Store number 4260 manager Jess does no work all day, she hides in office with only 1 employee working and they expect employees to ring 100+ customer, fill pop cooler, do all go backs, stock many boxes answer phone, clean floors all in 5 hours! That is far too much work for 1 person who has no help from managers here! Managers here hide in office scared to do work and refuse to help ring customers. Rains has said at employee Vina constantly and calls her mean names and belittles her as Rains screams at her for doing her job! Rains is bad bad manager, deserves to be terminated for all evil she has done here! He then grabs his private yelling at poor teen girl using disrespectful language including sexual dialogue. There is no music in store so its easy to hear people conversations. I was in the same aisle this took place and another customer witnessed this too, shaking her head disgusted. Very unprofessional! This store is super nasty boxes blocking aisles, nasty carpets stained everywhere, only 1 cashier working as managers [censored] around texting. Worst management I have ever seen, and to witness this happen in front of a line of customers, so disrespectful and alarming that a manager could do that! Physically assaulted a little girl by dragging her then throwing her violently against the front door! Shame on you! Manager Andrew must be Terminated after that! The manager here Spanish lady name is Jessica Meija Fires employee for not showing up few days in a row, but keeps another employee who has not called, not kept contact with manager and has been gone for over 3+ months this employee is still employed. So manager Jessica keeps an employee who does not contact her for over 3 months, but fired an employee after 3 days of not showing up for their schedule?!? This does not make sense! Why isn't the employee who refused to call for 3 months not fired also? 3 months of no show, no contact with manager but Jessica has soft spot for this one employee telling other managers she is going to keep that employee around and is too scared to fire her because that employee is "nice person". So manager Jessica continues to keep this employee after 3 months of no calls, no show for work!, but decides that 3 days of no show no call is more serious, so she immediately fired that employee! Keeps the employee who does not keep in touch with manager for 3 months and told other managers she (Jessica) is too scared to fire that employee because that employee is "nice person" so Jessica Meija Will continue to keep the "nice person" for many more months to come!?! Why does this employee get treated differently than any other employee who works here? All employees should get the same treatment as the "nice person" give us 3 months off, with no contact and we still have a job here?!? Jessica Meija makes up excuses and barely knows what to do here, she sits in office watching shows on her phone literally all day! Does very little work here and refused to fire an employee who has NOT been to work in 3 months and still keeps that employee instead of firing that employee!
