over charge and double ringing
On several occasions while checking out of the Walmart grocery store I was over charge by the register double ringing some of my products or over charging for the product. I noticed this when I checked my receipt when I got home. This seems to be a constant problem at this store. I feel something should be done with checking this store and to see how many other customers are getting ripped off.

I called customer service on april 20, 2014 for a new card to be sent to my address, express ship. I was willing to pay $20 for fed ex express because, i had a very importment appointment on friday, april 25th. I informed the customer service representative of this appointment and they assured me i would receive my card on time. I received my card on thursday, april 24th at 5:11pm. I attempted to activate the new card and the automated system said, " this card number could not be found in the system. " i waited until the next morning of april 25, 2014 to personally speak with a representative to handle the issue. The rep told me that the card sent to me was incorrect and couldn't be recognized by the system, but the card was sent to me by walmart with my name on it in place of my lost card. I have been attempting to explain to every single representative i have been transferred to that i cannot wait another day to be able to access my funds. It is not my problem that customer service sent the wrong card to me via fed ex and this is not good customer service skills not being understanding of the situation. I have a family emergency that needed to be handled today and walmart moneycard is preventing me from taking care of it. I am extremely frustrated, upset, and annoyed. I will not only be filing a complaint, but i have called to have an attorney represent me in this case. Walmart moneycard has taken hundreds of dollars from me due to an error on their part and i will now take matters into my own hands!

I got suspended. I'm a supervisors there and have been since are store open 3 yrs ago. I bring strength and hard work to are store. It's something walmart did for me and I thank them very much for it. So with that, ...I'll do anything for the company. People on here complaining etc n don't get me wrong. Maybe a lot of cases wasn't right, and maybe some was. Walmart is about strength and team WORK! I've done 277 unloading trucks. Cases per hr. Doing trucks in a hour. Once did it in 55 min. 2500 with 5 ppl on the line. The fit program way. So yes, ... I stand by hard work and moral and respect to anybody. No matter what. Always respect. And I'm a tell you why. Because everybody deserve respect. Period. So I train my crew to be respectful and also. Gentlemen n ladies. Smile and so kindness is a must of my crew or anywhere around me or them. My store is very good with these things. Very family bonded. Until this new asst mgmt came that for one. Tell ppl how he use to be nasty to ppl etc or how no one like him cause he was a ..., I was having issues with him n his attitude n very rude n disrespectful manner towards no just me. But to everybody especially are 4 to 1 crew. Cause they made him the mgmt over fit program and backroom. I told him walmart was founded on respect. N me n my crew work to hard to be disrespected and we demanded respect. Seeing that respect is a policy and a coaching for it. Shows that the company strongly stand by it and so do I. I told him if his attitude didn't change. I was using the open door all the way to corp if needed. Until his attitude changed for the better. Over all. He said that statement was a threat n I'm not suspended. So yea, ... That's my case. N trust me. I don't get overtime but. To help me store get on it's feet. Yes I've work. 4pm to 7am. Back at 4 to 1am. Back at 8am n work til 8pm. For weeks. Anything the company need I've push myself to the max to get it done. Very hard aggressive worker here. I'm the unload supervisor. I've done 40 boxes a min. My crew is designed to do 15 boxes a min. We do are math before the truck so we know the time frame we goal for. Then we do it. Lmao. I have one of the strongest crews in the market. Believe it. N my girlfriend been with the company for 10yrs. Work at the same store.
rude unfriendly cashier discriminates against customers is rude to random people
i have a problem with the mean nasty no mannered rude people you find everywhere in Orlando...particularly at Wal-Mart. I go to a neighborhood market walmart on alafaya trail near ucf in Orlando - I usually go at night and at night you have to deal with the rude cashiers there...whoever is there. lately there has been a fat trollup female who for some reason has decided she doesn't want to greet or say anything to me- which is just rude. its her job as a cashier to GREET people not just stare at them and ignore them. ive noticed she will talk to other customers and be very friendly but the minute I get there now she will not say a word to me and just stares at me rudely..sorry b* but a job as a cashier is to at least say hi or say the price..but standing there and saying nothing to a customer is just really rude and disrespectful. of course she does it intentionally because she is a fat ugly whale who is a loser in Orlando--there are many who are jealous and have to disrespect others. they also have no manners and are just the rudest lowest class ### to exist. ive worked as a cashier before and I treated every single person with respect as I do with anything. WalMart the only walmart within a 50 mile radius from my house this is where I have to go shopping when i want to get anything cheap, but everytime I go there the store racks are a mess and there always out of every thing I need, I don't do alot of online shopping because of I don't want my info blasted on the internet. So I'm forced to shop within my town we have 2 savemarts a safeway, grocery outlet and a walmart, Safeway and savemart are too expensive, grocery outlet you neverknow if the food is bad and Sonora WalMart just never has anything you need or want and when you ask a manager when theyre getting a shipment in there answer is a week from now. What happened to good quality service?
This store is not managed like the 2 Lethbridge, Alberta Stores. They are not professional and there is no people skills.

Purchased a lawn mower to keep my japanese garden looking good. There was a bag that was attached to it, but it had a tear in it that I didnt see.
And what do you know? The grass and weeds blew right into my koi pond, killing the main male fish, which for years I breeded!

I wanted the grand theft auto game.But you have to be 17 to get it, so I got my 17 year old to buy it for me with my money when we were shopping in the store with him.
I told him that my mom did not like me playing that game, so he told me that if I open it that they won't let me return it. Then my mom found out and I gave her the receipt because I thought it was already opened so they wont let her return it.
The person said she could not return it but maybe in this situation the manager may make an exception.My mother told the manager what happened and that she wanted a game more suitable for someone my age and he said he would make an exception this time but not next time so now I don't have the game and had to pick another game and they broke their own policy and the law.

tainted ground beef and beef
Since Feb 10, 2014 I have waited for Walmart Manager to get back to me regarding a complaint of some of their beef products. I had approximately four pks of Walmart meat that were tainted that cost in around $30.00.
In January there were two pkgs of walmarts ground beef that was tainted. I had just bought them a week prior.
I went shopping again at Walmart and then two pks of walmarts beef cubes were tainted. I still have one pkg as a testement.
All four of these pkgs of meat went brown. I took out one pkg of mincemeat and one of the cubes of beef and even attempted to cook them and the smell told me not to eat it. In those orders I also bought other meats such as roast beef, chicken, bacon, steak and none of those pkgs were tainted. I bought other meats from other stores replacing the mincemeat and cubes of beef and they were fine as well.
I like shopping at walmart and would do orders anywhere between 250.00 to 400.00. I like the prices. Last summer my local walmarts had beautiful short ribs that my family enjoyed.
I put in my complaint on Feb 10tn, 2014 and asked that my $30.00 be given back to me. I don't care if it is in Walmart coupons but I want my money back for their tainted meat.
I have called back Walmart customer services 4 times right up until today. And so far the store manager Jonathan Elias has not got back to me. I have now requested that the distract manager Eric Payne get back to me.
Chefs Gordon Ramsey, Joe Bastianich, and Graham Elliott all advertised Walmart meats on their Masterchef USA show last year. And that is when I started doing a full grocery order at Walmarts. Sadly I am disappointed that Walmart does not think its important to call back customers or reimburse customers for their tainted meat products.
I have stopped shopping at Wilmer's and will continue to not shop there until this issue is resolved. My patience is wearing thin, I have waited for over 6 weeks up until today.
If a Walmart Manager does not get back to me soon, I will never shop there for so much as a pkg of gum again. In total I paid 30, 00 for tainted meat and I want my money back Walmart Canada! Thank You

Update: I am happy to say that Walmart has settled the dispute and I got a full refund, which I used to shop the same day.
Walmart has resolved my complaint and gave me a full refund for my money. It was a bit of a wait, but glad to say the staff and manager was nice and helpful. I am now back shopping at Walmart.

horrible card/customer service
I have now been hacked 3 times with this card. I called in after my partial payroll deposit didn't appear to find out someone used the Card in two different States and I was unaware. The card was suspended I was told my payroll was rejected also. They suggested sending out a new card at a fee. I contacted my employer and explained the mishaps in which my check was replace with a live check that day to find Walmart decided to grab my direct deposit on the New Card issued to be mailed within 7 to 10 days. Bottom line I spent hours on the phone they lied the barely speak English and are not customer service oriented. There system is not secure I have been hacked 3 times stay away!
My card was canceled one day before my direct deposit. I am unable to access my account or withdraw any of my funds. I feel like I've been had.

Your police is unfair.I don't know when a few months ago or something someone accidentally knocked over a coke bottle, it fell on the floor and the coke spilled out.
The person told the person at the desk where you return things that I spilled this coke, and said they would pay for it, they said they don't have to because they have a budget for these things when someone breaks something. But I made a mistake and I stole some things from your store and they called the cops they should have let it go because they have a budget for theft as well. I think that other person should have paid for the coke since you have a budget both on theft and accidents.
So either make that person pay for coke or don't be hard on shoplifters even if they did something wrong.In other words punish both or none.

Online I saw the product (baby playard) is available in Scarborough Town Center and I rushed to the center. First, items were scattered, second no help. I was waiting their for 25 minutes or so, no reps to help. I saw an old female Walmart rep was passing by, I request for help, she badly reacted with her bad facial posture, "I don't work here." Then I asked her politely where I could get help. She batted me away. So disgusting.
Then I went to a cashier Marabel and she called for a rep to help me find the product. no avail in next 20 mins. then I went back there and Marabel called some one again, and Teresa showed up and told me the product was discontinued. I called my wife, she said the advertisement on the website for the same product is still there, available only in that Scarborough Town Center Store.
I got a pile of another product which is close to the product I was looking for so that customers like me would get annoyed and buy this unsolicited product. I called Asst. Manager Des and Store Manager Lorie. They told me 'Why didn't you call our store before availability of the product?" I said, "In this way we buy so many products from Walmart through online and who have the time to call and check these products' availability? And why we can't rely on Walmart's writing on the website that it is available. Avialable means available. They didn't agree with me, and didn't match the discount on the product that I hesitantly buy.
More interestingly, I sent a review on the product I bought and in a section of the review, I put this note, they said my review didn't qualify.
Walmart's this type of customer service is a harassment and simply outrageous.

It is Spring Break but they are short handed I believe. No help in the departments, long line in the cash, no people in the return goods, absolute anarchy. Then I went to other retail stores, they are busy and business as usual.
The Store Manager is cheap, just like to have profits, not the satisfaction of customers.
lost merchainse no refund yet
Called for almost a week to find out why my merchandise is at the store yet. I shopped online Walmart.com for the first time and choose store pick up. The only notification from the company I received was for the delay in the items but the online tracking said all was at the store since Feb 25, 2014. When you call the auto system or live person states differently. Got the run around repeatedly told I could not be issued a refund. Each time I called we were informed for one different reason of another we could not cancel and be refunded.
Finally the store pick up says it's lost, then we call Walmart.com again. Walmart.com rep says it's not lost it's in transit and no refund can be issued. I am placed on hold several times and finally hang up file a complaint with Paypal. Then I call Walmart.com again this time I am told the rep I just spoke with an hour ago March 1, 2014 issued a replacement, item was lost and then may have also issued a refund afterwards. Since a cancellation was place on replacements (not authorized by me) instead of refund due to lost items.
The Company policy states that if I receive a refund. Can't say if I will though they will send me an email in 24 hrs of this call. The refund will take much longer to how it was handled and it can not be corrected. I was lied to repeatedly by most every rep I spoke with at Walmart.com one story after the other. I am not sure if they really cancelled my orders this time and if I will be issued a refund for over $300 any time soon. No one was helpful and would tell me when i call and inquire what happened to my orders.
As of right now March 1, 2014 I have no furniture I ordered and am out almost $350 that I may one day be refunded.
I contacted Paypal whom I used to make payment to Walmart.com . I opened a dispute and Paypal contacted Walmart. I purchase on Walmart.com but we choose pickup at local Walmart store in Gordonsville, VA. Walmart credit me for the DVD the store sent back. Walmart was quick to ship my furniture using Fedex instead of their delivery truck. I am just happy after nearly 3 weeks the night mare is over.

Okay I called and talked to the hair stylist that was there and asked her could they be able to do hair lights on my hair and that my hair was ethnic. And I was told from her that she was living at 2 and another person was coming in at 2 with at least 20 years of experience In the hair salon..so I arrived at 2 and the lady had no customers and asked me how could she help me and I told I called and she remembered but she was the 1 who was leaving and the lady with 20 years of experience told me she didn't know how to do ethnic hair and the reason is because other ethnic girls that come there don't let them touch their hair...and that although she had 20 years of experience she's never done ethnic hair and nor was she willing to and she made up all kind of lies before stating she doesn't feel comfortable doing my hair..she was very rude and said to me well you know everything is separate she said the highlights and to wash them out would be separate and to just shape the neck line of my hair with the clippers would be considered a hair cut so I would be charged the full price of a cut as well...Note I went to another hair salon in lake Wylie and yes there's no person African American in there hair shops and they did my high lights the same way they would do some one else with a silky hair Texture...They two woman asked me could I come back another day to see some lady names clardiria because and I quote "she has ethic hair and she's the bomb."

un answered emails
I am a mother of 3 and I have recently purchased 3 snow suits for the winter for all my children at Walmart. Let me start off saying that they are beautiful and they have or what I thought were great. My children loves everything Disney Cars! However over a few weeks period all 3 slowly started tearing all in different locations some in two spots. I know that at Wal-Mart they have a policy if you out wear them before out growing them you can return it. However after weeks of going back and forth they do not stand behind this policy I am finding. My problem now is I have 3 children in ripped out side gear and freezing. I unfortunately do not have money to buy another one for all 3 this would cost allot. I simply have been asking them to replace them or order more or give me my money back. Since I have not got any more responses I thought I would contact Disney whom I have also sent 3 emails to different departments within your company looking for answer. I have still had no response from you guys as well. At this point I am a tired, angry and frustrated single mother just trying to keep my children warm. Can someone please contact me ASAP... NOT IMPRESSED!

As a mother I am not expected to fix every ones problems but my families. this is exactly why I am online and making emails and calls to resolve my problems. The issue is within the manufacturing of the clothing. When I spend good money on 3 items I expect at least 2 out of 3 to make it through the season or a month for that fact. When Walmart has a guarantee they are suppose to stand by it. I did not make up there policy I am a mother just following the policy. I shop at Walmart knowing that my children and I will be taken care of not pushed around. When my children all have issues within there snow suit I find that hard to believe this is problem belonging to me at this point. I would kindly repair them when Walmart or Disney steps up and Pays me to do so or simply replaces them as they are suppose to. The problem is that the clothes are made in some Asian country very very cheaply, both in material and production. They are sold in Canada and the USA as a "Disney" product and Disney makes money licensing these items while WalMart makes money selling them. Trying to get WalMart, much less Disney to do something about the cheap, defective clothes is an exercise in futility. I would recommend two things: do not shop at WalMart or buy Disney products and go down to your local Thrift store or Goodwill, Salvation Army stores, etc. and buy your children used clothing. You can get clothes for children very cheaply at these stores and they are usually in very good condition. You might also do as we did as the kids were growing up: buy clothes on clearance at stores when they go on clearance---sometimes up to 90% off. Stock up by buying larger sizes in advance. That way you will have new jackets, shirts, etc. available as the children age and grow. You are trying to make a point with WalMart and Disney. You will lose. They do not care. Especially WalMart. Good luck. And teach your children to get by without name brand clothing just to fit in.

So we use a walmart moneycard to pay all our bills and this past week found out they cancelled our account and said we would never be able to have another account. After a week of trying to get thru to a real person, I was able to talk to someone from India who told me that we were blocked because we load to much money on our card and it looks like suspicious activity. Really? I tried to get her to go more in depth with and explanation and she just kept repeating herself over again. I finally cussed her and hung up. So its now suspicious activity to load to much money on a prepaid card. Imagine that.

They don't state there is a limit. Good Luck trying to get them to raise the limit. I have had a Walmart money card for over three years and never had a problem with it. I never heard that there was a limit to the amount you could have deposited for a tax refund until after I filed my refund. And mine is over the 10, 000.00. I called Walmart money card and asked, told it would be rejected. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all i heard was click. the phone was hung up. I called back and all I got was we are so sorry, we cant raise the limit even for a day ( that was what the IRS agent told me to do). I asked for the corporate office and was told sorry we can not give that number out. Really are you kidding me? you cant give out a number for a someone over your head. I have opened an account with Chase since this all started but not in time to have that account for my refund to go to. My husband is a truck driver and that is why we used the Walmart card, and as soon as he gets home, I will add him to the account, change his direct deposit and I will not for any reason step one foot into a Walmart store to buy even a pack gum. Oh yeah their so sorry but Walmart will reject it and it will return to the IRS within two days, so you can have a paper check mailed out sooner. Believe it or not that was suppose to make me happy.

Time to open a bank account with a checking account, credit card, etc. Like most people? WalMart can do as it pleases. It is offering a service to people with the card and they get to make the rules. If you do not agree, then they tell you to go elsewhere.

My wife received a $100 Vanilla gift card from the in laws bought at Walmart in Pear City Hawaii. We went to Target in Hilo to buy a $34 toy for my son and the card was declined. We called Vanilla's customer service and they took down all of our information and said someone should call in three days. On the fifth day after no follow up, we called again and they said that there is no activity on our complaint. We are now feeling that this is not right. The gift card came with a receipt so we took the card to the nearest Walmart to get it returned. After standing in line we finally talk to the customer service representative. She called the Vanilla card phone number and they said that card is not activated. She said we can not return the card because the card paid for and the card we have is different. We asked how can that be? She said maybe the cashier gave my in laws an inactivated card on accident. I called my in laws and they said they pulled it off the shelf and paid for it. The Walmart Customers service representative said she would call Walmart in Pearl City to check the camera's to see if the cashier switched cards by accident or on purpose. Another investigation is open and no one has called back. All this lost time and energy over a $100 gift card. Who knows how many times this has happened? Scary to think that these big companies can get away with this without any consequences. Bottom line; my in laws lost $100 purchasing a Vanilla Gift card at Walmart Pearl City Hawaii.
Someone finally called back after checking the camera's and they apologized for the inconvenience. They said that the cashier put the Vanilla gift card in the register and that they will issue us a new card. But that's all they said, so I guess case closed. (WEIRD)

Report made. same date and time. Customer was refused copy of accident report.
December 16, 2013 WalMart Insurance adjuster claims the accident happen in the only area of the store that has no video surveillance. And the report dose not admit fault.
After being knocked over into a clothing rack by this non-thinking employ of WalMat walking backwards I had to make two trips to the doctor for treatment and to date sill suffer some effects from my injuries to my head, back and hip. And as a single parent I can't afford to keep any further medical appointments, and just have to hope for the best with my problems.
Never let employees of WalMart near you if you are disabled or use a cane to walk. If hurt all evidence will vanish and you are stuck with the bill.
This also made a mess of my children's Christmas as well.
I now only go to WalMart if I have 2 or more people with me and then only if I have no other choice.
