Safeway - Customer service

2120 Mt. Rushmore Rd, Rapid City, SD Safeway store. Yesterday (07/23/24) I bought some pop and when I got home, I saw that it was not on sale as I thought. I went back this morning and talked with Kathy and she said I needed to bring in the 4, 12 packs of pop to get a refund. The morning of 5/19 (9:30 a.m.) I erroneously purchased coffee BEANS instead of ground coffee and on the morning of 5/28 I returned to the store with the bag of coffee beans and my receipt.
