10/2/2023 @ 5:41 pm the order was place for BLT Crispy Chicken, 2 chicken sandwiches with lettuce only, 2 mango lemon, jr. cheeseburger, 2 med Chocolate Frosties, 4 & 10 piece nuggets. jr fries, med fry. Once we received the food, the jr. burger and the 1 chicken sandwich was cold. I went into the store & informed them that both sandwiches were cold. the rep informed me that he would have to check with his manager to approved me of getting warmer sandwiches and he stated that it would be 10 to 15 minutes, I have to have instead chicken nuggets and ask if the French fries could be exchanged because they were cold. I received hot fries, however once I returned home we had no BLT Crispy chicken, no extra fries with the order. Only to realized that we were given 2 grilled chicken wraps. I called the store 6:33, 6:34 6:34 6:35, called the corporate office, 6:42pm, called the store 6:436:44 & 6:51 NO answer called today 9:14 am, that's my frustration of contacting the store and no answer its a major concern $40.00 spent only to get the wrong order. It's the number on the receipt, if the number is not working then update the number on the receipt. Host Asianae who took the order I tried coping the receipt. Didn't work
Desired outcome: Refund my money, and I would like a response also.
