I called to place an order I gave the person on the phone my address (I live in nc) she put that I live in ga. I called fedex to fix the situation they said no problem it will be rerouted. I called this past saturday to have the 1800 customer service to double check she said yes it would be coming to my home again in nc. Guess what the package was delivered to an apartment in ga where I do not live nor did I state that was my address. I get a text that says your package was delivered to ga. I have asked for fedex to go get it bc the resident that lives in ga found my package. I call fedex again they tell me that bc I am not the supplier nor am I lowes will they actually go and pick up the package. You know what really sucks that was a gift for my son to be able to go on a boy scout camping trip that this company will not assist in getting this to go to the right address. Nor will your system reorder what I paid for to send us out another. Oh no! You cant do that I have to wait 7-14 business days for me to get my money back to reorder something I didnt get wrong in the first place.
Desired outcome: you guys did you should have immediately reordered my bag to the store so i could pick it up and you should be out here cleaning up your own mess instead of me.
