Rude manager
I left a complaint about a manager at store #972 for Sunday morning at 10:53. Larger black man that started cussing us out and kicked us out of store because I told him they needed to get their [censored] together. I am sure anyone in my shoes who they just made late for church and still never got food after waiting for 25 minutes would of said the same thing...

My wife and I went to the Whataburger (store 844) in our town tonight, 12/28/22 as we usually do about once a week. We had received a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free White Chocolate Raspberry shake and had decided to use it before it expired (expiration date on the coupon was 12/31/22) this item was also listed on the menu signage above the order counter. However, when we ordered we were told that the item was no longer available. The cashier said that they had just taken this off of the menu. We were allowed to use the coupon for Chocolate shakes but were disappointed we were on able to try the new flavor.
Additionally, when pulling into the parking lot of the Whataburger this evening I noticed the parking lot close to the building was fairly full. I also noticed that a Whataburger employee was getting something out of a car in this area. I also noticed that when we left there were several cars in this area that had been there since we arrived while the customers in the restaurant when we arrived had left leading me to believe that employees were using this part of the parking lot instead of customers (there is another parking area on the other side of the drive thru lanes).
Desired outcome: If you are going to have coupons with expiration dates at least keep the item until after the expiration dates.Have employees' park in the parking lot on the other side of drive thru lanes to make parking more convenient for customers.
Whataburger Broadway avenue.
The service is absolutely terrible. It takes over 40 minutes to get through a line of 5 cars anytime after 10pm. I ave visited this location several times in the early AM and it typically takes 40+ minutes to get through the drive thru with my order. On top of that I order online ahead of time to make the process easier but it still takes an EXTREMELY long time to even get to the intercom in order to tell them I am there to pick up my order. This location has always been this way and is seriously a horrible and pathetic representation to the “fast” food business. Poor management and/or employees. I really wish this location was different due to it being my local whataburger. It puts an absolutely terrible name to whataburger. Never been more unsatisfied in my life.
Desired outcome: Faster customer service and initiative to make things go smoothly and swiftly for customers.
Missing items off your nenu
I don’t want to write a long drawn out situation I just think you guys made a bad move on taking the Whatacatch off your menu everyone can’t eat red meat this fish sandwich has been around since my childhood me and my family ordered this weekly and to find out you guys removed it off of your menu is insane this is the only sandwich me and my family can eat so we ordered it all the time because it was made fresh to order and that is not the case all the time at Whataburger and it’s suppose to be your Motto. Even my nieces and nephews order this sandwich please just bring it back this was not a smart move on Whataburger at all not a good business move for longtime customers.

Cashier Cadence H. was our cashier in Whataburger in Timpson Texas @6:17:48pm. While ordering she had a mad face and wasn’t paying attention to our order. When we got our order she handed the bags with an attitude. We asked for ketchup since there wasn’t any in the bag & napkins and again she handed the ketchup with a mad face & placed them in my hand hard. We said thank you & didn’t get a reply. We sat down to eat and when her & Trey’s her co-worker friend came in her attitude changed. We asked if we can place another order & her attitude changed to a mad face and kept sighing and poking her lips. We just said thank you and have a good nite. She didn’t reply and walked away mouthing something & rolling her eyes. Love to stop at that & any Whataburger & haven’t had an experience like this.
Desired outcome: Hope she gets talked to & problem is solved. I would like to get a response.
Customer Service and Extended Wait Time
Today,(10/26 @ appx. 8:40 to 9:15) while visiting your Whataburger on Bert Kouns, Shreveport Louisiana, I ordered a Breakfast Taquito. I tried going thru the drive thru and waited 10 minutes, I then parked and went in and was greeted by a very nice young lady who promptly took my order. I waited and waited and waited, then I noticed and heard others were starting to complain about it taking so long. The management was no help at all except for smart remarks and then I counted and there were at least 7 to 10 people working. I did not understand with that many working why it was taking a long time in the drive in and then additional time on the inside.
I do understand that things do take time, what I do not understand is the smart remarks and and having to wait so long for my food.

Desired outcome: I feel that management at that location needs to have Customer Service Skills refresher course. This type of conduct is not helping promote good customer service skills with other employees or a good work and customer environment.

5 oct 22 went to navarre store. Went inside to dine since there was only 3 tables occupied. 1 of the tables had several employees on break. 15 minutes went by before any one took my order only had 1 customer ahead of me. Went to sit down and had to clean my own table since every table in the store was dirty. 26 minutes later finally received our food which was ok besides the cold fries. After watching the employees there was only 1 of thee estimated 10 employees which was actually doing all the work. He was taking orders running food and trying to clean. This store has not come back up to par for the last couple of years
Desired outcome: Desired out come is the owner should be aware of the dissarry the store is in and should make it a better place. Other stores in Fort Walton Beach put the navarre store to shame
Terrible customer service store # 1003
Hello,
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, I received by one of your managers, Jose, at restaurant #1003, at 505 S Plano Rd, Richardson, TX 75081.
My order was not filled correctly. I ordered a #2 meal, a double meat, but what I received was a single meat. My family and I was so engrossed in conversation, before we noticed that the order was not correct. When I brought it to the counter to get the burger corrected, your employee was extremely rude and said because the burger was over half way eaten, he did not want to correct their error in filling the order. Eventually he did, but I shouldn't have had to deal with his rudeness. My son ordered a honey bbq chicken sandwich meal specifically telling them no cheese and the cashier said "oh it doesn't come with cheese", and sure enough there was cheese in his sandwich. ( Know your product) We come to this location several times a month and this was our first interaction with Jose, not good customer service. While we were there another family, dealt with bad customer service from Jose over how many ketchups he brought to their table and I might add not by bringing it them the tray, but just handing them 3. He proceed to argue with the customer because they asked him to bring the condiment tray, they wanted more ketchup and then he told them they were short staffed all because of ketchup. REALLY.
We paid our hard earned money for this meal and this is the service we received. NOT GOOD. We were there at 7:17 pm on 09/29/2022 order # 104499. There may have been only 8 or less customers in the store. We come to this store because of it's cleanliness and normally good service. I might add this is not the closest Whataburger to me either. This makes us not what to go to Whataburger anymore or at least for longtime. There are other burger/ fast food places to choose from.

Fish sandwich
I am disappointed Whataburger in Texas, discriminates against non-Catholics. The fish sandwich is my all-time favorite, I even quit the McDonald's Filet o Fish, for the Whataburger Fish Sandwich. Most recently, I have been informed (at 3 different locations) Whataburger only offers the fish sandwich on Fridays before/near Lent. This is shameful! I choose the fish as it digests better for me, and I prefer it over beef burgers. Please offer the fish sandwich. Although I am not Catholic, I do love fish. It should not be offered as a religious holiday special.

horrible, cold food and my drink was nasty.
I Received my Food it was cold was not made right, The patties looked like they were old, they also looked very dry and the fries were cold. I ordered a root beer and that was nasty it didn't even taste like a soda so threw it away. lets just say everything went into the garbage. I've had bad service there before hoping they would change. this was it, I will not be going back to the Whataburger in Robstown. The quality use to be good but not no more.
Desired outcome: I WOULD LOVE A REFUND!! BUT WHAT I REALLY WANT IS TO GET BETTER SERVICE AT THE WHATABURGER IN ROBSTOWN TEXAS.

Terrible service and smashed food.
I waited almost 10 minutes to be waited on at the drive through, then my order got taken and here it gets very sad.
I got to the window and repeated my order and paid. And I waited and waited and waited. And then the cashier switched to a young lady. I shared I was disappointed with the service and she laughed. Then after waiting another 5 minutes she asked me to repeat my order and said she wants to see my ticket so I showed her, she then asked if I had my drink yet and I shared I have not gotten anything and again asked hey it was slow (there weee several including the manager just standing around). She just said pull up and pointed to a spot so I did and another 5 minutes got my food. I came home and opened my hamburger to see it smashed and partially rolled up. Funny I had just seen a video happen of this on Facebook but never thought it was real.
I wish I would have gone back and seen of the manager would stop goofing off enough to help me but was not wanted to go all the way back there.
Know I will share this as customers need to know of the adventures this site provides as very disappointing and I will avoid there in the future even though I used to stop once or twice a week

Hamburgers that aren't cooked fresh.
On Tuesday September 6th at 7:13p I placed an order for a Bacon Cheese hamburger and a Junior hamburger.
I would have liked some french fries but there were so many already cooked up in advance that I decided to not order any.
It seems that the only time I can get a fresh cooked hamburger at this location is early in the morning.
I sat down and my order was ready in about 2 minutes.
When I got to my car I could tell my hamburgers had been heated in a microwave. I have over 30 years in food service.
When I go to the Benbrook, TX location I always get a fresh cooked hamburger so I know how long it takes to get a fresh order!
If I want an instant hamburger I'll go to McDonald's not Whataburger.
Please fix this. This used to be the best Whataburger and the past few years it has gone down hill.
Desired outcome: Require this location to cook the hamburgers to order and not in advance especially during off hours. Everyone should understand that there is an expected wait time for fresh hamburgers and fresh cooked french fries!
french frys and hambergers
08/21/2022 time 4 ;18 pm we went to what a burger in drive thru ! we got our order hubby gets his frys out i looked and said why they look like yesterday frys so i took them back in manager made us fresh frys while i was waiting a guy asked the girl why did you serve those frys some one spit on them ? i was shocked he said that i asked another guy if he was joking he said he didnt know i left we got home sat down to eat our burgers when i told my husband my burger smelled funny he checked he and said his did too he said the buns are old i was like we aint eating these we thru them away there went our dinner to the trash! im so mad we spent 27.14 on food that went to the garbage i dnt want you to replace my food im done with whataburger !

Cream gravy
For years I have notice the cream gravy is not creamy. It has the consistency of milk. It doesn't cling to toast, chicken strips or fries. Has no flavor. I ordered today 8-11-21 for lunch around 11:30, 3 chicken strip meal with cream gravy. Not satisfied. In Midland, Texas they are all the same. Locations on Andrews Hwy, Midkiff and Big Spring. I have not been to the one by I20.
Desired outcome: Thicken up the cream gravy, if possible. I know for fact, it was thicker than milk. Thank you
Poor service by manager
When I walked into the store at 2:38 AM the regular employees were busy but the manager was bony busy, and was standing around. She completely ignored me. This is poor management and leadership. This is the first time I have encountered this kind of poor management at Whataburger and I eat at one quite frequently. Definitely at the bottom of my list here in El Paso.
