Omg where do I start? I purchased this ap because I was told that it would work with iOS for my sons phone. I do a remote session with a rep to get it all set up and then their instructions were that I need to keep phone connected to pc for at least 6 hours before it would start working. It recorded 32 things After day 1 then it never did anything for another week. I waited patiently with no changes to history. I even tested search words for internet history still nothing. So after 6 hours installing two different programs and a week all the test including me deleting messages to see if it recorded that ...NOTHING! So I submit a case and they respond back via email that I had to contact support for a remote assistance session. The rep that I get tells me it works with an android but they have known issues with iOS WOW! So the rep tells me to respond back to the email and they would resolve the refund request. Today which is almost a month later after reopening the case I think 5-7 more times these people still are refusing to refund me. This is outrageous. I paid for 3 months for almost $60 and got absolutely nothing out of this junk software.

WebWatcher webwatcher filtering software

DO NOT give this company your credit card information. They are clearly fraudsters. I asked for a refund within their trial period and they refused. They claim it can be installed in 5 minutes or less which is false advertising. I tried for hours to get it to work only to discover you have to have a computer on the same network running a service. I am a software engineer and have never had issues like this before. The software is absolute junk. I'm escalating to my credit card company.

Deceptive practice for the "risk free" guarantee. When I asked for a refund within the 3 days time limit, it was denied for arbitrary reasons. The SW does not perform as advertised (it is not stealthy--easily discovered--and requires the client on my PC to be open. Company just flatly denies the refund request--for me and all others it appears. Company offers no resolution.

WebWatcher internet monitoring app

I purchased the spy app from webwatcher in approximately June 2019, and paid with my Visa debit card.
I complained to the company that I could not get the product to work and told them to cancel my subscription with immediate effect.
This week I noticed webwatcher had debited $39 from account without my permission.
I have never used this product and request immediate refund of the amount debited back into my account.

WebWatcher webwatcher bills concerns

To whom it may concern.
This is christy, and I am sending this message to request for refund of two charges made in May and August from my account. I was not able to use the complete the set up process or use the Webwatcher program since May and have been billed twice for service that I didn't use. So I will appreciate a refund of the two charges made to my account.

WebWatcher webwatcher children's phone monitoring

We signed up for this and the same day we asked for refund because it wasn't what we wanted. We got a co.okete run around. We called and were told yes they would refund but they stall you list the refund time period and instead send tech support to help you with app. We called numerous times for a week and now are told we are past the refund period. Completely deceptive. I would strongly avoid.

WebWatcher complaint

Worst product/ruined my macbook!
Beware! You need to read this before you buy! These people do not honor their risk free trial and do not refund your money.
I purchased this subscription and had trouble downloading on my macbook pro (2018 model). 3 days later, I had to call tech support to help because the download didn't complete successfully. I thought it was my error. Tech support assisted remotely and it seemed to load successfully. We hung up and the backup data for the phone I need to monitor did not complete. My computer froze and shut off. I had to take it to a tech to service it. I requested a refund within the 3 day trial period and they sent a generic response, not at all addressing my issue. I complained and filed a claim with paypal, but paypal doesn't refund any software related purchases. Webwatcher also sent the same generic response to paypal, as a reply, no different than what webwatcher sent me. These people are scammers and sheisters! Their software is junk, too. I found out, after I had to pay, that you have to download data on your computer from the phone you are monitoring every time you want to review the info. What the hell? Who has time for that crap?! Do not buy this subscription! It's crap! Junk! And, they do not have an idea of what customer service is. They only have automatic replies to emails, which proves they have no business sense or adequate payroll funds, whatsoever.

WebWatcher monitoring

Deceptive practice. Do not use this company. They do not deliver but steal your money. The will fight your credit card company with clever tactics if you file a dispute. They capture data to make it look like you are in the wrong. I think they have a department just to fight disputed claims. Product never worked and I could never get a hold of them.

WebWatcher "risk free" service - more like total scam

So far I am very disappointed! It took over 2 hours to install, not 5 minutes as advertised and I had to get technical support involved. It doesn't show me who my kid follows/comments or gets DM's from on social media apps (only date and time accessed). It DOES NOT syncing remotely as advertised -- NOT REAL TIME DATE! (I have to use a USB everytime!?!). And if you want a refund, forget it! I was denied by you when I used your online refund request AND I called twice only to hear they will "transfer you to the refund dept" but then I get transferred to a voicemail saying you can only request it online. The return policy, which isn't mentioned prior to entering your credit card # says you have to do it within 72 hours of purchasing which isn't even enough time to get it all set up and determine if it's actually tracking and monitoring. I'm beyond annoyed, what a waste of time and money! TOTAL SCAM. Thankfully my credit card company is disputing it.

WebWatcher refund

Well my nephew downloaded this app and use my savings and I'm trying to void this transaction and get my refund. It was without my premission also. I don't know how he got my card but he's in big trouble. It's very important that I get this transaction void because it's my card is connected to my savings account which money isn't supposed to come out for six months till a year.

I would never recommend webwatchers to anyone it's never worked for me and it was only suppose to be for 30 days even after I called and cancelled 5 days after I cancelled they charged me again. This is a [censored]ty program all around just to be able to talk to a person to cancel I had to act like I was trying to order service threw them. They have robbed me for 5 months instead of help keeping an eye on all my kids [censored] so really you [censored] tarts really robbed my kids safety. I hope you all are happy with yourselves. I will never trust another service no matter what but just let it be known that if anyone tries to chat or hit up/meet up (adult wise)any of my kids that are all under age I never needed a program to find anyone and it would be hell to pay there will be no more taking my money period

WebWatcher webwatcher download, refusal to issue refund

This so called download does not do what is says it will do. I cancelled within the first 24 hours of download and the company refused to refund my money. Their "free trial" is a gimmick to take your money. The program did not do what it claimed it would and when I asked for a refund of my $39.95 payment for 3 months the company said they would only refund my money if the program did not work. It did not work, they will not refund my money and I paid $39.95 for 3 months for something I am not using, nor will use. A RIP OFF! DO NOT PURCHASE!

WebWatcher parental monitoring app

The free trial only lasts 3 days and it took me longer than that to see the first data. Upon seeing the first data I realized that this app does not do half of what it leads you to believe. You can see IM messages unless they were deleted. You cannot see popular messages on apps like Snapchat, Instagram or Facebook (just to name a few.) It never has shown me the GPS location of the phone but I can go on the cloud and see it. You can only see photos if they are in the phone library but if they were deleted...forget it. We needed an app to monitor self harm and talk of suicide. The stakes are pretty high. If you want to monitor a ten year old then this app might be ok. But if you need to monitor a more wily teen then find a real monitoring app that offers everything. I requested a refund but they declined. All in all this encounter has been very disappointing.

I signed up for the 3-day trial the software didn't function correctly and kept asking for update I went to tech support they actually did a factory reset of my phone and my daughter's phone refuse refund my money I have to file complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission webwatcher is a fraudulent company it is a scam

WebWatcher risk free trial

I signed up for the Risk Free Trial and within just a few minutes my credit card was immediately charged $129.00. I see now that there are many other complaints about the same issue. Once my card was charged, I immediately cancelled my account the same day that I signed up. I requested a refund but they said it had to be related to a software issue. This company is very deceiptful, misleading and cares nothing about the consumer. I didn't have $129 to just throw away. This is very unfair and they need a different policy in place or will continue to get complaints in the future.

WebWatcher webwatcher $45 1 month subscription

It would have been a real good app except when wanting to see if it truly does what it says. For instance, on the text, if you get the 1 month subscription, you only get to see one side of the conversation, and thats not your childs side. What good does that do me. Also on social media, same thing, when texting with it, you don't get to see whats actually being texted, again, what good does that do me. If in a months time, your not showing me what I really need to see, why would I bother paying for a year. Very not happy. will not be renewing.

WebWatcher product not as promised, refused refund, no customer service

I joined for a 7 day free trial and paid right away as product was suppose to be great. Within 12 hours (within the trial) I requested a cancellation and refund. This has been going on for 2 months now. They refuse to refund me.
They even refuse to provide the address and who I should send a lawyers letter to constantly ignoring my message that I have tried to fix it with their help, and send back a template email.
Ive tried to use there customer service for help by online chat and have them take over my computer at least 3 times to no avail. There software is not functional or what is promised.
Ive requested 6 times for a refund explaining the situation and get form letters in return (after 48 hours). $177 cad for nothing but frustration and wasted time.
I have tried again and again but the software does not do as suggested. Ive worked with them to resolve and requested a refund very quickly - im not trying to abuse the 7 day trial or their rules.
I would like a full refund.

WebWatcher no refund - try it risk free is a lie!!!

The software could not meet my standards. This company promise to perform without target device. That is a lie!

Now this company is not going to issue a refund. They want to email me back and forth asking for the targeted device. I do not have access to the targeted device. If I had access I would not need this service.

This software can not perform the way I need it to and I can't even get a refund. I am stuck with a software that promised I could TRY IT RISK FREE.

I am having the exact same problem! They told me I need access to the target device to uninstall and re install the software to update to their new version. I just downloaded and started the app a week ago! I don’t have access to the device because it was new and added. Now our son has it passcode protected. Not like I can just ask for his passcode to update spyware. I told them the same the purpose of me purchasing the app was to AVOID going through the target phone! It doesn’t record all data, we bought the e notify for daily emails with data and have never received a single one. Contact them every day and by the end of the discussion we are told ‘iy’s Fixed’ and nope we still don’t get them. Anyone have any other suggestions for WORKING apps for a teenagers phone? We are looking at mspy but again Leary due to will it work and have to figure out how to get the passcode for his phone to install! Ok

WebWatcher there is a reason all reviews show one star.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not purchase this product. We got to this site from a link from a company that purchased them. It offered a 14 day risk free trial. We signed up, and quickly realized it was not as easy to install this as it stated. As a matter of fact, we couldn't get it installed at all. We emailed them within 15 minutes of the purchase, no response. 3 days later someone responded and said they only refunded if you couldn't get it working properly within 3 days. They waited 3 days to even reply. It didn't work. I don't call that a risk free trial. I contacted my credit card, and filed a chargeback against them. Horrible people to deal with. Very snarky in their replies as well. Do not buy because if you have any issues, they will not help you and instead of any free trial, they just take your money and try to run.

This company had a 7-Day free trial. And their policy said that you can cancel your 7 day free trial before the 7 days up and they will release your money they claim that if you sign up for the 7 day free trial they will put a hold on your credit card for the payment and will not charge your card until after the 7 day free trial I signed up for it and they took the money off of my card within the 7 day free trial was up and I did what they require me to do I cancel my service within 24 hours of me signing up and now I'm having a problem with getting my money back in the payment was 129 95 these people are stealing money I have called and their manager Natalie Baker refuses to refund my money
