I don't like how Coranda is bullying my child and is also trying to make her quit. However, I did call today and request for Ann to give me a call, because as of Tuesday I'm calling corporate. As an adult you get mad at kids and be PETTY and change there whole schedule, where my child went from working 5 days to 2. I wish upper management would talk to the kids to get a grasp about what's really going on in the store. As soon as you don't respond to her as she wants you to, you get sent home. A manager should never call a persons child LAZY and then expect for them to perform and provide the ultimate Whataburger experience to their customers. This is a prime example of how and why companies get sued. This is my second complaint, because at this point she ain't got to like my child and she doesn't (personally I don't think she likes kids) but she should be able to resume her 5 day work week as she was before she decided to throw her position around and basically telling my child I'm going to show you.
Desired outcome: I would like for my child to go back to what it originally was.
Getting condiments with my order

Me and my husband went inside and ordered a #1 meal and a #7 meal. The lady brought out our food but no ketchup. We asked for 4 ketchup and 1 spicy ketchup and she just looked at us and said nothing and walked away. When she approached the register she looked at us again in a dirty way and did not come back out to bring the ketchup. The restaurant was busy so my husband went up to the register and had to wait for about 5-10 minutes before someone came up to him to see what he needed. By the time we got our ketchup our french fries were cold. We go into the same restaurant about 4-6 times a month. I am a rewards member and you can see how many times we visit whataburger. I think I should get a free whataburger for the inconvenience we had today. I would like someone to respond to my complaint. My information is below.

To start this is not the first time any of this has happened, I've just been not wanting to say anything.
This location has got to be the worst. Today, 6/23 I sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes just to be told "hold on we're waiting on hashbrowns". When I ordered my food, a sausage #21 with a rootbeer, it was 6:35AM. There were 2 cars in front of me. Not a big deal as I still had plenty of time. Made it to the front of the line at 6:41 and paid for my meal. Still not a time issue. At 6:56AM I was asked to wait longer. I asked if the sandwich was ready and said not to worry about the hashbrowns as I was already going to be late for work. The lady working the drive thru politely handed me my bag and I left.
Got to work, albeit a couple of minutes late, and took a bite out of my sandwich. Wrong order. My receipt says exactly what I ordered... my to go bag says something different. Not only was I late for work, wasn't able to get part of my order, I also wasn't able to eat part of my food due to the add-ons that I'm unable to eat.
I don't know what happens with the morning crew at this location, but it definitely needs to be reviewed to see if things need to be done differently. I understand the food is cooked to order, but 22 minutes in a drive thru with 3 cars and then asked to wait longer is a bit much for a standard order. And then to get the wrong order was very frustrating.
Desired outcome: This location to step up their morning game.
Disappointing Experience: Decline in Food Quality and Service at a Once-Loved Restaurant
i mean, that was my go-to order every time i went there. now i don't even know what to get. it's like they don't care about their customers anymore. and don't even get me started on the service. it's hit or miss. sometimes the employees are nice and friendly, but other times they act like they don't want to be there. and the food quality has gone down too. i used to love their burgers, but now they just taste like any other fast food burger. it's a shame because i used to be a loyal customer, but now i'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Whataburger Review: Juicy Burgers and Crispy Fries, But Beware of Wild Worker
I went to Whataburger the other day and it was a real experience. I was at the one in Abilene, Texas and let me tell you, it was wild. There was this worker, I think his name was Christopher or something like that, and he was a real jerk. He straight up slapped someone else's food in someone else's face. Can you believe that? I couldn't believe my eyes.
But besides that crazy incident, the food was pretty good. I got a burger and fries and it hit the spot. The burger was juicy and had all the fixings I wanted. The fries were crispy and salty, just the way I like them.
The atmosphere was also pretty chill. It had that classic fast food vibe, you know what I mean? The booths were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. The staff, besides Christopher, were friendly and helpful.
Overall, I would recommend Whataburger if you're in the mood for some good fast food. Just watch out for Christopher, he's a wild one.

I went to Whataburger and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The burgers were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Whataburger Review: Tasty Food, Drama-Filled Experience
I went to Whataburger the other day and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. I heard some rumors about some drama going on with the staff, but I didn't think much of it until I saw it for myself. Apparently, there was a manager who was a bit older and had been working there for a while. She came back after being away for a few months and things started to get a little crazy.
I heard that she started to get involved with one of the younger guys who had been working there for a while. And let me tell you, it didn't end well for him. He ended up losing his job because of their relationship. Now, I don't know all the details, but it just doesn't seem right to me.
But that's not all. I also heard that there's a lot of sexual activity going on in that place. I mean, come on, it's a fast food restaurant, not a nightclub. I don't know what's going on with the staff there, but it's definitely not professional.
Now, don't get me wrong, the food at Whataburger is still pretty good. I mean, it's not the healthiest option out there, but it's definitely tasty. I always go for the classic burger with cheese and fries on the side. And let's not forget about their famous ketchup. It's definitely a must-try.
Overall, I would say that Whataburger is a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat. Just be prepared for some drama and maybe some inappropriate behavior from the staff. But hey, that's just part of the experience, right?

I went to the Hurst & Euless locations of Whataburger and I gotta say, they're trying to compete with McDonalds at their drive throughs. But let me tell you, there's a big difference between the two. McDonalds has warming trays to keep their burgers hot and fresh, but Whataburger doesn't. Instead, they pre-cook their meat and set it to the side of the grill. This means that when you order, they just assemble a pre-cooked burger for you. The meat is overcooked and cool, so it won't even melt your cheese. And the buns aren't hot either. It's like they're just going through the motions, not really putting any effort into making a quality burger. I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Whataburger.
The Euless, Texas location on Airport Freeway just past Westparkway and behind Quik Trip should definitely be avoided at night. Most of the night crew just doesn't care, and one of the night managers does not hide his contempt for customers. I got a cold burger (not the first time) Aug 29, 2023. I had remakes on prior occasions, this time, I requested a refund. The manager avoided me. When I pressed, I heard him say "He's always returning food!" (Not true). We got into a back and forth, and he ordered me to leave. I turned him and the location into Corporate. Still waiting for a response and a debit reversal. Mistreated customers must not be a priority with them.
