Yesterday I visited the Dollar Tree store on 4045 Elvis Presley Blvd in Memphis TN at around 6:45 pm. I witnessed a manager by the name of Dominique discipline a cashier by the name of Tierra in front of over 10 customers in her line. She told her that the night before that she didn't clean up around her station or put up her re-shop & someone else told her to write her up but she would let it slide this time & to make sure she does what she is supposed to do to close up tonight & she will forget everything else. She told the cashier this in front of 10 customers in line, in a rude loud & condescending tone. This is something that should have happened when there were no customers in the store of in the manager's office. This was very unprofessional of a manager & not acceptable behavior for someone in a managerial position.
