On 2-10-23, I went to have my windshield replace through my insurance company. After awhile, the repairman told me to come to the back. He showed me a chipped area with a small dent. He said he wanted to show me before he started because that's the area he "works at." I told him it wasn't there before and that I've been hand cleaning my windshield to avoid damaging my wipers. He stated another person took pictures of it when I initially brought it there Tuesday. We continue to disagree. I left and waited for the receptionist, Connie to come from the shop. I asked for the pictures. She told me to come back on Monday and talk to the manager. I told her that I want to see them now but she refused. Awhile later, the repairman summons me back to my car again stating he believed a branch fell on my car. I told him I use my garage and I know he did it. He became upset, started pacing then yelled at me "I wish I never touched your vehicle!" I left and called their complaint line and reported it all and was informed she was contacting people in charge. I asked the repairman his name and informed him that I was reporting him. Even after Connie was informed corporate stated to get the pictures, she didn't. After going back and forth, Connie stated there were no pictures. The lady was still on the phone and heard it too. Someone called me back. I informed him of this incident, his staff damaged my car and lied about previous pictures. Steve stated he had the pictures, all of them with the exact time it was taken. I checked again because he was talking about multiple pictures. I began crying and yelling because I saw even more than what was shown to me earlier. We met on 2-10-23, he showed me pictures and claim they were taken BEFORE the guy worked on my car. I asked why did he have me come there knowing I'm getting over double pneumonia only to show me pictures? They were taken after 3p.m. when my appointment was at 2. I told him that this wasn't over and left.
