I purchased 3 appliances in April 2019. A whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range, with a 5-year protection plan on all three machines. During covid, my refrigerator was not working and a repair man was sent to my home multiple times without being able to fix the problem. Then nothing, I never heard from Lowes again for weeks until I called and asked if the parts were in and when the repair man was scheduled to come back. They said,"Oh we bought you out and you should be getting a credit soon." Fast forward to the end of August 2022, and my dishwasher has flooded my house. I called Lowes and they preceded to tell me that the extended warranty for the dishwasher was null and void because they bought out my dishwasher, and just the range and the refrigerator were on the plan. I explained that the refrigerator was bought out and the dishwasher and range should still be covered. They said they will have to do ao contract search. Weeks later they finally rectified the situation and again tried to fix the dishwasher to no avail. They bought me out of the dishwasher on 11/2022. January 28 20223 my gas range stopped working filling my house with gas. I called Lowes and again they gave me a claim # and said an email will be sent to me within 24 hours.
1/31/2023 no email and I called Lowes and was told they have already bought out my range on 11/2022. UGH! No! you bought me out of my dishwasher, again they have to do a contract search. They insisted they bought our range, I asked for them to look at the service notes, it was for my dishwasher. They insisted it was for my range (it has never been serviced) They said they have to do another contract search! I have spent countless hours on the phone, spent months without a dishwasher, and now the same thing is happening again with my range. Please help!
Desired outcome: To have my range fixed or replaced.
