Only 1 Handicap Parking because of 5 Curb Side service spaces used
Date [protected]. I have been a long-time customer of What a Burger. Today I tried to find a Handicap parking, there was only one Handicap spot. The reason was the other Handicap spaces was replaced with Curb Side pick-up. I had to park out where it was no easy for 100% Disabled Veteran to get in and out of his vehicle. Restaurant # 1043 does not meet Disability Act standards.

They have 2 lanes and never utilize the second lane to take orders causing extremely long lines that go out on the main street. If that's not bad enough they never get my order right. Always forgetting fries. This is absolutely the worst whataburger I have been to. I have to go to this one because I live out in the country and this is the closest whataburger.

ordered a whataburger with ONLY ketchup & pickles. asked if I wanted cheese, I replied ONLY ketchup & pickles. the ticket said ONLY ketchup & pickles. unwrap the burger to discover cheese. clearly, the staff can't read or comprehend what ONLY ketchup & pickles means. second time I have called about an issue at this location. $ 10 wasted on a meal that I can't eat as the cheese can't be taken off. I threw away an entire meal which I wanted as it's after three o'clock in the afternoon & I hadn't eaten the entire day. So thank you for taking my $ 10 for nothing. really f***ing appreciate that.

Extremely excessive wait time and order incorrect
On 4/30/23 at 7pm we pulled into the Whataburger drivethrough at 5346 Stewarrt St Milton Fl. There were at least 6 vehicles in front of us. It took over 20min to get to the speaker to place our order. It is now 7:54pm and we have just recieved our order of a #1 with cheese plain and dry with 2 large fries. This isnt the first time we have had to execessively to get our food at this location. Most of the time they get our orders wrong. This location does not use both windows for the drivethrough, they ask for your name at the speaker, and have you pay and pickup at one window. Only one lane of the drivethrough is utilized and parking to wait excessively for orders is very limited as there are also cars from dine-in customers and staff.
Desired outcome: A free order for a family of four of whataburger meals to at least make up for the inconvience of having to wait And they need to fix the mis-managment of this store more than anything.

We ordered curbside, it advised us to get there at a specific time. We got there at the time even a couple minutes before. We checked in, vehicles got there next to us and they got served before us. Visited the Whataburger in Brewton, Alabama(Restaurant 989) just wanted Honey mustard for my fries due to I can't have the spicy ketchup was told I would have to pay extra for that.. (No thanks) So I called back to speak with Manager(Marc Barlow) about this matter. He had me on a speaker phone everyone could hear and was very rude to me about the matter. Try to explain that I couldn't use the spicy ketchup but that didn't matter to him that I was given something that would just be put in the trash... We live in a world where people go hunger every day and he doesn't care about waste! Very Poor Manager choose. I understand rules but there are always exceptions to them also... Try to find a District Manager name and number to speak with but that too was not in your system. I would like a apology from this manager and training in how to speak with a customer about a problem. Does your company not do this? I have worked in Management all my life till retiring and would never have excepted this behavior out of an employee.

Customer care
Attempted to eat breakfast before I went to work. The doors typically don't open until 0600. At 0602 an employee walked by where I was standing at one of the doors and walked to the other door and was let in. Then another employee came to the door I was standing next to and opened the door and asked if I could use the drive through since she was working on a large order. I asked her if I could just come in and get a drink. She allowed me to and put a medium cup on the counter after I told her I wanted a large one. She then charged me for the medium drink. I asked her for a large cup and she told me I only paid for a medium one. I told her I asked for a large one. She then tried to charge me for another drink, a large one. I asked her about being reimbursed for the medium one. She then threw a large cup on the counter and told me to get the drink. I started hearing racial comments from the employees in the back of the store. All of the employees in the store appeared to be black and I am caucasian. I got my drink and when I attempted to leave I found the door locked. One of the employees unlocked the door and as I left I heard him say under his breath, "That is an example of white trash!" I have done alot of business with Whataburger over the years. I was extremely disappointed and offended in that visit.
Very bad customer service care with an employee and why a manager didnt do anything try end it peacefully
today on [protected] I saw employee in Tulsa on 21st and Yale do the most unprofessional act of customer service . The employee chose be rude to a lady who had service dog and her family . As female with a friend we are very shock employee would ever say I dont care and try start fight . The manager try do what was best but sadly she chose ignore or defuse the problem . The gentleman who did ask simple question why was his order not ready all employee did ignore and give more attitude state multi times again I DONT CARE . For some reason the employees in front refuse get the manager again where it came out and here the gentleman state why . We will not go back to this place set alone question what is real customer service and why would Whataburger need keep the employee who name is Glennae T which we notice on the receipt . The time the incident occured was 10:34 pm estimate and we notice there are cameras . Please find best resolution to this major problem . No employee should try engage and continue to fight with any customer . Yes the gentleman could been more nicer but you cant blame him being mad and upset . Clarity and training is needed plus if the employee still dont care she should not be rep for business set alone that facility we rate this 3 of 10 and we notice there are other complaints too . Undercooked hamburger
I ordered a patty melt combo and when I got about three bites in the beef was very pink and cool to the touch. I am disabled and no way to take food back. (Can't drive). Cooks need to be more careful when dealing with raw meat. Threw away meat and ate without it. Order number 2034797 Mobile pick up order. I had to get someone to go pick up for me was not going to ask them to go back because food was undercooked. 2/25/23 11:24 a.m.

12 minutes to get one burger
I pulled into what a burger restaurant #1195 at 258 pm ,there was no one at the drive through .So I ordered 1 number cheeseburger from James P at 258 pm ,paid pulled up a few and waited 12 minutes for one burger I honestly almost drove off without it because of a meet I had coming up .In a empty restaurant does it really take 12 minutes with at least 5 people working ?

I ordered a double cheeseburger well done very well done with mustard, pickles, cheese wrapped with lettuce, no bun a small order of extra crispy, french fries, and a small sprite My meat was not cooked well done there were no pickles and no mustard. The sprite was carbonated needed to be changed out and the fries were not extra crispy. I called and spoke to a girl name Cindy. She insured me that it was well done, and I said no it wasn’t. She began to argue with me and tell me what is it that I want and I said I would like my food to be remade at another time I’m already at work she said I had to bring the food back, and I told her I had already thrown it away as I was already at work. She said we’re a 24 hour business. I needed to bring it back and that I already knew the system. That’s why I was asking she was so rude. I have never in my life encountered a person like this at a fast food restaurant.

I went inside twice and almost fell both times by the register and the drink fountains. The kids working there were rude and I warned them, if someone falls and gets hurt, you're going to get sued.
I told them someone needs to clean this floor!
Two other times were drive thru issues. They got the order wrong and I went off on the lady for a #1 combo meal that was wrong.
She fixed it, but her attitude was WRONG. Then I found out she's a manager at this Whataburger. Explains why this place is terrible.
The other time was the kids and one lady at the drive thru, making everyone wait on food for a long time and it wasn't even good. The food was cold.
I don't recommend this location at all.
Desired outcome: Fire the managers and the staff. Hire new people. None of those people should be working there. They don't take osha seriously about greasy floors. They don't care about their customers.
Gift cards
On Dec 17, 2022 I bought two gift cards for $20.00 each. When I tried to use one they scanned it and I was told the gift card program was not working. When I check their balance on the computer it said there was no balance left on them. I never used them. This happened in Lufkin Tx. They were purchased in Jasper Tx. I have the receipt where I purchased them and the activate paperwork.

Lousy customer service
On 4, Jan. 2023, 2pm I went to the Whataburger in Portland, Tx. walked inside to place an order. As I was standing at the front desk by the registers. A woman by the name of Maria was taking fries out of the fryer. Another alarm went off for chicken strips, Maria went over to where the chickens strips were, raised the basket and started coughing and snizzing all over the chicken strips. It doesn't matter if your wearing a mask or not even when you're snizzing or coughing it's unhealthy for another customer to see this happening in clear view. I called the manager there at the Portland, Tx Whataburger and told her and she sounded like she didn't care about what I said and just hung up on me very rudely. Whataburger needs to fired these two women and hire new people. Whataburger needs new management at Portland, TX. Another complaint, I had a spicy chicken sandwich. Do they always look like they came out of the garbage can? Mine sure did. Soggy, lettuce, tomato, and soggy, cold spicy chicken that looked like one of your cooks took it out of the garbage can. I will not be going back to Whataburger in Portland, Tx even though I live there.
