Your store is based on people donations and generosity of some good people. You are taking advantage of people's generosity and harassing your customers and accusing them of something they haven't done because I think especially the managers are the one stealing and mislabeling the items and wanted to bully and indirectly threatening their customers. I am the advocate for one of your shoppers at Wilsonville store. She was treated so badly with disrespect from the customer service and the manager at Wilsonville, OR. I'm requesting for termination of the manager at your Wilsonville store. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Desired outcome: I will let anybody knows to don't dentate to your store especially one of your big donor is my close friend.
