I rented a car from enterprise on 1/28. I requested a mini suv, but when I got there they did not have what was requested so they found me a Toyota Corolla that already had the vehicle maintenance light on already and also had a flat tire, but I still rented it. I returned it later that night and this morning they stated that the car smelled like Marijuana in which I do not smoke and I had my 4 year old daughter with me. This was at the Arden, NC office and Josh was the representative. They stated that the bumper was hanging and it was not and the smoke odor. I feel very discriminated against and treated wrong. I have been renting cars from you guys for years for business and this is what I get in return. I feel robbed because there is no proof. He also stated it smelled like a pound? How would you know? I don't even know what a pound smells like. I don't smoke.
Desired outcome: My deposit back
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Wait until you get pulled over and the car searched because of the marijuana smell you rented the car with. I worked there and saw people arrested when the cops found the weed in bulk in the car doors.
