V Shred Not worth the $4,000 Never had custom food plan or exercise plan in 5 month

So, I watched the video's. Vince choosing pizza over salad. I thought this can't be that bad. Just everything in moderation if working out, right? No. I spoke with the guy via zoom who try's to sell you the program in Feb. Its July now. I told him MULTIPLE times that I really just need accountability. So, I bought the most expensive option. I figured it would be easier on my phone than going to the gym.

So I meet my trainer. She tells me she can change my food and exercises as desired. I told her I did not like all the low fat options. Took her a couple weeks to change that. She changed like two things. I told her on day one that I do not have a gym so my workouts had to change. She acted as if I was a problem and asked if I could buy equipment. I told her I am not buying anything as I was told I did not have to when purchasing the 4k program. It took her a while to do that as well. I also was sick and did not respond to her weekly automated emails. So, accountability was not an option either which is why I purchased the program. So, within the time allowed I reched out to the person who sold me the program, I said I would like to cancel the program. A Colton reached out to me and we talked. He seemed to understand how it was not working out and sold me on another trainer. I have been patient and welcomed the offer. I met with the new trainer on 6/8/23. Went over everything on zoom. We discussed I would start the next day and that she would change the menu as it was chicken for every meal. Again, no change to the menu. I never heard back from her. On 6/26 I reached out to Colton via email and said I have not heard from her and I would like to cancel. I received and email back from Colton's email, but it was my new trainer who typed. She said that she was waiting on me to give her my start date. Which I gave to her on our call. I wrote back and said I gave it to her and I just would like to cancel. I never heard back from her. All I got was an automated email saying she was changing position and asked if I would like a male or female coach. I responded with I just would like a refund. So, I was given a male coach the next day. I messaged him, saying I would like a refund. Now I am being told by Ryan via emails I was supposed to cancel within 72 hours of purchasing the program. You don't even meet your coach within 72 hours though. It took me weeks with my second coach as she was not available on her calendar via zoom...we will see where this goes. They also charge you via a loan, so you cannot dispute with your credit card company. If you choose not to pay you credit score goes down and you fight with a third party, not vshred. They must know they they are a scam to do this. Today is 7/10/23 for time reference to dates I provided.

Recommendation: This is for people who never tried eating healthy or working out. BUT, it is also a scam. You will not eat pizza over salad.

V Shred WARNING This is a scam

I haven't even started the program yet and I am sorry I clicked and gave my credit card info. The video said I would be able to start in 20 seconds after purchasing. Well, that is not true. They keep making you watch more and more videos to buy more and more things before they give you the program you purchased. I have been made to watch videos for 45 minutes so far and still have not received my original purchase. I want to cancel, but I can't even get info to do that because they keep making me watch more and more videos before they confirm my order.

Recommendation: DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THESE SCAMMERS. YOU WILL LOSE YOU MONEY

V Shred Never get the product and never get the confirmation of my acquisiton even I was debited. No answer from VShred

I bought the product for USD 67 and I was forced to buy another USD 9.90/monthly (they say if you can´t come back you can be double charged) with the promisse you can cancel it later. (This was awful).

I never received the product, not an email confirming the purchase, not an answer for my emails.

It´s really disapointing. I feel cheated.

I should have looked at the reviews for V-shred before clicking the video. I was in awe at first that he claimed to have a program designed for my specific body type and how cardio would be completely cut out because it wouldn't be effect. Once I realized I couldn't back out and kept getting up sold by smoke and mirrors I regretted ever clicking on the video in the first place. I looked into the app and realized that CARDIO was one of the main "customized" work outs in the plan. What a complete lie. In the video that talks about how his mom struggled which I don't believe is even true at this point. I emailed them for a full refund. Also come to find out that it wasn't said with the customized meal plan that there is no "refund" which is completely ridiculous seeing as everything else is supposedly refundable and seeing as I contacted before ever receiving meal plan. Also, how is it that they don't have a check out cart before charging a card that most business do? Also, unaware that it's supposedly a reoccurring charge for membership when in the video it states a ONE time purchase as well as no place to cancel the 9.99 fee for the private group. The supplements as well I didn't even realize I would be charged as much as I was. I also have two emails stating I was charged twice at $147.00 for the meal plan and woman's weight loss and never even received a recipient for the supplements but called my bank card and 270$ was charged off of my account. I'm a single mom that was hopeful of just being healthy for my future and my kiddos I went out on a limb and I should have known better. I also have lupus and just wanted something to help with a longer life span. Never did I think I'd fall into a business that's all smoke and mirrors. I just want all the money that was taken off my card refunded back.

I bought the $57 package and I tried to log on and I do not have my credentials to log in. When I request them (5 times) I get no response from anyone. I am not impressed with the way they treat clients once they have their money. I want my money back and Im not interested in excuses.

I have seen the ads for about 3 years now? I started going back to the gym recently and have lost about 10lbs so far. I have been seeing these ads over and over like a broken record. If a company shows this many ads and 1 coworker has been doing the workouts it has to be worth looking into. I looked, I purchased but decided to seek out input from reviews posted. I saw some of the routines others made fun of and was like WOAH. I'm not trying to mess my body up from improper lifts so I decided to go for the 30 day refund. I mean 5 minutes after the purchase. Not even thinking the purchase was finalized because it never even verified I wanted to buy it since it was still selling me stuff page after page. I only spent the $57 contacted them through the help and messaged them. Sent the email like they asked and it was an automated response with no indication of acknowledgement to my request to cancel. Mind you, I hadn't even opened the links for any of the package purchased and it was the refundable items listed. Still nothing and waiting for them to even acknowledge my request and simply give me my guaranteed refund as promised.

After purchasing this program, it became clear that it was just a platform to sell supplements and a laundry list of YouTube videos. It simply was not for me. The company has a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked and upon submitting several requests, I have not been contacted or received a refund. It has been over th 24 hour timeline to which they claim to respond and I would just simple want my money back. Terrible customer service.

I stumbled across this website online and painfully watched the 15 minute video. I ultimately decided to buy the plan but after my purchase, and the money deducted from my account, I was forced to watch an additional video in order for my order to be processed. Of course the additional video was another up-sale that I was forced to watch and could not skip. At this point, I'm sorry I even made the purchase. As I'm writing this review I'm still suffering through the video! I want my money back.

I'd give negative stars if I could. If your lucky enough to read this before your purchase. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. I thought I was smart and read some reviews before I purchased. But apparently I am an idiot because I ignored all the negative ones and purchased the "90-Day Fat Loss Extreme" and a "Custom 4-week meal plan" anyway. I honestly figured people had buyer's remorse and were just complaining.
I felt safe buying because they had a 30-day money back guarantee if you're not happy. Well, what they do not tell you is that only a select few things qualify for this return policy. The meal plan does not. Shame on me for not looking up the fine print..
Anyway, turns out V Shred customer service is the actual worst. I have sent four emails to date, first one was 8 days ago with no response. I did get an automated email saying they'd respond in about 24 hours... obviously that hasn't happened.
The "custom meal plan" is a joke. It's supposed to be four weeks of content, but instead they assigned me to a trainer who appears very young, who made a 7 day plan and stated it was to be repeated for the four weeks. PLUS, the 7 day plan was not complete. She left multiple snack options open for my choice. It also had zero reflection of being built off of my body type and lacked any explanation of why the macros were calculated the way they were. I honestly think it was a "plug and chug" plan that is basic at best.
The workout plan is nothing special either. Bugs out sometimes and often doesn't mark when you've completed a workout. You do have the option of a body weight "follow along video" workout or "in gym" option. Quality and content was not high in my opinion.
I gave this company the benefit of a doubt and never write negative reviews. But I am hoping to save anyone and everyone from wasting their money on V Shred. It's absolutely AWFUL.

Well, so far, so good. I've been using the catered metabolic confusion diet and exercise plan now for one month. No supplements. Have lost 10 pounds. Wishing that had been more, but it is definitely working, and I have a good bit to lose and so I know I'm impatient. The diet in addition to the exercise workouts give you all the options you could possibly ask for so as NOT to fail. NO EXCUSES! My coach has been wonderful, and has answered all of my questions and continues to do so. My goal is to not only lose weight, but to also get in shape and improve my overall health. So far, I can already tell a decrease in my blood pressure. I feel certain that my blood sugar and cholesterol levels will have been improved as well. I just feel better, stronger, and thinner...yes, already! I WILL continue. I have spent the past many years raising children and ignoring my own needs. It is my time, and V Shred is helping me reach my goals. By the way, I also had trouble (as Kara B below seemed to), but after reaching out to customer service, I quickly got on track.

tried the product for 20 days, it made me feel dizzy with no results. My doctor told me to stop. Returned product and they keep on saying they will get back to me. first time 24 hrs, second time 10 days, third time another 24 hrs. Thay claim a money back guarantee if returned within 30 days. I did everything they wanted me to do.

The program is more complicated than it needs to be. The ads are out of control, and the emails are to sign up for this and that without getting to the program you thought you bought. This program is not going to work for me, and I want a full refund. I have sent out four different emails trying to get directions on how to cancel and get nothing back but more ads. I am done. If I had read the review prior to spending nearly an hour listening to the ad and getting excited about it, I would not have signed up for this IT is too intrusive. I would like a response and a refund to be processed.

V Shred I got the Fat Loss Extreme program and have been using the custom diet plan

I got the Fat Loss Extreme program and have been using the custom diet plan. I started the program in January and my coach was very engaging. I was forward and open about what I was looking for and what my life was like/ what could be done. I have tried numerous programs and approaches over the years and always struggled with my weight and maintaining exercise regimens. My coach Felicia has been wonderful throughout the program. When I expressed not liking certain menu items or wanting to find substitutes for meals or parts she was responsive and notated it, if needed provided a new meal plan. I have had stressors and ups and downs that have caused me to fall off from following 100% but she has provided great feedback and resources to help based on my needs. As for supplements, I did purchase the pack with 2 bottles of Burn, Burn PM, and Turmeric Black which I have only purchased once because I haven't used them consistently.

I told myself I was only going to pay for one additional month of meal plans because I could do it on my own but I wasn't planning to feel like I had a strong support and I do. I am also still learning, I have learned alot about my health journey and don't have the capacity to do it alone right now, the education piece offered by my coach's partnership is great. It may be just the point I am at my life but VShred has been the perfect fit for me right now.

I see reviews about all the emails and I did notice alot of emails, still do occasionally but if I am not in need of product or change I have it sorted. And I know I can unsubscribe but chose not to because I want to look out for the updates. However, I can understand the perspective of the number of emails I just can't find fault when I am having such positive experience in the areas I sought the program for. It's kept my optimistic. I know I am on a slow, steady path that will foster healthy long-term lifestyle and am thankful for it.

Although V-Shred aka Vince Sant on the reel to reel instagram video said "money back guaranteed". It's not true. Same with the person who signed me up Paul Garupa V Shred - Advisor, who also added "I don't know how this company makes money" regarding the "guarantee" they offer. So I trusted their word. hmmmmmm. Never trust the person's word even in a MARKETING piece. Afterwards, the welcome package apparently said "if I've reached my weight loss goals" they may refund me. Well, NEVER concerned about that cuz I've already lost the lbs. I need to, and told Paul directly by zoom that honestly, I may only need to lose 5 lbs. at most. That I was more about SHAPING or SCULPTING abs etc. and that was my goal. He should have mentioned then that it was about weight more. Thanks for listening! Mary Ann

Well I seen ad watching it decided to give it try .order the fatlost extreme and supplements for $699.00. then got call from a coach at v shred wanted to go over my order to make sure was right ? Then he recommended adding greens ,BCAAS, enzymes and probiotics and a meal plan . It sounded good was $1400.00 for year asking is this on top of what I already signed up and he said no . Told him that too much for me now so he suggested 6 months would be $827.51 for everything.well I got the six months supply of supplements and my meal plan was for one week but use it for a month to reset body I understand that my trainer was great good workout plan and exercise.but when my credit card statement came in they charged me the original order plus the $827.51 for a total of $1526.89 this is just wrong and when trying to call them to see if was error to give them the benefit of doubt? They phone said we are not talking any phone calls now to email ,? Red flag I sent email no response so I called credit card and dispute the charges they called them same thing so they put stop payment on it and under investigation now . Buyer beware Good concept but the don't know how to run it and it said lifetime 100%money back guarantee at any time when I ordered it no questions asked but n ok w it says 30dsys on some and ,90days on other and custom plans are non refundable? They going in too many different directions at once and changed by what video you watch to get information This is sad because my trainer Adam .g was great guy feel bad for him because of billing error and no one to answer phone to help out

I started my VShred journey in Dec of 2019 and after four months on Female Fat Loss Extreme I moved to the Toned in 90 for a couple cycles to help tone when I passed my initial weight goals then to the Move program to mix it up. I never added extra HIIT exercises as I was losing fine without them.

I lost 33.5 pounds before the scales moved up due to more muscle gain than fat loss. I have very little fat now, so my focus is maintaining.

I purchased the custom plan and the Burn AM and PM, and Turmeric supplements as well. I saw even loss all over my body from the beginning...including the hard to lose stomach area.

The exercises were challenging but because they were so short I pushed through and was amazed at how they helped tone. Now they aren't as challenging but I find they are still great to maintain. Over a year into this I've gone back to the toned in 90 exercises and continue to see improvements. I'm still on the custom diet plan as I have a crazy schedule between work and kids that I find it so much easier to not have to figure out what's for dinner. I tweak the plan each week with the list of alternates provided if I want something different. My trainers have been great working with me for changes each month for me when I might have a craving.

I fell confident that I can eat at say a scout camp out all weekend and go back to my normal eating the next week and any water retention gained from foods I don't eat normally will go after 2-4 days.

I found the things that used to work for me (food combining) just didn't work like they did 20 years ago and I needed a kick to my metabolism. For me this happened fast. I had few cravings as the plan was well balanced in that I had some type of fruit each day that helped with sweet cravings. My plan was carb cycling with calorie reduction and the exercises.

I would recommend this program to anyone that is ready to take action. Set your mind to it and go for the custom plan.

My trainer is Lisa. She is great. Responses are fast and individual. I purchased an extra meal program after my first purchase, and Lisa accommodated my further diatery request without any problems. I love that the exercises are 20 minutes and not longer.

I was reluctant at first but fell this was the best decision I have made for myself. My coach Shane is great! The nutritional plan and the workout plan has been great and easy to follows. Only 3 weeks in and am down more pounds than I have with any other programs.

V Shred I have been using the VShred program for 7 months now and have been very pleased with the results

I have been using the VShred program for 7 months now and have been very pleased with the results. You do have to understand going in, however, that this is not a "diet" to lose weight quickly. This program is about making a lifestyle change that will allow you to lose weight in a healthy and appropriate manner AND KEEP IT OFF. I've lost significant amounts of weight in short periods of time in the past, but I've consistently struggled to maintain that progress after the end of whatever program I was using. I think there are two key reasons for this. First, most rapid weight loss programs seem to incorporate either a strict crash diet or a super intense workout regimen. I have found neither plan to be sustainable as neither is designed to be used for the long term. This leads to the second issue, which is that neither offers a long term plan once you've initially gotten the weight off. You're simply left to your own devices to figure out next steps and I struggled to find the right answer for next steps to maintain the weight loss. VShred addresses these issues because the eating plan they provide is not a "diet" per se - it's simply teaching you how to eat healthy for your size, age, and body type. What they do is not rocket science. It's not about avoiding some foods or only eating other. It's based on the tried and true formula of eating your fruits and veggies, exercising portion control, and having everything in moderation. My weight loss has averaged around 5 pounds per month. This slow and steady burn has allowed my body to adjust and re-calibrate as the pounds have come off instead of having a system shock that will often lead to an over-correction of quick weight gain once the shock wears off. Further, the workout programs VShred provides are very user friendly and manageable for any fitness level. I feel like VShred has me up for long term success with my weight loss goals and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Can it be more pathetic to send me this email and ask me to come here and give happy positive good review and to give nice stars. even I already reply to first email and explain stuff about it still I got second one. Shame on you Vshred for this kind of stuff. Good review you should earn it not to send email and ask for a favor for it can you be lamer than this seriously. I almost got all vshred programs and couldn't be happier with them and my progress but this kind of stuff it's just BS. And not to mention that Vshred Customer service is the worst one ever, Luckily as I said programs are good, so I didn't need that much time to contact them but when I did it was THE WORST ONE ever. As I said to Amanda in her first email that she sends it to me, you want to see what good customer service support is just go ahead and contact Undersun Resistance Bands Customer Service you will see what high level of professionalism is.

Because of your annoying emails Amanda (even after first one I explain things, and you send me again) and unprofessional customer service support (if that can be called support at all in a first place but ok) best thing I can do is to give you the lowest possible rate. And again, shame on you Vshred for doing this kind of things, get rid of people like Amanda. And fired all of yours current Customer Service Support employees.

V Shred For those of you who were unhappy with your purchase, did you actually try the program?

For those of you who were unhappy with your purchase, did you actually try the program? Did you change your eating habits and start working out? I think I spent 70$ for the fat loss extreme program. It's truthful that your inbox will be filled with emails requesting you to do the metabolic assessment and for sales for the products and pills v shred sells, but you can turn that off. Just click unsubscribe. I purchased this program in October and finished the 90 day fle part yesterday. I didn't get amazing results and others are right, unless you're already healthy and active, this won't get you shredded in 3 months. But for someone like me, 180+, with lots of fat to lose, seeing that I dropped 10 pounds and several inches in 90 days, was a win for me. I'm looking forward to starting the program a second time. This time I'll know what to expect. Maybe the exercises will be easier. I now can do squats without hurting for days afterwards. I can do a push up. My coat and pants fit a little better. My husband tells me I feel skinnier. Those are all wins in my book. I didn't purchase the diet program, because diets don't work, they're not sustainable. I just started keeping track of what I'm eating and have tried cutting foods out that don't have protein or that have empty calories. I still eat chocolate. I did purchase the burn evolved pills, I don't know that they're making any difference. I bought the apple cider gummies, and while they're not terrible, they do nothing to suppress my appetite. I'm just going to say that this exercise program is like any other. It's not going to work unless you put work into it. You can't expect to get toned and buff in 3 months. How long did it take you to get fat and out of shape? Longer than that I'll bet. I'm only going to get more results from this program, as I put more into it and look into other products they have available. Most of all, v shred helped me realize how out of shape I was and that I can finish something.

The V-Shred challenge helped me to become motivated once again on caring for myself and redirected my thinking about dietary essentials when I found myself deviating from what I know is best for my health. I was taking an afternoon walk while listening to a YouTube ad and the infomercial got my attention because I was contemplating the very things that the ad spoke to me about. It was the moment where opportunity met with need and ability to invest in the program and nutrition products. So, I did with the intent to help catapult my journey into motion. Once I received the emails stating that I could begin, I downloaded the V-Shred App and began my journey. Immediately after filling out my profiles for my age, exercise plan and nutrition preferences, I met Justin, who kept me motivated by checking in a couple of times per week, with positive and interactive status logs where I reported on my custom vegetarian diet plan and exercise progress. The weekly check-ins assisted me with staying the course for the first 4 weeks. Once I got back into focusing on myself, Justin invited me to continue the journey with assistance or take the driver seat of independence with an open invitation to seek help in the future, if needed. I appreciated the status check-ins because they held me accountable to my commitment and it was like journaling my journey each time I wrote notes back to Justin, I could hear my thoughts as I wrote, as they were reminders to stay true to self, and to not forget nor waste this opportunity and experience invested in challenging myself. The meal plan was a great helping because suggestions were made on grocery shopping list options for many of my favorite vegetarian foods and it allowed me to mix and match on a 7-days a week meal cycle with breakfast, snacks, morning lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, and before bedtime snacks. They even offered V-Shred nutritional protein shakes and supplements to assist with mealtime options, which was a plus!

I think the Vshred system is really good and has way more potential than it's currently realizing. Mitch was very cool and I appreciate the personal connection, but that level of connection just isn't sustainable overtime. I'm a very sincere person, and I like real communication. So I appreciated his intro and sharing a bit about himself. Here's where I would add to this...on my account, I would have benefited from having an easy to use weekly organizational chart that I check off each day. It would record my actual food intake (and compare with your prescribed menu) as well as a brief account of the exercise routines I'm engaging in. The trainer can check this as often as he or she likes and leave notes. There's no need for emails (I'm a very busy person) and this would allow constant feedback between customer and trainer that's totally sustainable meaning easy to do and continual. Plus, there would be a full recorded history of my effort/performance/ coaching for me to look back at. You guys are heavy on the marketing, which is exhausting for me personally. No matter how hard you push I know what I want so I know where to get it on your site. The marketing sends the "we want your money" vibe and it's a turn off to me. I read reviews and I'm not alone when I say this stuff. Overall, I think the system of personalized menu & nutrition with recipes is really awesome. I learned a lot from the calorie counts and I even learned a few new nutritional tips. Like I mentioned, a record of my actual progress would have been nice and I did kind of expect it. I would suggest this to someone with horrible eating habits and who was fairly overweight, but not to athletes who really just need a bit more self discipline. You guys are cool...I really mean that. It's because you come off as sincere. But I think you could be smarter about the system layout from the customer's experience side of things. You're obviously crushing it so no need to wish you luck. If I could give Vshred 0 stars I completely would. Where to start? I've been lied to from the get go. quoting me one price and forgetting to mention additional fees. Who charges $100 for running your card? EVERY TIME! I was given an expectation and they've failed to meet it. I reached out and asked for cancellation and refund due to the first time not meeting my expectations, I had a manager reach out, everything seem good and I was assigned a new trainer, and I thought things were going good. My new trainer never checked in! Once I reached out again to request cancellation due to no follow-up through (which is why I paid almost $2000 to begin with, ACCOUNTABILITY) the trainer said "My emails must have gone to your spam folder". I asked for him to forward me the emails with dates and time stamps, and to my surprise? HE COULDN'T of course. His manager said "There are no satisfaction refunds, results only" well what do you plan on basing my results on if there were no check-ins or check-ups? I've reached out to the person who signed me up, ERIKA URBINA, funny...NO REPLIES! But when I was "considering" making the purchase she was very engaged. My New Trainer is Timothy Satteson (the one who thinks I was born yesterday and stated his check-in emails probably went to spam). And his Manager, Benny Satteson is the one pretty much telling me I'm SOL. Funny they have the same last name, maybe they're related. Anyways, this has been a complete nightmare and I'm 100% frustrated and this situation has my anxiety through the rough! I've now taken this situation to social media, tagging SculptNation, VShred, and Vince Sant, hoping SOMEONE can make this right! I was advised to turn to Complaintsboard.com. I don't want to be that person but I am losing my mind. $2000! This is completely insane. V Shred SCAM. TERRIBLE COMPANY

SCAM. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I purchased the "ripped in 90 days" program ($67), the "custom diet plan" ($67), six bottles of BURN PM and BURN EVOLVED ($195 each) for a total of $524 on July 5th. Two days later (July 7th), after doing some research, I found the SCULPTNATION supplements to be very questionable, which led to further questioning, until I am now questioning the entire company. The supplements are unhealthy and not as supported by science as they made them sound. I also found that some of the exercise videos were plagiarized from other YouTube trainers. Some of the exercise videos were not even done properly which could lead to injury.

VShred does not possess the qualifications to be recommending any specific diet, nor do they possess the qualifications to be recommending specific exercises. So that should make any reasonable person question the entire operation, which appears to be a "get ripped quick" scheme.

After calling support today, they began the refund for the $67 charge for the "ripped in 90 days" program, but they told me they were unable to process the refund for the supplements because they "already shipped" even though my confirmation number currently shows that USPS is "currently awaiting package". So USPS doesn't even have the package yet, so they lied to me.

As far as the "custom" diet plan goes, yes they probably spent a few minutes coming up with my "custom" diet plan, but it had me eating fish twice a day. Would any dietician in the world recommend eating fish twice per day? I emailed the "dietician" and asked him to update it, (I told him I am pescatarian the moment I signed up for the service), and he changed the diet to include no fish and some chicken. The custom diet plan did not even come close to meeting my needs so I am demanding the refund for that $67.

The videos on the website promised a no-risk guarantee for the program and the supplements. Well, I tried to save them some money by cancelling before they shipped the supplements to me but they decided to ship them anyway.

Please cancel the order for the supplements since you haven't actually shipped them yet, and you hadn't when I emailed you the first time (and they did not make it easy to find a number to call until AFTER I got the confirmation email that they had shipped out my product, which they still haven't yet, which I find strange), and provide me the entire $524 refund, not just the $67 for the digital program.

Ordered above for $1997, along with 375 dollars worth of supplements. After a few days realized I could get better training for the 1997, for a year in Bangkok where I live.

Asked for refund but not within their 3 day policy, which I was unaware of, and they're stonewalling me. I'm traveling and had the supplements shipped to my son in the usa, to avoid steep shipping and potential customs charges. But, without any email advising me of it, they canceled that order. Have not seen refund of the 375 yet but am told they did do it.

I asked for refund of the 1997 dollar program about 5 days after purchase,bi have not initiated any assignment of coach or used the app, as I am traveling, and planned to start program Oct 17. I told them this when I ordered. I am very frustrated at their refusal, and cannot imagine being a happy customer after all this. Can you help me get them to make an exception to their draconian policy?

V Shred Fitness program

Once I "signed up" for the program there was no way to cancel it. I tried multiple times to find info on how to cancel, but there is no way to do so. The company did not follow through on their end of the agreement and I have yet to receive any response back including from my "personal trainer." I can't even find evidence of a contract, only a purchase receipt for the program with no additional information on how to contact or cancel. I'm locked into a monthly payment plan through a 3rd party and I have no way to cancel or dispute services that were not delivered.

After starting the program I found out I have a medical condition that has required me to stop physical activity until I can have it resolved. This is something I was unaware of until I began a workout routine, and began having extreme pain. I asked to cancel. I knew it might not be possible but they responded that they needed a doctors note before they could consider letting me cancel. After I sent a letter from my physician, and also a summary from a specialist as to what I am being treated for; they then informed me that under extreme conditions they only issue refunds. However they were happy pause my program until I could get back to it; which I have no clue when that could be. I guess the only extreme cases is if you’re dead.

I bought two different workout plans to lose weight. I also purchased a meal plan. I still have not received any information on how to access my account or get any of the items I purchased. I only receive an email to take a metabolic assessment which i did twice. I was contacted by a coach to spend more money on training. I reached out to their chat line and left several messages. I have not heard back. I have been asking for a refund and have not received anything. They send me to a secure site where I need to pay more money to get answers. I am not paying more money . There is no customer service person to speak with.

my purchase was through the Apple Store and I felt the app was sketchy, leading one to believe $55 dollars bought a useable app - when all it does is then allow you to buy their subscriptions (additional fees of course). And they refuse to refund, claiming only apple can refund it… apple said they can’t and to go to the company. I tend to trust Apple on this. Countless hours and no refund of my $55 that literally was taken in 30 seconds, which is about how long I had the app before cancelling and trying to get a refund.

V Shred Ripped in 90 days $67 bundle and the custom diet plan $57.00.

Was prompted for a metabolic assessment/diet plan with a no strings attached 100% money-back guarantee as an upsell alongside the initial 90-day purchase.

Immediately after onboarding, was prompted to fill out a form for a metabolic assessment.

After being overly bombarded via both text and email for different stuff relating to their products (which I personally did not find relevant or helpful, but rather spammy), I decided to execute my money-back guarantee way in advance of the 30-day refund over a chat.

I was told that I would be refunded for the 90-day program and told that I could not be refunded for the diet plan (which I never once saw or even knew was being created for me as a result of the "free" metabolic assessment).

After a long support chat discussion, I was told they could honor a 50% refund and the chat support kept asking me to check the terms and conditions for custom plan refunds.

There was only one line about no refunds on custom plans and I explained to him that nowhere in the terms did it specify (irrespective of the upsell guaranteed a no-strings-attached 30-day refund) that anything in the policy stated anything about the margin between the refund and the process of any development of any custom program.

Not to mention that at no stage of filling out the metabolic assessment and or after the submission I would not be able to get a refund at any stage of the process. Nor were there any emails follow ups on the policy after purchase.

This is the only line in the policy that states anything and mentions nothing about the 100% refund policy and parameters:

"Custom Diet and Fitness Plans: Due to the custom nature of these products purchase is non-refundable except as required by law. Our trainers invest extensive time making the programs unique to you and much of the work is done right after signup."

The final comment was:

Yes, it is a 100% money-back guarantee unless made and sent by trainers, I do apologize for this.

Very misleading policies, and as you can see many people have experienced similar issues. The style of marketing and no desire to clarify any parameters around "no strings attached money back" policies suggests that Vshread is not a company that should/can be trusted. (hence my honest review pertaining to my experience here on Trust Pilot).

Hoping this feedback will prompt the Vshread team to return the other 50% of a meal plan (refundable) that I never once received and update their policies and be more clear about what a no strings attached money-back guarantee means during the upsell and process of onboarding as is the standard for many other similar offerings.

This is all I got! No pics, just paid the 57.00 have done nothing with it and started requesting a refund the following day when I realized you weren't getting much of anything for the 57.00 and they are hounding you to buy supplements, to buy workout videos. They don't reply to your emails or acknowledge you want a refund. Refund policy is 30 days well they must ignore you for 30 days so they don't have to refund you!

Same experience only through the app. I tried to cancel and ask for a refund within maybe 30 seconds of using the app. Basically “we’re sorry only Apple Store can refund your money” even though apple says they can’t refund money on this purchase (I’m guessing because they probably struggle dealing with vshred as well). So basically a legit scam that can take $55 from people, deliver nothing, and get away with it? I’d love to start a lawsuit but I don’t have that kind of cash, but I’d gladly chip in another $55 to a lawsuit just to get these [censored] back.

V Shred Personalized training and dish advice

I contacted Vshred on March 10th 2023. I bought what I thought was a diet program for $47.00 and a bottle of vitamins. I kept looking for my diet in email but never received anything until a man by the name of Travis emailed me to tell me he needed to speak to me first. So, I made time for the call and found out that my $47.00 was not what I was go to get at all. I needed a diet and personal trainer and full set of vitamins that was now going to cost $2000.00. I went a head and signed up for it paying through Affirm on a payment plan that was to start 2 months after I got started. The first email I received as from Affirm that my payment is due now in April and there is no one to call to speak with. then I waited maybe 10 days to be contacted by my personal trainer. I finally had to reach out to Vshred to find out why no one had been assigned to me. So I am emailed by Brandon to set up a Zoom interview on Saturday the 25th of March. Saturday morning Brandon cancelled due to an emergency which is fine. Everyone has family issues from time to time. However Brandon never re-contacted me to reschedule until I reached out again through email to customer service as there is no phone numbers to call.

I finally heard back from Brandon about forgetting about me on April 4, 2023. At this point I still have nothing from Vshred that was promised. I have lost faith in Vshred's ability to help me successfully. At this point I find this whole mess a Breach Of Contract. I want a refund and to cancel. I am having trouble getting anyone to acknowledge me or give me a phone number to resolve this issue. I don not see any contact I can attach.

Vince you should be ashamed if you don't do what you promise. ! Multiple emails 4/2,4/3,4/4 2023. They also added on another purchase I only started and then never finished it but they have charged me for that Too. Nearly 400.00 I purchased Burn 4 and the one they added on is Burn Pm 3. I used Burn for 5 days. It made me dizzy and every joint ached and swelled.

On 26/March I did the purchase on the website mentioned above and I paid $114. First I wanted to buy only (Toned in 90 day) but I don't know why the custom plan was included. Anyway, I didnt make a big issue of that. Few days later I received several e-mails to schedule a call with an expert to discuss a few things related to my plan and diet but the person didn't turn up to the call. Also, on their website it is advised that within 48 hours of submitting the required details and photos we'd receive the meal plan and workout plan and I received nothing at all. I chatted to someone who was extremely rude to me and I asked for a refund. And I insist on being refunded.

I have purchased the extreme fat loss and custom diet plan a week ago. I have not been able to accses the custom diet plan as it keeps saying -to come back later. I have contacted and emailed the company multiple times with no response. I also tried to post it on their FB group page twice asking about the plan- but both times my messages were ignored and also declined by admin team!

On May 14th all charges posted to my account and I saw the refund for $50.47 plus another for $46.26 (the amount for a Protein powder I ordered). Not sure why this was refunded and did not have time to look into it further but just assumed they refunded the wrong product and that it would be left out of my order, no big deal. On May 19th, I called again to check the status and to make sure there were no issues since I hadn't received any further emails about my order or shipping. I was told that the proper refunds had been issued and all the other orders were still in the system. Did not inquire as to whether or not they had shipped. On May 23rd, I called again after sending an email to support and not hearing back and am now being told that all items I ordered were cancelled on May 12th (according to their records) and that refunds were issued that day with 5-10 days for funds to return. WHAT? My issue now is 1) WHY were my products cancelled without me authorizing and being notified and 2) WHERE are my refunds for the other products!? Support is now telling me it must be an issue on my banks end but I called and its not. They owe me $136.38 and no one will help me any further!

Not a true statement, I am now sitting in my finacial institution having to change my information and gain access to another bank card because this corporation keeps charging my account without my permission. I purchased one item from this company with NO subscription to anything, No permissions to debit from my account for anything this company offered. I ordered the fitness program and I received it, that was 64.00 and three months ago, yet this company thought it was okay to debit my account a very small amount (10.99)every month, thinking it would not be noticed. I really don’t appreciate this, I will definitely allow others to know about this dissatisfied portion of your company.

When I signed up for service through VShred, I also purchased 2 supplements. Burn and Burn PM. I purchased them using the monthly subscription plan. One months supply has been delivered and another set has been charged but not arrived yet. I used the contact form to contact Vshred/Sculptnation in order to cancel the subscription moving forward. I waited 3 days with no response, so I decided to contact them using the phone number on the current order email. When I called, I reached a voicemail that said the company wasnt accepting any phone calls and to email them instead ? I then proceeded to send 2 emails. I have received no response from the company. I stayed in my last email that if I didnt receive a response in 24 hours that I would file a complaint. Thats when I noticed that this seems to be a common issue and filed my own complaint.

I purchased the Fat Loss Extreme for Him Bundle for $57 on 2/19/2023. It posted on my credit card on 2/20/2023. I also purchased the Burn Evolved 2.0 x3 for $132.00 on the same day, 2/19/2023. Post on my credit card 2/20/2023 as well. According to their FAQ on their website. I am supposed to get a confirmation email that the supplements shipped within 6-8 days of purchase, however, it has been 14 days and I haven't heard anything. I have reached out to customer service three separate time. I got the automated response once, stating I would get a follow up in 24hrs, but I heard nothing. I still haven't gotten a response even after submitting two more customer service emails. I want the supplements I payed for, but if this is just a scam, than I want my money back for the supplements.

I signed up for VShred thinking it was $49.00 a month for 3 months. But after talking with them I received a loan for $4,000 from Affirm to be paid over 3 years I contacted them within 72 hrs to cancel but I still have yet to receive information where they reimbursed Affirm. I have contacted loan company and they have been more than considerate and helpful in this matter but this is not right please help me. Worst of all they have no phone number to speak to anybody they only contact you through email.

Hello I made a purchase through Vshred on March 1st 2023, for $268.33. I was online seen advertising for a workout program that caught my interest and offered a full refund if not satisfied. I purchased the workout program for $57. It then asked you about purchasing the Burn product, it had options for 1 bottle, 2 bottles or 6 bottles. I clicked 6 bottle option thinking it would be a subscription they would deduct the bottle price monthly. Once I select the 6 bottle option and noticed that I had made a mistake, the website would not allow me to go back and edit my purchase it just automatically charged my card before you could even change your mind and it charged me $211.33 for the burn product hitting me with a total of $268.33. I have emailed their support team 3 times now after calling a customer service number that only gives you an email. They did send me an automated email stating they received my request and it will take 24 business hours to hear back. So far I haven't heard anything. I logged in to the website and realized this plan is not for me that same day on 3/1/23 I submitted for a refund and haven't logged on since. I did receive an email stating they're sending out the Burn product 2 days after I submitted the request for a refund. I just received the product but will not open it. I don't understand you can see my order and ship it 2 days after I requested a refund but couldn't respond to my request. At this point I feel ripped off and I would just like nothing but a full refund.

V Shred I ordered supplements from a Vshred in early May 2022

I ordered supplements from a Vshred in early May 2022. I believe the company is also known as Sculptnation because some of my order receipts say VShred and some say SculptNation. They promise a money back guarantee on all items, sometimes they say 30 day guarantee, sometimes they say 60 and sometimes they say 90. Their refund policy on their website only says 30 days so that seems like a shady way to deny a refund to customers. After I ordered them I started taking them, they did not seem like they were doing anything except giving me a jittery caffeine high. I then looked online and saw a bunch of terrible reviews for this company for ignoring customer complaints and not sending refunds for products and services purchased. I had ordered a 6 month supply of the vitamins because that lowers the price of the vitamins significantly. I figured at that time that I could send the rest of the vitamins back at no risk to me if they didn't out so I wasn't worried about spending a large sum of money on them. I sent my items back following the directions from the return policy on their website. I recieved notification from *** on June 6th, 2022 that my items had been received at the return address. Their policy says they will refund you within 5 to 10 business days once they receive the items back. It is now June 23rd and I have still not received a refund or heard anything the company about processing my refund. I am worried that I have been scammed and will not get my money back. I have had to pay interest on my credit card for this purchase so now this is costing me even more money than I originally paid. I would like VShred, also known as SculpNation to refund me ASAP. I have sent emails and called and no one has gotten back to me. I went to look through my account for order numbers and only one of the receipts has an order number on it. The other order just shows up in my account with the $ amounts next to it. My credit card was charged a total of $798.

I purchased Toned in 90 Days and Custom Diet at 10:00PM (EST) on 2/26/23 for $124.00. I realized that it was a waste of money and sent an email on 2/26/23 at 10:53PM requesting a refund. I received an instant automated email acknowledging receipt saying 'we will be back to you in 24 business hours.' It is March 1, 2023 and I have yet to receive a response regarding my refund. I' sent follow-up emails on 2/27/23 and 3/1/23. Additionally, why list telephone numbers *** and ***) only to have a message stating 'we do not offer customer support by phone at this time?' All conveniences are laid out to take your money, but the same can't be said for retrieving your money. I want a full refund for $124 and don't try and keep my money for a custom diet plan because I haven't even logged in to fill out the custom plan questionnaire. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
