Visionworks of America review: Grandson glasses

I went to the store in Kernersville NC to have my grandson glasess fix. Well the man (his name is JEFF) was fluttering so much with the lady in front of me that It was crazy.. Well she had to go look at some frames and he look up and very hatefus ask can I help you well he claim that the glasses could not be fit but to get a new frame. Well he did have one and it would be 80 for the new frame. so I said ok and he very hateful took the glasses from my 10 year old grandson and started to fix them so I went to look at frames. He came back and said (if you would get over here we can get this done.he was wanted to talk to the young lady he was flurting with. even my grandson notice all of this.. Well about a week later the glass was starting to splenter in the corner. Because he half.. did his job for us so he could get back to the young lady that I am sure all she wanted was her glasses and get out of there. This man need to be done something with he was as hateful as could be to my 10 year old and busted his ... to kiss the ... of the lady in front of us.. this happen on 10-12-2023 then the glasses started to splenter about a week later because he too 2 second to put the glass in the new frame. The frame was the same one. Please do something about this.. As I am letting everyone I no not to got to the Kernersville Vision Works because of this man JEFF Thank you Alice Start [protected]@aol.com I will never go to that store agoin because of this man and I will let everyone I no not to go to that one...
