lure you into thinking you are going to get a free slurpy but hell no. I've spent a lot of money at 7-11 but not anymore. How can a store quit giving away the free slurpy by 11:30 in the morning. The free slurpy deal was supposed to be from 12 noon on the 11th till 12 noon on the 12th. This damn store didnt follow the rules and they quit before it even started. The store is run by an idiot. This makes 7-11 in general look BAD. Keep up yoour poor performance and I'll gladly take my business to the local Loaf-N-Jug. You bet. They have better everything there and their stores dont stink with incompetence.

Went to 7-11 opened the beer cooler tried to take some out and they fell at me, one striking me in the head...my son went to get the cashier. My son said their was a spill the cashier said What THERE IS NO SPILL. My son said no my mom was hit in the head by some beer and they are spilling...he comes over to me saying oh great now I have to clean up this mess...now I smell like beer and the 7-11 people will think I have been drinking without any lack of concern for me the customer who was hit in the head. I told him you have the camera shot of me getting hit in the head..then he says oh are you ok? Then he states to another customer that he had no lunch its been busy and relief was coming at 5 pm...this happened at 3:15 on Friday July 20. 2017.

So you have been drinking, and you were clumsy and unbalanced which made you drop the beer on your head. If you had been sober this would not have happened.

Donna freeze, what is rude is people like you not bothering to get a job and using our money to feed yourself. I can't believe you have the nerve to complain about them just following policy. it is not their fault you overspent on your food stamps card. If you don't bother getting a job then she has every right to make an example out of you. I think instead of boycotting that store they will gladly go back. Telling you no is not rude. Following policy is not rude. However using people's tax money to buy food, and not bothering to get a job is rude and disrespectful.

Also if you are on food stamps why do you have internet access? Is our tax money paying for that?

I was in the 711 on veterans highway in levittown pa...I was getting some food and I went to use my food stamp card but i only had 4.00 on it I was told in a VERY rude way by the owner of the store I must spend 5.00 in order to use my card ..I told her I only had 4.00 on there but I wanted to pay for my hot dog and chips and soda she rudely said to me oh well then you cant have it...and threw the hot dog in the trash right in front of me and other people that were there...I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life...therefore I would like to file this complaint...and will never go to that 711 again also I let alot of my friends and family know how she treated me and ask them to boycott that 711

Thats it i've had enough of Big Business not doing what they say they will do. Iam now on the phone on a conference call to The Baez/Cheney Law Firm trying to determine if the actions of 7-11 are criminal & they have informed me that If the State is seeking the Death Penalty to call them back.

I agree with this guy and top of it 7-11 should only be open from 7AM to 11PM or they should change their name, I know let’s file a class action lawsuit and only settle for a lifetime supply of cherry slurpees, not the Coca Cola ones just Cherry. We will have Craine, Poole, and Schmidt represent us.

7-11 is not subway, if you want to make your own sandwich go there. However, if the sandwich maker said that she would make you one than it should have been done right, or she should have said no. Perhaps the issue would be resolved quicker and better if you went to the manager instead of trying head office.

If you go to the website there is a place to lodge complaints under CONTACT US.

I just got home from a 7-11 in vancouver wa, I got some nacho's with cheese & tomatoes . the tomatoes were bad so I called the store and was told thay would check them, when I asked if I could bring them back and get some without tomatoes I was told NO and that I was out of luck. So I was looking for a place to complain to with no luck.
