My husband and I are patrons of the Wal-Mart pharmacy in Cleveland, GA. Over the past few months, customer service has been non-existent at this pharmacy. We have experienced the following situations more than once:
*Prescriptions not being ready when promised. When we use the prescription telephone service, the pharmacy states that the prescription will be ready by a certain date and time. When we go to pick our order up, it is not ready.
*No medications available - at least three times in the last two months, we have gone to pick up a prescription only to discover that the pharmacy is out of our meds.
We never seem to get out of the pharmacy on our first visit. It takes at least another trip back to get our meds. It is also very irritating to stand on line at the pharmacy window with 7 other customers and listen to the pharmacy techs discuss and compare their tattoos with one another. Very unprofessional.
When we have complained about these issues, we have been to go to another pharmacy and/or we receive a shrug and a roll of eyes.
Time to find another pharmacy!

I bought the Great Value shredded mozzarella cheese and was very disappointed. I normally don't shop at Walmart, but it was more convenient this particular day. The cheese did not melt and it was disgusting. I cooked the pizzas as I always do, 375 degrees for 11 minutes. I will never purchase Great Value items again. It's not a great value when our dinner is ruined and I have to go out and pick up take out.

I bought Windows 8.1 from Walmart online and went to the Glenolden, PA store to pick it up. I waited 15 minutes for the woman in front of me to get what she came for until they found it. It took them a half an hour to figure out that they lost the key to the lock on the gated area it was in. I suggested and finally went to get a copy off the shelf in the electronics department. The 64bit disc would not load so, on New Years Day, I went to exchange it. I said to the girl at the counter: " I bought this online and I want to exchange it. The 64bit disc will not load. It costs twenty dollars more to get it in the store that is why I bought it online." She proceeded to scan the box and started handing me money. I asked her why because I asked to exchange it. She directed me to go and get another one. I said: " I have to go get another one and pay for it with you all over again? " She told me: " That's what we have to do. " I hobbled back to get another set of discs on a foot with a broken bone I had suffered two days prior. When I returned another employee standing at the other register (2) said she could help me. I explained that the other girl had instructed me to return with another Windows 8.1 disc set and re-pay. I then gave her the money back. Then they said it was going to cost me $126.00 after giving me back $106.00. I explained that I was given back my money and told to get another one and come back. After asking for a manager a young man came over I explained to him the situation and then he voided the refund. After he walked away, the original girl said: " I can ring you up after this lady. If you still want it, it will cost you $126.00 " I said: " No it will not. I paid $106.00 for this online and that is what I am paying back to you." She evidently ignored what I said, because after she took care of the other customer at her register she rang it up and said it would be $126.00 again. I said: " You have got to be kidding me. I paid $106.00, you gave me back $106.00, and that is all I am paying." Her reply was that I could just get my money back. I said: " I've had enough of this. I tell you what, just give me the money back. I'd rather go to Best Buy or another store and pay the extra $20 to them instead of buying anything here." And I did go to Target and get what I wanted from a helpful and very sympathetic electronics associate. Thank you TARGET!

I bought a jar of Great Value salsa at my local Walmart store in November 2014 I believe. I dumped some from the jar into a small bowl to dip chips into. The salsa is a rich red color, & has chunky pieces of vegetables in it, so I did not notice the object in it right away. I scooped up some salsa on a chip, and just about chocked on a piece of WOOD, YES, A WOOD CHIP- I coughed and it went from almost down my throat to my teeth, where I tried to chew it up; I thought it was a hard piece of dried vegetable or something. I would love to know the "canning/bottling" process on this one, how does a wood chip get into salsa? I took pictures of the salsa jar, and also saved, and washed the wood chip and took pictures of it too-

I purchased a mossy oak Walmart money card and 500 dollars on I registered it in my name and a week later I had a purchase declined upon contacting money card I was told my funds had been frozen due to mysterious activity however they could not tell me what that activity was and that they need to verify my registration information in which casei had to fax them a copy of my drivers lic and social security card and then after 10 days they would release my funds. Upon doing so they claimed never received my info then I was given a different fax number .imagine that I'm still waiting for them to confirm my info no Christmas money, bills going unpaid. Its my money I put it on the card who cares who I am I want it back.

On wednesday the 18th dec 2014 my 23year old son and i went shopping at the walmart store # 2809 in buckhannon, wv.

I nor anyone else in our family will ever set foot in that store again, and as a direct result of their actions we will avoid all other walmart stores as often as possible.

It was about 2:20 pm when we got to the checkout. We had picked up some christmas decorations, some baking supplies, other food supplies, several blu - ray discs, a 12 pack of coke, and a 12 pack of coors. Total order was expected to be around three hundred dollars which would have been in line with most of our walmart visits.

The cashier asked if my son was of age. I assumed she meant legal drinking age and i responded with an affirmative. She then informed me that he needed to show her id to prove that he was of legal age or she couldn’t sell me the beer. I questioned her request because it seemed ridiculous.

She told me that if he was not of legal age then i might allow him to drink the beer when i left the store and based on that walmart policy does not allow her to sell me the beer. This implies that a shopper with a toddler can’t by beer because the toddler is under age.

I told her that that concept is absurd and if that was the case i will walk away and leave all of the items at the store. At 67 i can legally buy beer anywhere that it is sold and for her to guess what i might do when i left the store is beyond reason no matter how old the person with me is.

The manager overseeing the registers came over and the situation was explained including the fact that my son would not show id and if they insisted we would leave everything and walk out. His response was “that’s your choice, sir “. We left everything at the register after showing the id.

Walmart has forgotten that the retail market is a service business. The concept that any store employee has the right to guess what i may do when i leave the store and refuse to sell me something that i can legally buy anywhere is arrogant, stupid, and discriminatory.

At this rate we will soon need to get permission to enter the stores and kneel to their logo. That is not going to happen. We don’t need walmart or their gestapo tactics.

I went to walmart and my friend needed a dead bolt for her front door. I didnt have any money . So i took the lock out of the box and started thinking that this wasnt a good idea so i put the lock on a shelf without the box. I dont even remember where. Well when i was walking out the door with not taking anything three security idiots were walking in right in front of me. and the main guy said we saw you on camera taking the lock out of the box and stole merchandise from this store. He really scared me and i said no I did not then all of a sudden he snatched my purse right out of my hands and said yes you did. I kept yelling and pleading with him to please give me back my purse and he said no mam i cannot do that. I started walking off and i walked beside him please give me my purse. He and another security idiot said you do not want to touch him keep your hands off him. or we will call 911 and get you for assault. so really pissed I said screw you! Go ahead do what you need to do. you will not find anything in my purse and definitely no locks or merchandise. and they walked away with my purse. I did not take anything from that damn store. What should I do? Should I just let them have my purse? Scared they will charge me with shoplifting when i took nothing.

I wanted my hair washed...cut... Blowed dryed. First when she was washing my hair I never felt her finger on my scalp. She was washing the top of my hair and my head was bouncing back and forth on the sink. She never touched the back of my neck. When I got in the chair I lifted my hair and the hair on my neck was still dry. I said the hair on my neck is dry. She said it dries fast. She cut my hair and then started drying it. My hair is thick but she never pinned any of it up to dry under neath and only dryed it using the dryer and never put a brush it it until she turned the dryer off. She cut a little more. I had told her to cut it in layer in the back..layers to my face and I wore my bangs down. When she turned me to the mirror my bangs where slicking straight up.. My hair looked like a bush and she was done. She said is that ok. I said its hard to tell with it so bushy. She said well if it needs any things come back and I'll fix it. When I got to the register u put my fingers in my hair and under neath it was still very wet. After I saw she had chareged me for a cut, shampoo and express blow dry I asked her did express blow dry mean not all the way dry and left bushy and she had to ask someone. They told her she was suppose to dry it. She said well if you'll come back over to my chair I can finish. I got my ticket and walked out. If she don't know how to wash hair or blow dry she don't need to be working on anyone hair.

We bought huggies with the leak guard but the pampers keep leaking on our bed and on her urine and defecation and we plan on filing a law suit against huggies if this is not taken care of this is costing us money and cleaning up messes we shouldn't have to upon you alls guarantee

For the past month, every time I have visited this store there has been a constant, ANNOYING, beeping sound coming from somewhere in the store. I believe it may have been coming from overhead. It sounded like a large truck, when it is backing up. It was NOT one of the handicap carts. I have asked several employees if it got on their nerves also, and was told it did for the first week, now they are used to it. I will say it was louder near the Pet Dept and Health & Beauty Aids. Today I was shopping for my pet and I finally just left that area. You can hear it throughout most of the store although not as loudly. Also, this store is VERY cold during the Fall/Winter months. I have noticed the employees wearing 2 and 3 shirts, and even sweaters while working. Can't say that I blame them. I understand conserving electricity and being thrifty, but can't Wal Mart afford to run the heat?!

My wife Joan Wagar was having an affair with a Portland cop named Eric Carlson and he was acting as a double to set me up as a pedophile!

When I found out my wife Joan Wagar was hooking our daughters up with a cop that was acting as a double I tried to warn people about it, and that's when I was severely poisoned by Joan Wagar!

All of my wife's coworkers at East Port Walmart were calling officer Eric Carlson by the nickname Doubleclick because they knew he was acting as a double, and after my wife Joan Wagar poisoned me everyone at East Port Walmart started calling my wife by the nickname Mrs Dash!

Police used their power of influence to cover up the poisonings at the hospital and I was repeatedly denied emergency services because of police influence and interference at the hospital!

Shawna Wagar admits in writing to making false pedophile accusations about me and this occurred when my mother and father were poisoned and murdered by local police and by my wife Joan Wagar!

April 2005 officer Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar adopted and actively used the nicknames Doubleclick and Mrs Dash in love letters and in their cellphones and it was East Port Walmart employees that first coined their nicknames!

December 2005 I confronted my wife Joan Wagar with a audio recorder over that love letter Doubleclick the body double wrote my wife and she admits it's her love letter but refuses to admit to her nickname because she is trying to hide the fact she is a poisoner and that it is open knowledge at East Port Walmart, she still also is trying to hide the fact Eric Carlson is a cop and a look-a-like to me!

2006 By the time of Joan Wagar writing this written confession that she uses antifreeze as poison I was so debilitated at this time I was bedridden, Joan Wagar tossed this at me like it was a Frisbee because she wanted to see if I could get out of bed to try and find help or not, I could not!

I loaded $300 to my Walmart Moneycard and I checked the balance to see $106 was misiing. I called to see what happened and they said AmazonPrime took the money out. I have no dealings with AmazonPrime. I told them I never used them and they said I should contact them to see about the charges. I said NOT MY JOB. Get my money back on the card now! They said I had to go on their web site and down load the convenient dispute form, fill it out, then send it to them. Meanwhile they closed the card and kept all the remaining money on it. They said they would review my case and send me a new card with the remaining balance in a few weeks. Unreal. They are internally compromised and can not be trusted. Never again. John

I ordered business checks from the website www.walmartchecks.com. It was mentioned that they would provide it within 2 weeks, but I waited 2 months and still haven’t received it. The seller diddle-daddle and tells nothing about the status of my order. I’m sick of this situation, but I have no idea how to return money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Walmart.com has a website that is structured so that the shipping address confirmation is on the same page as the payment information which caused me to overlook the shipping information when I entered my order. Once you press order - you have crossed into the point of no return since they offer no way to cancel or correct an order. You ask their customer service to correct it for you and they tell you to dispute the charge on your credit card. When you dispute the charge, walmart tells your credit card company that they shipped it so that the charge is valid. What a scam - they don't care whether you receive your product or not and they just give you canned customer service tricks. Never mind that they could hep the customer or even talk to their carrier fedex to change the shipping address. Forked tongue company that is only interested in your money. Boycott walmar.com

My roommate and I were buying our normal food and monthly stuff from walmart.in that we buy tabacoo and beer. So u know we both are 27yrs old and I buy everything on my credit card. No problem buying beer then we remember we are out of smokes I got in tobacoo line we made are order and lady asked for both of our id's. No problem then when I went to pay she refused to sell because I was buying my roommates smokes with mine like I do every few weeks. She gave me some bs abyout it would be a 3rd party and she had to buy her own. Im sorry if we are over the age it dosnt matter who pays. She carded both of us. Everyone buys smokes for other people. Then when I called to talk to a manager they kept transfering me to a manager and then someone would answer then hang up. All I can say is wow no wounder there cashiers dont know anything theyre mangers are no better. You know where I will not be going any more and I added up we spend over 700a month at walmart oh well anther store will be more then happy to take my service.

My doctor called in a prescription for cough syrup. I was suffering from a cough for a week and couldn't stop. It was affecting my sleep and work. My doctor called the script in by noon. I went to Walmart at 5:30, stood in line a half hour, just to be told, it wasn't ready. I was told at least another half hour. Basically, no one started on it. It's cough syrup. Nothing to really measure or count, right? I looked at the line, it was now twice as long running down the store aisle. I was sick, coughing, the last thing I needed or anyone else was to stand around spreading my germs. I needed medicine. I called Walgreens to transfer my script. I will never use Walmart pharmacy again. The pharmacists looked like drones, robots. they never moved, or spoke a word. Sad life they must have.

Bought 8 items online. Walmart charged my credit card but after 10 ten days..only one item was delivered home. Called Walmart call center, the agent couldn't give the reason why the items were not delivered and these items include health products and baby items. He escalated but didn't give any timeline.
Four days passed by, no delivery. called back today, another agent says escalation takes 3-5 business days. This is simply outrageous.
This is illegal business practice - you charge my credit card and deliver the products after 3/4 weeks? Walmart is investing customers' money to make money.
You can't trust and rely on Walmart Online anymore.

Do not purchase a walmart money card, they will take your money and not tell you you have to be approved for a personalized card.once you try to activate the temporary card you are either approved or your money you deposited onto the temporary card will be locked in and can only be used for purchases.this card compAny is a scam and should be stopped!"
