Dollar Tree

I have noticed one of the management team members smelling of alcohol on a number of occassions. The name on his badge is Elmo. Normally when I go into the store, I am never greeted upon entering. The only team members that will greet me is Ethan or Matt. On one occassion, I went in, got what I needed, proceeded to the check out, and waited for over 10 minutes. I could hear laughing and carrying on coming from the office area, but did not see anyone while I waited. Several customers came into the store, looked around, saw me, did not see any employees, asked me where everyone was, and I told them, "I don't know, I am waiting for someone to come check me out". When a young lady finally came out of the office and came over to ring my up, she never apologized, she just rang me up and sent me on my way. I have noticed on other occassions that even though the team member never spoke to me, that while they were waiting on me, they were talking to and carrying on with people in line behind me. I am not saying they are racist, but I am white and they were African American.
