I bought a pool blaster pool vacuum from Water Tech Corp
I bought a pool blaster pool vacuum from Water Tech Corp. It stopped working after a few uses. Their products are terrible and they don't support their products. This company is very bad and very rude. They only want more money from the consumer for their junk. Their customer service is very rotten. Don't waste your money on this junk.
I got a Cordless vacuum from Water Tech Corp
I got a Cordless vacuum from Water Tech Corp. for my pool. I bought batteries for it, but when I put them in, the vacuum didn't even turn on. It's a total rip-off. I paid $199 for nothing. Their office is always closed and no one ever calls me back. I can't believe they're allowed to sell this garbage in the first place.
I got a Watertech FX 8-Li on June 19 from *** shopping
I got a Watertech FX 8-Li on June 19 from *** shopping. The battery stopped recharging. It has a partial 2 year warranty. I've called the company 4-5 times. I sent in the receipt. They said someone would contact me to collect a $64 charge needed to pay for a replacement kit. Nobody followed up despite emails and calls. I really need to get the vacumn fixed (or I will move on to another product - but I am waiting to see if I can get this repaired first) as my pool is really getting dirty given the storms in Miami.

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
I bought a pool cleaner from Water Tech Corp on April 30
I bought a pool cleaner from Water Tech Corp on April 30. On August 31, I called them to say the motor wasn't working. They told me to send it back at my own cost, which I did on September 7th. I waited for 20 days and didn't hear anything, so I sent an email. They replied that the item was being repaired and would be shipped out soon. I waited for 35 days and sent another email. They asked for proof of purchase, which I had already included in the return. I sent it to them via email, but they asked for it again. I sent it to them 7 times and then they asked for the tracking number. I provided it, but they asked for it again. I sent them the picture of the tracking receipt from *** five more times. They said the repaired motor was on its way. I received the package one day later, but half of the parts were missing. I emailed them and they said their "best technician" had worked on it and returned all the parts, but they didn't return the whole unit to me. Only half of the parts were returned and it was useless to work. In addition, what they returned was clearly well used as there was dirt in the motor and surrounding washers.
I bought a pool vacuum from Watertech on June 14 for $199
I bought a pool vacuum from Watertech on June 14 for $199. I was hesitant because I saw negative reviews about the battery not charging after a few uses. But, I saw that the company was fixing the issue, so I decided to give it a try. We used it 11 times in 2 months and charged it 3 times. On the 4th charge, it stopped working and wouldn't charge. I contacted the retailer, In the Swim, but they said I had to contact Watertech. I called them in September and they said they don't fix them, but they would send a new battery for me to install. I waited for a dozen days, but no battery arrived. When I called again, the rep couldn't hear me and started yelling. I submitted a complaint online and a new rep offered a one-time replacement battery. I received it, used it 3 times, and on the 2nd charge, it stopped working. I contacted them again and demanded a refund, but they only offered a one-time replacement. I think this is fraud and I'm filing a complaint.
