I went to the Whataburger in Grapevine Texas, on hwy 121 near Bass Pro. Every time I go there the service is slow. Last night I got to the drive through at 01:08. I didn't get my order until 01:38. That's 30 minutes waiting and way too long. When the guy read my order back to me they didn't have it right. There was a whole meal missing from the order. I was so frustrated I didn't want to wait any longer so I just left. When I drove off I noticed that the dining hall only had a dozen patrons inside.
Another issue was the guy who handed out my order. He is a tall African American. He gives it to me and then just looks at me. No Thank You or anything. I NEVER have an issue like that at the Whataburger on business 121, the other one in Grapevine down by Main Street or the one in Highland Village. Each of those locations has always given great service and all the employees, African Americans too, are nice and polite. Sometimes it's been busy and I've waited a while but there's always an apology and a Thank You for being patient. Never at this location. If he doesn't appreciate me giving you money to pay him then he shouldn't have this job.
I'm done with this location. Last night it was conveniently located but I'm never going to stop there again, no matter what. I will drive to the business 121 location before I stop here again or more likely go to the "Steak and Shake" since they're open 24 hours too. People who stay at the nearby hotels are getting a dose of less than average service at this Whataburger location. What will they tell others about you when they get home? Given it's proximity to so many hotels this store SHOULD be the best one in Texas but it is far from that.

I was there last night around midnight 12-2, yes it was a steady night but the manager was so overwhelmed by the customers that he was yelling at his employees especially one poor girl at drive he really let her have it poor girl if I was in her shoes I would of dropped what I was doing and quit on him that was so wrong.
If Rene can't handle a rush like that he shouldn't be there running the place.

I have lived in TX for over 8 years and eat at Whataburger restaurants often.. At at restaurant 744 last evening, ordered a bacon cheese whataburger, service was vey fast but my burger and fries were cold.. I was too hungry to send back. I just want someone to know that this is the first time I have ever gotten cold food and one of your restaurants..

wait time and overall staff chaos
Cypress Creek, Cedar Park TX Location - December 2, 2018, order 276948. Order time on receipt 12:47:40 pm and received my order at 1:15 pm. I had to ask 3 times for someone to check on my order and each time the response was that it would be out next. Very frustrating experience especially the lack of urgency displayed by the staff. It takes a lot for me to complain (this is my first ever formal one) but this was shameful.

Hello I would just like to say that something needs to be done at the Wataburger on 4th street in Longview Texas 75605. I just waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for my order. I would also like to point out that at one moment I heard the woman working the window say " I'm so lost right now hahaha" I dont believe that is the right person to have running the window if they can't do a simple job. I love wataburger and the food but I have to say that after this experience it will make me think twice about coming to this establishment.

Manager makes false statements about employees specifically african americans. Manager has a obvious racist demeanor towards african american individuals. She also played a part in having me terminated but I was eventually reinstated a week later. This decision recognizably disgusted the following manager. She is a manipulative racist disrespectful person and continues to be so. Its the managers word over the employees and I am not at all the first employee that she has been doing this to. She deserves a thorough investigation including an employees and managers meeting because we all deserve to be heard and defended just as much as a manager does we work just as hard if not harder.

i have been going to whataburger for over 30 years, lately it has been pretty much going every morning. today i was turned away from the whataburger on eastchase parkway and i-30 in fort worth tx because they were cleaning. WJHAT? i have been in whataburger many times while they were cleaning. generally i arrive at whataburger between 4:30 and 5:30 am and this has never happened. i have been in there many times when they were mopping making tea, etc. i believe this is the product of the new manager that you moved from the location on brentwood stair rd and i-30 . this store is about 2 blocks from my home. the manager you moved from there to eastchase parkway was very slow and at different times it tooks 6-10inutes for her to take the orders. when i got to the window she seemed completely out of it. so i started going to eastchase parkway.now she is there and she is very unfriendly. she will never say you are welcome when you thank her. she sometimes does not put the orders on the screen and i have been asked up to 3 times what i ordered. she trys to do too much at one time and if i order tea and they are behind the counter she gives you the cup and walks off. she very seldom fills the cup and i have to ask another employee. she does not believe that the customer comes first. she gets very upset if you have to correct her, which i have done. i have been in there so much ordering the same thing that if she gets the order wrong or forgets something i corrrect her because i know the price of what my orders should be. it can be read on her face that she doesn't like it. you have a problem at this whataburger and i hope you can correct it. i don't know if i will go back or not. but to be turned away from a restaurant after going practically everday is soomething that has never happened to me at whataburger. i believe she is ruining your business as i was pulling out of the parking lot someone who went through the drive thru was apparently told the same thing.. good luck with this one. every damn bit of it
I went to the whataburger on shadow creek parkway near Pearland tx, I ordered my food, paid then pulled up to wait.got what was supposed to be my food then drove 18 miles to my hotel.just to find out my order was wrong, drove back to the restaurant, went inside to get my order with the same crap they gave me to begin with. Got my food drove back to my hotel to find that my order was incorrect again. I mean how hard is it to follow an order on a screen. So I give up, whataburger can have that 26 dollars, and you better damned well enjoy it. I'm through with whataburger period.

We used one of the Whataburger coupons where you get a Whataburger 1-5 free with a purchase and was told that I couldn't get the #5 option for free and pay for the drink and fries. So I had to get the regular Whataburger. Then scratched out my drink and fries that we paid for and left out my fries and I only got my drink. My boyfriends drink was completely watered down. Customer service was terrible.
never received my order
i ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit early on monday morning 10/15/18. after the cashier took my money she was never seen again. i waited for at least 15 minuets. still no service of any kind. i finally had to just drive away so i wasnt late to work. i would have appreciated someone telling me something, anything not just be ignored. this happened in granbury tx. im sure if anyone cares to inquire on this event you will fine there was a drive off without service on that day and time. me and my family have always loved whataburger but this needs to be addressed.

The food was cold, the patty was dry, The extra cheese was missing, the onions weren't grilled all the way, and the sweet tea was unsweetened tea. I haven't gone to Whataburger once in the past 6 months where I didn't have to go back and get my food fixed. Whataburger has always been a favorite of mine but in the past year I feel the quality of service has deminished significantly.

So we went on 10/23/2018 to the Whataburger location on Alton Gloor in Brownsville Texas. We got 2 Number 13s n a bacon n cheeseburger combo and all the food super cold n nasty except for the white gravy in the chicken strip meals we were not sure what was colder our drinks or the food... I will attach receipt of our order this is not the 1st time we get food cold and we visit various locations in South Texas. Has anyone in your company thought of fixing this temp issue and also maybe introduce better ways to keep fast food warmer for your customers? One last thing what happened to having the complaint number on the receipts?

I went to WhataBurger around 6:45am on 10/23/2018. I ordered the #21 with sausage and I add bacon with a large raspberry ice tea usually with no ice most of the time. I come to this WhataBurger very often and order either this or the Patty Melt meal. you can check my transaction. The Cashier Sabrina B is usually at the window most of the mornings that I am there. She's usually pleasant 99% of the time.
Well today was the 1% that she wasn't pleasant. My usual order was wrong and when I got to the window, she was handing me a coke zero. I said no ma'am that is not the drink I ordered. I ordered the Large raspberry ice tea with no ice like I normally do. She tells me yes but you also ordered the coke zero. I said no ma'am I did not, I wanted the Chorizo thing and add bacon. Her reply to me was, sir I asked you three times if you wanted a coke zero and you said yes not you're saying no. I said ma'am, why would I ordered a coke zero when I ordered a large ice tea? the same ice tea i always orded when im here and you hand it to me? She took my card charge me for the transaction open the window, handed me my card. I said thank you, she looked at me and closed the window. I was sitting in my car like wow, did this just happend to me. then another lady comes to the window, she ask me if I wanted any sauces. i said I would only like strawberry jelly. she put them in the back and handed it to me and I left.
Now, I'm not trying to get Sabrina B in trouble because this is the first time in our many transaction that she has done this to me. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day and was annoyed but I want someone to talk to her because I do not want this to happened to me again.
If it happens to me again, I will stop coming to this establishment because I am a loyal paying customer and I give respect and I expected the same level of respect as well.

I ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit with a jalepeno cheddar biscuit. Before i even had the chance to get my drink and choose a table to sit at my food was already out and my first thought was wow that was really fast whataburger is getting better... I spoke too soon because i then got to my table and proceeded to unwrap what i thought was going to be my Honey Butter Chicken Bisquit and i soon found out it was not even close. I started to unwrap the wrappers and i saw it wasn't what i ordered first and then as i continued to unwrap it i found a used clear glove under the bisquit... i was furious and disgusted so i carried it back up to the counter and nothing was done besides i got a new Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. I don't even think the manager was informed about the incident...

Hi My name is Erika Garza I work at location 327 on NW military in San Antonio. I few weeks ago I stabbed myself with a meat thermometer after someone didn't put it back in its rightful place. I went to get it checked after the incident when I couldn't open my hand all the way. I was told by my GM, Obed Munoz, that my medical bill will not be paid for because I did not visit the "right Emergency Room." The Manager that night told me she had no idea about what to do in case of incidents like so. I was told Obed hadn't trained any of the managers about certain emergency procedures like the one I was in. There were 2 managers and neither knew what to say or do after a I cleaned my hand. Each week I receive more and more bills for a 5 minute stay and I don't make near enough money to pay any of it off. It's reached about 1000$ the last time I added it. I am totally not upset I'm just really scared honestly because I've never had to deal with this and I have no idea what to do or where to start or who to even speak to. I've spoken to a case representative but the last time we spoke one of us hung up and after I tried calling back 3 times I never got an answer or call back. I've received a bill recently saying if I don't pay it, it'll go badly against my credit.

I went to my local Whataburger here in Dallas. The receipt they gave me has no store number on it but the address is 18253 Marsh Ln Dallas, TX 75287. I went through the drive thru and I was in line for over 30 minutes. I wanted to leave but couldn't because I had already paid. They lady told me my food was going to take a minute and if I wanted to just leave I could but told her I just paid! After waiting half an hour I finally get my food and they forgot my condiments so I had to go INSIDE to get it! When I got home both meals were HORRIBLE! The fries were so old and stale! My burger I got the #1 with mayo and the patty was burnt and dry. Barely any mayo. My husband got the patty melt and it looked like a plain hamburger with cheese and it was just gross! My sweet tea was a UNSWEET tea so i didn't get to even enjoy my drink! Never going back to that location again. I am very disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money.

Order # 505245. I was in drive thru at 1320 high st jackson, ms. The service was extremely long and nobody warned me of the long wait. Im an officer and i waited for over 15 minutes. And to top it off the burger was disgusting and seemed to be just thrown together, as if they were in a rush. The order was also incorrect, because i ordered onion rings and they gave me fries. The black female that took my order didnt seem to care that it took so long and seemed very detached from her job. I wouldnt be so angry, but the service sucked and the food was terrible.
garden salad with breaded chicken
On 9/30/18 around 4pm or 5pm I ordered two Garden Salads with Breaded Chicken along with other items. My husband and I planned on saving our salads to eat for lunch the next day at work. When I was about to eat the chicken it was uncooked. The meat in the middle was clearly not cooked well enough. I called my husband to ask if his salad was the same and he reported his chicken was uncooked as well. I had to throw the whole salad away due to my food being contaminated with uncooked chicken. I am requested a refund of my money. I contacted the Whataburger location I bought it from and the manager offered me another salad but I don't want another salad just because I was already grossed out by the one I bought. I just wanted my money back. I did not have the receipt since I had bought the salad the day before I was going to actually eat my salad. The salad was already cut into pieces when I opened it, so clearly who ever cut the chicken at Whataburger had to have seen that the chicken was not fully cooked. My name is Tanya V. I am a hard working mom to 6 boys. I am also in the food and restaurant industry. I have been for 23+years. I love my job and i enjoy what i do. My family and i come to your weatherford location often. Tonight was a first for us. We ordered 3 meals totaling $26.60. We recieved our food and drove home. I ate a fry and thought it tasted old. So did my husband and kids. We All agreed. I called the location and spoke to Samantha. I felt like i was bothering her. I felt as if she didnt think i had a valid complaint. She said she would cook more, but we were already home and didnt want to get back out. I told her i wasnt coming for new fries, and she was just like ..."ok, thanks." We spend money here at least twice a week. This has now changed. I will not go spend almost $30 on stale food and then have the manager not care.
