WTC spire edge manesar
I invested in their project 12 years back about 30 lacs. I was promised assured returns of 30000 per month. After 2 years the assured returns stopped coming and the building was left to be ruined.
Now I know about 1700 investors who are crying for their investment in this project. Since the property is in dispute as builder himself formed a farji court case by his own proxies. We can't sell the property and builder says he can't rent.
All they have cases running in High Court, EOW, and many criminal cases.
FUN PART IS : Now they are implimenting rhe same business model of ponzi property scheme in WTC noida, Chandigarh etc and will soon run away after laundering rhe money and telling they don't have money now.
U invest 30 lacs or so and get 30k x 2 years = 7.2 lacs. I ASSURE YOU YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MORE EVER. What a brilliant idea.

I had bought a non lockable unit of 525 sq.ft at WTC NOIDA project in 2017 from the developer M/S SPIRE TECHPARK PRIVATE LIMITED, now called as VIRIDIAN RED . Corporate office is located at GF 09 PLAZA M5 , District Centre ,Jasola New Delhi 110025. The space was leased out with a cluster of other such adjoining units as a large unit to a common tenant VIVO Mobile India Private Ltd by the builder . RSK Professionals Private Ltd trust was appointed to deal with the aspects relating to leasing , distribution of of rent . VIVO 's Bank account had been temporarily freezed by Income Tax Authority due to some issues in July 2022. But as per the information, Government authorities have now defreezed the Vivo Bank account as they paid the penalty and have started paying rent to the VIRIDIAN. But Viridian Red has put hold on the rent and I have not been getting any rent since July 2022. The company is showing no transparency in money related information .The employees at Viridian Red and RSK Professionals Private Ltd don't answer the calls and emails . My Hard earned money is stuck with the project and I am not receiving any rent also . Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Hi,
I bought a shop in Plaza-106 project being managed by Viridien Red and was committed a minimum lease guarantee for 3 years from the date of possession. The clause has been clearly mentioned via an annexure in Builder Buyer Agreement.
I received the intimation of possession in January and a payment demand was raised. Till the time payment was to be made these guys were quick in responding to queries and resolving the issues. However, now that I have made the full payment, they are giving lame excuses for not handing over the possession. They have infact stopped responding to mails. When I went to meet them in their office, Kuldeep and Aradhana (customer care head) verbally gave some lame excuses and committed to give possession in a weeks time, however they simply denied to mention anything on mail.
This clearly shows their intentions. They are delaying possession because once they give possession, they are bound to start the minimum lease amount as per BBA.
I've now received another mail from Viridien red CRM team mentioning that the committed lease guarantee will be initiated from June 2020. While I did point out the BBA clause and have been asking reasons for the delay in possession, there has been no response from them.
I would now like to raise a complaint in RERA. Please suggest if your team has a legal expert who can help with the same.

The registered office of the company is in Delhi, through its projects are in Gurgaon. In June 2016, the case was transferred to the economic offence wing of Delhi Police.

Please note: she is one of the office bearers of foseca
• none of the swba members or office bearers were there to support or oppose ashish bhalla’s application.
Why is that?
Because each and every one of them are his employees in his viridian group companies and if they came, the milk would have been spilled.
Please note: proofs of these have been provided in past and have also been publicly filed in our “objections to their scheme” in the matter listed before hon’ble high court in june 2017.

One Builder arrested, warrant issued against four

Builder developing projects in Noida, Greater Noida and Manesar are being investigated. Police have arrested one director of the company and have issued the arrest warrant against four others.
Kapil Kanwar Gupta, Shikha Saad and Vijay Shekhar Pandey have filed a FIR against ex-chairman Sushul Gandhi, Directors Ashish Bhalla, Vipen Kapoor, and Harish Chandra Mehrotra. One director Surinder Kumar has been arrested by the EOW.
Noida and Delhi Police have received over 50 complaints against the developers.
Gautambudh Nagar’s SSP Love Kumar said that company’s HQ is in Delhi and Delhi Police’s EOW has made an arrest.

Bail of two Ex director of AN Buildwell rejected by Saket court for cheating buyers
Gurugram 27th September 2017: Spirewoods, a resident project was launched in sec 103, Gurgaon by A N Buildwell Pvt LTD in the year 2011 in which around 500 buyer’s booked flats. As per BBA the possession was due in 2015 while the work was stopped at site before possession date. The company went into liquidation in March 2016 as per the orders of Delhi High Court. Case in this regard is still going on told Priti Nath, spokesperson Spirewoods Resident Association.
There are many FIR and cases going on parellely with the case in DHC. In one of the cases which is done by few fellow buyers in Saket Court, Delhi, Chief metropolitan Magistrate, Mr. Manish Khurana on 22nd Sep given an order in favour of poor cheated buyers. As per the order and submitted by IO, Mr Surendra Kumar Hooda, who is the ex director of the company has already been arrested on 20th Sep.
IO also submitted that the efforts are going on to arrest company’s ex chairman Mr. Sunil Gandhi and other directors Sh. Vipen Kapur, Sh Harish Chand Mehrotra and Mr. Ashish Bhalla and they will be arrested shortly.
On 26th, there was hearing of Bail petition of Major Hooda, which was rejected in Saket Court.
Further on 27th Sep. there was hearing regarding bail petition of Mr. Ashish Bhalla ex MD Millennium spire and ex director ANB, the Saket court Judge have asked for the time to study all document and evidences against Ashish Bhalla and directed that daily Mr. Ashish Bhalla has to visit the EoW Mandir Marg. Interim Arrest Protection granted only till 9 Oct. His Passport is confiscated & he cannot leave country.
