I ordered a mirror online from BBB and it arrived today, 4/2/21. When I gently laid the box down to open it I could hear broken glass. I called the Dallas store and asked Steve, the manager if I should open it or just send it back. He said open it and if it was broke to call the 1-800 number for returns. The 1-800 # goes straight to Manila. After calling the Mansfield, TX store Manager and getting the same lame response I called the 1-800 number again and spoke with an American named BJ who promptly issued me a full refund and said to discard the broken mirror and I did not have to send it back. Both of the store manager insisted there was nothing they could do to help and I would have to either haul the broken mirror to a local store or FedEx and send it back. I will NEVER shop BB&B again and will make sure my story goes viral for anyone else who might be considering using their online option. Good Customer Service in America is dead!
