I am a long time customer of Goodwill
I want you guys too o see the location of goodwill at 7940 south valley view boulevard it is clearance center
One of the manager Banned me to this location
Let me tell you the story:
It is the clearance center lot of customers everyday, lot of them seems like they owning the place
What happened is I push my cart to the very end of the store and found out that someone pushing at the very back my cart and replacing in their cart so I confronted them but instead they talking in Spanish to the point I lost I found out also that the cover of my cart and some items was missing
So by that without any means I starters to upset and admitted that I flip my offer to them the person who pushing them out my cart, but that incident brought the attention of the manger asking me to leave I asked the manager why?
Why she's not asking what happened first before she call security but the person seems like not security
Also I have items that left on the cart and let them know that I pay it then I can leave but what they doing is they not letting me to pay my items they drag me to go out of the store with other girl and telling me that I can't come back on that store anymore
Mathis is not right and this is not tolerated
Supposedly the manager pacifiy the situation before kicking me out of the store and telling me that never allowed to come back anymore
This place is lot of children that they allowing them to run even theres a lot of pereshable items, glass that possibly accidentally cut on the hands of those kids,
Lot of them making this place as they territory but the manager allowing them that happened
They are so aggressive and very violent, please investigate this and if you want an evidence please someone to see the situation inside of the store, and even you checked on the record lot of the employee also never been staying longer to work their because of miss management, you will see once you send se one to see the situation inside with your two eyes,
This is not right because I'm nit doing anything wrong the reason why I flip my hands because they talking in Spanish to the point I can't understand what they trying to say and they always doing that owning the place, this place also lot of them allowing them to eat inside of the store lot of the customer not wearing facemask and lot of things going on send someone and you will see what I'm talking about
