7 eleven employee very rudely approached me as I was attempting to refill my cup with ice which I have had no problem doing and paying for the normal regular price of a refill. Not only did he approach me with an attitude speaking very aggressively to me, but when I asked him what the problem is with me doing my normal refill that I’ve only began doing this last week, paying the normal resale price of $1.07 for you kept getting louder and louder, speaking more and more aggressively, and when I questioned him whether he was the owner of the store he said he was the manager right ask him again, so do you want to store? He said S S. I’m the manager I’m the manager he said, proceeded to follow me outside and stand extremely close to me, attempting to put his hands on me and pumped me with his chest . I have not had a problem with the 7-Eleven and I’ve been shopping here for the past week and a half off and on this man either just had a bad day, or is very, very rude towards. I don’t know people of the opposite race of himself. The interaction was very unexpected and uncalled for and he stated that I was going to have to pay the price of 4 cups if I wanted to get my normal refilled ice. He is very lucky he is almost caused a fight in which case I would’ve been forced to defend myself and if not for another customer who stepped in and got involved there’s no telling what could have happened. I am aware of
Desired outcome: I expect to be able to refill my regulated sold by 7-Eleven refill cups as I have been normally doing so without being assaulted by a random employee who says that he’s the owner of the store which is not. My phone number is [protected]
