They excelled in shipping a car from one city to another. They kept me informed at every step. The pickup driver was amiable and supportive. The delivery driver was outstanding! It was my first time, and he ensured it was hassle-free. They performed admirably.

We used UZ Auto Trans Inc for relocating my Tacoma to Reading, PA. The office kept us informed, followed by updates from the driver, who was very polite and considerate. The entire process took 7 days, with the truck arriving 2 days ahead of schedule. I would opt for UZ's services in the future.

The car got picked up on time and arrived safely, so they get some stars. But the rest of the experience was pretty bad. UZ said they would deliver it on July 2, but their driver decided to take the whole long weekend off without telling me. He planned to bring it on Tuesday the 6th, which was four days late. The driver and the office didn't bother to communicate with me at all. I only found out because I called to ask when it would arrive. After I pushed their manager and had our broker contact them, they finally agreed to deliver it on the original date. Luckily, the driver had another pickup nearby, so maybe I got lucky. If not, we would have had to complain to their office because we planned to go on a trip on the 4th and couldn't cancel our tickets and hotel rooms. I expect the people I hire to do their job and keep their promises. I won't use UZ again because they don't keep their word. Their promises mean very little to me now. They can make all the excuses they want, but a driver breaking their written promises for a holiday is not okay.

the most shady company. Supposed to have a car 7 day ago and everyday is another excuse. Will never use again.

Horrible experience with this company, they have damaged my vehicle during transport and refused to take liability for it. After facts presented this company keeps negligently denying and refuses to provide insurance information nor covers their caused damage. Extremely disappointed.
