VarageSale review: My VarageSale account without warning by Erika Lee has been put as pending

I have an account on varagesale southeastern Manitoba. A lady wanted a serger I had posted and took a while to make a plan. I unfortunately had to get my friend to go to the meetup. Everything got screwed up and she sold the serger to the wrong person. I tried explaining to the lady what happened. ERIKA LEE just without letting me explain I had a death in the family. She told me I violated 2 rules 1 I did not meet in person and sold to someone else. She does not look at messages. She is always rude. I have another question how the hell can she be admin of varagesale in more then 1 province? That is against a lot of facebook groups. When I sell stuff I get great reviews. This was the first.
