Dollar Tree - manager

I (Mari) am/was an employee of Dollar Tree & have had numerous issues with my manager Clarissa Moore. Most recent incident 09/01/2019. I contacted Clarissa to change my requested time off because Clarissa scheduled me to work on those times. When I initially contacted (soon as I saw she scheduled me) her she was too busy to talk. I waited a day or so & tried to ask again w/ no resolve again. I went into the store Sunday 09/01/2019 to make a purchase & she was there so I approached her to let her know I was not able to work the days & see if she could find someone else to cover. Immediately Clarissa rudely yells at me "I am having a bad day & I don't have time to deal with this!" I said to her "I am just trying to notify you that the days you have me scheduled is time I requested off & I want to make sure you have coverage for those days." Clarissa again raises her voice & rudely states " I am having a bad day & don't want to talk about this but you can just call if you want to I don't care!" My cousin walks over & says to Clarissa "you don't have to speak to her that way". Clarissa says something to the nature of me texting her about how rude she was to me & that I should not have texted her cellphone because I shouldn't have her cellphone number. My cousin says "well if she should not have your cell phone number why did you initiate giving her your number to begin with & contacting her that way?" Then Clarissa states " I am talking to Mari & I am not done!" I left the store & went home to talk to my mom about the matter who informed me to let Clarissa know that she does not have to talk to me in such in a manner & so I did & again she was irate in responding to me. My mother informed me to get my apron & name tag; return to the store;wait for her there & this is my last day.
Whenever Clarissa wanted me to work earlier than my shift, come in on my day off or go to Wal-Mart/ run other personal errands for her on my shift I did that with no complaints or fuss. To be treated this rudely over trying to fix an error with my requested/approved time off is ridiculous & uncalled for. I have gone over & beyond what the handbook suggests at Dollar Tree. No where in the handbook did it say I would be disrespected or trashed by a manager because she is having a bad day. I did not apply at Dollar Tree to be mistreated or disrespected. If there was better protocol to submit time off rather than writing it on paper or via text message this could have been avoided. Yet it seems no rules are really followed in this store by either manager. So when a simple problem arises managers who should be able to handle situations can or do not.
I have bad days & yet I did not let it effect how I interacted with my coworkers/manager. It is not a co workers if a manager is having a bad day yet the manager should be concerned with a co worker having a bad day to ensure that the store flows properly. This is not my first encounter ( I've had several over small matters) with a rude manager over a simple problem yet it is definitely my last. I have even reached out to the manager over my managers with no resolve.
I do not know if anything will be done in regards to this matter however, I wanted to inform someone so that maybe the managers can receive proper training & so that other employees do not have to endure this rude behavior (as others have) at this location over and over again.
