Don’t waste your time on the website www.vinted.com. I sold some clothes on this website, but the moderators blocked my listings and after several days my account as well. I haven’t received money for the clothes and when I tried to reach moderators, no one replied. Total scam and waste of time. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I have contaced my buyer on numerous occaisons to say she has got the item she is ignoring my messages and wont give me my money for the item, i am not happy with this as i am out of pocket sending the item please step in.

My parcel was damaged in transit by the delivery company, it was packed in a waterproof parcel. Vinted has refund the buyer and not compensate me as the delivery company won’t recognise it was there fault by damaging my parcel. The hoodie was in great condition and after damaging the parcel they re-package it into a new parcel.
I bought perfume for £40 plus postage and received a cheap jacket . Refusing to help
Vinted isn’t helping either as I have received the item which I never marked as received.
They not even investigating the issue and letting me loosing out on my money
The Royal Mail costs on Vinted are incorrect. They need updating to reflect the true costs. Example. You give the seller £2.15 to post a small parcel. The true cost is £3.35 so already the seller loses £1.20 from their sale cost.

Yet another purchase on this app were I was charged almost £6 postage by vinted and the postage was almost half that ! They are refusing to refund me or take any responsibility

Change in Postal Label has resulted in now everyone has to have a printer to post a parcel. If only Vinted could supply a QR code it would be simple and more cost effective. Please bring back the old System

I had received email numerous times to reset password but the. It goes back to the same page saying reset password. This is not working
I ordered a parcel contains 18 items which I haven’t received I accidentally said I had received it but it was the wrong parcel.

I phoned Yodel and they said it was collected from the store and last scanned at Alfreton Yodel on 24th Feb.

Have bought something on Vinted but never ever had an email confirmation about it. Made contact re the issue and was blocked by Vinted.
I have been blocked my vinted for fraud purposes.
I am just a regular person selling old clothes and I can't speak to anyone about this.
I have provided vinted with my card information - as they have asked from me in order for me to make my first sale- and 192 euros were taken and it has been two weeks and I have NOT received my money back back on my revolut account.
Placed item for sale Adidas Trainers £98.00 lying in my cupboard never worn put them on Vinted. Buyer buys them and said they were too big then starting saying they were fakes. Posted proof of purchase from Very Catalogue and the buyer kept the trainers and I got no money. £35.00.

My item was damaged in transit by courier, I was told I had to choice but to accept a return and a refund was issued to thd buyer. I have been trying to contact for a month now and keep getting the same automated reply that ths issue is resolved despite this not being the case.

This is the worst selling site ever! I sold 2 items that have not been delivered nor have I been paid. Will never use again. I’ve complained to Vinted and no response. First parcel was despatched on 2 June and second parcel on 9 June. I’ve checked the tracking which just states that delivery is taking longer than expected
I purchased an item and it arrived broken. They will not refund my money or let me return it! I have documentation and pictures!
My account got blocked without any explanation and when I asked for reason they said I have broke their policy. And when I asked what Rule I broke they said we couldn’t provide you that.
26/6/23 seller recieved the item which was sold as damaged box, however it would seem more damages in transport however the seller reported the sending Bix he was happy with- now I don't recieve the money or the item back as per their terms.

Hello, I would like someone to deal with 2 incidents that have happened now.
I don’t understand how you can the same answer to both items.
The buyers on both occasions have informed you that the items were packaged very well so why haven’t I been given a refund.
I paid for an expensive bag which was sent via Inpost on 7 June 2023 Courier removed it. Inpost confirmed this as seen on CCTV. Vinted maintain it was delivered. After weeks of complaining and sending Inpost email confirming that it’s lost Vinted refuse to refund on 20 July
One of the most appalling disingenuous customer service experiences I have ever had the misfortune to experience!
Vinted seriously need to up their game! Refunding buyers who have received items…facilitating theft!
Disgusted doesn’t cover it! And pathetic automated responses is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
I have now been asking for 6 days for a replacement shipping label as the parcel has been returned to me.

They took my money and wouldn't let me withdraw it. I provided them with my personal details to prove that I am the owner of the account but they still won't let me take my money and use the account.
Bought ring on vinted, 11 August and received wrong size then been advertised .send back the ring to seller, and seller haven’t marked as received, ignored my messages, Vinted said in two days of delivery will issue refund now it’s already five days and still haven’t heard anything
I bought an item that was incorrectly listed and the seller admitted this. Vinted are making send the item back and pay postage despite paying for Buyers Protection.
Exactly the same happened to me!
Been on vinted for months and loved it right up until a few weeks ago when a couple of my LEGIT items were flagged as counterfeit and stated they could only be shown with more pics ... Well that wasn't too difficult, sent a couple more pics and voila they were listed.
Three days ago I listed another branded item which again went through the third party automated validation checks. This lasted longer than usual
Woke up next morning to check my account and boom! Account suspended for a month. What makes it worse is the message I received stated that I had listed counterfeit items and therefore my account is blocked for a month...that is unless I provide further proof
Thing is, I have followed all of their stupid guidelines in respect of multiple angles shots, labels, stitching and care tags yet no this is still not good enough
Like most people I don't have the receipts or original packaging as at the time I didn't think oh I'm gonna sell this a few months down the line
It appears this verification algorithm is penalising legit sellers and is clearly just doing these blocks to show vinted 'hey look at me I'm working I have flagged an item' just to keep the developer of the third party software in business
I started off loving vinted but have grown to absolutely hate it in the matter of 3 days
It is day three now of sending in my further and still no response from their useless 'Customer Service'
To them you are a number but if you as a seller rely on the extra cash three days of selling can hit hard in this current climate let alone a month!
