Wanelo No complaint about merchandise, cause it hasn't been received

Hi, my name is Christopher Marshall. I order some products 4 months ago and have already paid for all my merchandise but I haven't received not one package. I had a different email address when I ordered, I can't find my tracking info or the last date of delivery for all of my merchandise. Can someone contact me by phone or email address. Wanelo Product [protected], [protected]

I have been mislead and have not received my product for going on 9 months and everytime I call they dont return my calls and email me ans say they dont have any information for me, I have requested a refund for the wanelo gurantee they have posted on there website which they keep telling me they cant give me a refund are any information regarding my order, this is very unprofessional for them to continue to ignore this sityuation when this order was place last year in 2022 and it cost me over 200 dollars with shipping, it is going on 9 months and you still have no answers and refuse to cooperate with my bank to refund the money are send my product is a huge concern and I will never order of this website again.

Wanelo Most horrible experience

I've contacted the BBB. Writing reviews everywhere possible and will be blasting this on social media so other people aren't taken advantage of by Wanelo too! I placed an order on March 3, 2023, and still have not received my purse. I have left multiple voicemails and till have not received my purse. I have emailed them many times, placed a complaint, and I always get the same answer. We are working on it, and I have never received my money back, and they say they have a guarantee. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEFT SHOULD BE CHARGED TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME!

Wanelo Shoes

My name is Akeisha Swann and I purchase from Wanelo often. Never have I had a problem with the service or getting my orders. I have two orders that have not been completed. I ordered jollyadays in the amount of $101.62 on January 5,2023 and Nice Luckly for $158.72 on December 29,2022. I have been in communication with Wanelo and one customer service person is responding that they are working on it. The other is offering a $5.00 for items that I don't have that cost me $260.00. I want to be refunded for my money because I do not have items and the response is the seller is not responding. If the sell is not responding I believe that is enough reason for a refund or a $260.00 credit. Please refund me my money or a credit to get other items. This is unacceptable the blank emails telling me to wait 24-48. I have been waiting months. The guarantee is money back, so give me my money back please? I have been patient enough and for Wanelo not being able to get people to communicate is not my problem. You have sellers that aren't responding, why am I waiting? I want my refund and as you all wait for the response you can handle that end of it.

Wanelo Purses, earrings, shoes, jewelry, phone cases.

Prior to sept 2022, things were good ! Have orders since 9/27/2022 and have not received . I email daily and call and response is email form letter , we are on it"! Feel like I have been robbed . Ignored and totally frustrated and disappointing. Want orders or Refunds! But a happy person! Gave quite a few outstanding orders. Guess I was believing as past service , items would eventually be acknowledged . Guessed wrong . Don't know why or what happened but this not the site and service I had received prior to 9/2022.

Wanelo Service

I had bought items last year in Sept and it's now F*ing April 2023 - I am super, super livid - this is so unprofessional and so wrong. By looking through all the complaints, how are they even still open and taking orders if they cannot even take care of the ones that have not received any of their stuff.

I want a full refund of exactly of what they took from me.

Someone has to take care of this company, we all are buying because since the pandemic throughout the world. M, with ones have no work or lack of work or pay cut. We all took are chances with what we have for extra money to spend. Some may have a lot or some or minimal - but trusted this company because the prices were good and affordable. What a waste of money ghat I didn't have to spend - I live from week to week -

Wanelo is not worth buying anything, you won't get it anyhow - or a response back from any customer service agent either - I want my money, I don't even want what I had purchased back in September 2022

Wanelo No longer trustworthy!

I have about 10 items I'm waiting to receive. The oldest item was purchased in August 2022. This is almost April 2023. I have reached out to them to no avail only to receive their standard email that says "we are on it". I called them and left message too many times to count. I have bought a lot in the past and although it would take a little over a month to receive them, I did. They must now have shady sellers whom they need to part with. I want all of my money back!

Wanelo Purse

I placed an order on December 3. The order was stating processing for a couple of weeks so I reached out to customer service. The lady assured me she was checking on the order. I continued to email her every week all she would say was she got no response from the seller. I asked for my money to be returned she would not do that. I called Wanelo and left messages. I have sent all the correspondence to Wanelo. They told me if I had reached out sooner they could have given me a refund. I have sent proof that I have been reaching out! I’m very frustrated

Wanelo Wanelo does not deliver the products purchased

Many times Wanelo takes a long time to deliver the products and when asked for explanations they only give excuses. it seems to me that they could have much more control over their suppliers and over the products bought through their platform. it is a responsibility towards the customers. I made a purchase in December and another in March and both are still in "processing" status.

I don't want to think that it is a scam platform.

Wanelo I was scammed out of almost $300

On October 17, 2022 I placed an order for $273.00 and I have never received anything from this order. I have called and emailed them numerous times and not one time have I received a phone call back nor have I received a return call regarding my money. I know many of the vendors are from out of the country but the owner of this company is in California. Someone needs to give me a refund ASAP.

Where's my tracking number?

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the day the order is placed. Why does my tracking say “not found” on USPS?

A tracking number may take up to 5 business days to become activated on the shipping carrier’s website. If your tracking number still says “not found” after 5 days of being shipped, please email [protected]@wanelo.com and we’ll reach out to the seller for an update.

Why won’t you accept my credit card or billing address?

Make sure the billing address you entered is the same one associated with the credit card you’re using. Be sure to double check spelling, capitalization and abbreviations in the address. If you’re still experiencing issues, check out our Help Center article for more solutions!

Can I cancel my order?

Because we immediately begin processing your order to ensure the fastest fulfillment from the seller, it is not possible to cancel an order after it is placed. Wanelo Kenii seller

On June 9th 2022 I purchased $291.07 merchandise from seller. It been 30+ days since I placed this order. I never received a tracking number. Website say order will shipped 7-14 business days. Wanelo 2 packages

I ordered 2 packages 3 months ago I've reached out multiple multiple times and even called the number everyday for a month which is not even Wanelo real number if you call it's a car automotive place they have said they were going to find my packages a month ago and they still have not emailed me back after reading these reviews I literally wanna take it to small claims court because they need to be shut down

Wanelo Purchase

In good faith I purchased an item after reading about the companys ( WANELO) reviews and their mission. Im all about supporting womens based businesses.
However...
Its been 2 months and I havent received my order or tracking number or shipping status. I was charged and thats all that happened.

Wanelo Wallet

Placed an order on Jan 31. It was never shipped. I'm now outside of the "Wanelo guarantee " which states that if I haven't received it by a certain date I'd be refunded immediately with no problem. After a dozen emails and several calls I still haven't been refunded. I get a response of platitudes. They tell me they've reached out to the seller and haven't heard back. It's 6 days past my delivery window date. March 3.

Wanelo Shoes

I have contacted wanelo multiple times about 2 orders placed 11/30/19 and 12/05/19 that i still have not received. Wanelo will not respond no refund my money. I have sent several emails for my 2 orders and called more than 8 times. I can not get in touch with a customer service rep and the only response i hve received is that they are looking into it and have contacted the seller

Wanelo brought 2 pair of shoes

I ordered two pair of shoes as Christmas gifts in November and still have not received anything. When you try to track items it's a dead end. Called and left several messages and no one can tell me what happened or where my orders are. I requested a refund and can't get any response. This company is a scam. I will never use again. They steal your money and the customer service is just a auto message
