Ordered product was 2 but only received 1 in my package but the packing slip says I got 2. The frustration about not receiving product is one thing, but what I really disappointed about is how your customer service work. I called the customer service and politely asked them to transfer to me manger, they said manager was not available, so I asked them to forward me to floor supervisor. I am willing to wait but none of the floor supervisor was willing to talk, they disconnect my call and if I call again from that number they don't pick up. I used another number and they picked up, looked up my order number and disconnect my call and now they are not picking up the call from that number either. If this is the way if you are going to treat or humiliate your customer then I have nothing else to say. forgot about resolving my issue I hope someone in your company just listen to the recording and does something about it, if blocking customer from calling customer service then good luck with your business.
