I live near the Whataburger in chickasaw al. And often get off work around 11 pm so I go with some frequency to the location after work due to being too exhausted to cook and its convenience for me. I'm pulling in at the drive through at around 1140 pm, wait over 5 min before someone takes my order, order the chorizo burger add tomato. Total comes to just under 10$. I pull to the window, wait another 10 minutes before anyone comes to the window. I hand them my money, a 50$ bill. (all the money I had) wait another almost 10 minutes, it's about 1205 am now, the lady who took my money comes back to the window and says she can't break it as they just dropped the register. I find this hard to believe that they wouldn't have 2 20s in change to give me. I point this out and that it's all I have, and she proceeds to get an attitude with me, being extremely sarcastic saying she is sorry, but there was nothing she could do and that I was holding up the line. There was one car behind me. Now, I understand dropping the register into the safe and all that, and that irritated me a little, but when she got an attitude with me I was absolutely furious.

on December 6, 2017 I dropped my granddaughter and her friend off at Whatabuger on I-45 and Dowdy Ferry road in Hutchins Texas at 5:30 PM for their evening shift. at about 8:30 she called to say the manager was sending them home because they had to many scheduled to work. she asked if she could stay because he was keeping people there that started a couple of weeks after she started and he said no. to my understanding he always sends all the blacks home and keeps the white. I see this as discriminating. He has been seen coming out of the ladies bath room and also sexually harassing the young girls that work there. Please look into the manager's behavior because those school girl are not going to report this for fear of losing their job, and a lot of them really need these jobs. Thank you

on 12-4-17 at about 1:30 pm we when to the Whataburger on 8000 FM 423 in Frisco Tx.
We ordered our food and waited ...and waited.
Everyone now coming into the Store has there food before us.
We asked the girl up front what the issue was with our order she replied... that it would be out shortly... we are now waiting almost 20 minutes and the couple we came in with is all done with there food.
We asked the manager the give us our money back it took sometime for him to get this task done...
meanwhile some of the employees where cracking up about this issue in the kitchen so loud that you heard them ...
we just wanted to get the void order receipt and get out of there.
And the guy is at that time telling me to wait and they would fill the order now.
We have a Whataburger in our town and the employees there are very nice...
it is sad to see how some people will freely give there employer a bad name.

Amber & Sydney didn't listen to me tried to over charge me. I come to Whataburger at least 3 times a week and Ebony is the best manager/ employee you have, she wasn't there but I wish she was. I received my money back because they were not trying to listen to what I was saying. I was very unhappy... I drove to the other location on North Main highly aggravated with the location on Lamar Ave. And Barbara at the other location was very helpful, she was busy but didn't get my order wrong verses the other location wasn't busy at all.

The whataburger off of 35 at the braker exit is just awful they have messed up my order like 10 times also slow as $&$!. The picture is the burger I recieved tonight just terrible the incompetence of this place makes me sad. What's burger is the best fast food place but this place turns me off from it. My burger also tasted like a hamster that was ate then deficated onto my burger.

First of all I'd like to say we didn't know if the store was open or not. The outside lights were off and it was dark. When we seen the inside lights on and workers there we pulled thru to the drivethru. The girl was rude when we said we couldn't see the menu because the lights were off. When I called to ask for a manager they told me to call in the morning. I ask for a branch manager number and she said she didn't know one. Convenient! So we decided to give our business to Dairy Queen. Thanks for the trouble

Tonight myself and my boyfriend went to grab food at about 7pm. We sat in line for 20 mins, then another 6 at the window. We were not greeted, or read our order. The woman at the window did not have our drinks ready, and proceeded to finish her convo with another employee before giving us our food or drinks. Then we were missing fries form our meal

Employee at drive thru was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a honey butter chicken biscuit, and a number 10 with a Powerade and a water cup. I pulled up to the window and they said my total was over 14$ so i asked why and they said they charged me for a honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich and replaced it with honey butter. I only wanted the hbcb. It was 11:15 so i asked if they had the food ready for breakfast and she said it would be 3 minutes. So i said i would wait it was no problem and that i would pull around. The whole time the drive thru girl was being rude, mumbling and not speaking up. Not smiling and overal just being weird. So i went inside to get my food after i paid. I waited about the 3 minutes they said and heard them talking about the guy who ordered he hbcb so i spoke up. I grabbed my meal and said thank you, but the drive thru lady said nothing and walked away. I drove off with 1 ketchup after i had asked for regular ketchup in the bag. So i went back and got more ketchup. Again, nobody said anything or even smiled at me when i went back in. I grabbed my ketchup and left and got home to realize they gave me a number 11 which is grilled chicken and not what i ordered. Overall a bad experience at the Whataburger on lake creek and 620

This Whatabuger on beach is so slow I been coming here for years and it's only gone down hill Jessica is a rude manager Charlotte is another manager and when I come during her shifts expect to wait 30 mins for your food Courtney is another manager and she always gets my food out in 4 mins or less depending on what I order always fast and courteous service when she is working

I'm at the Andrews whataburgerb in midland Texas. There were two cars in the drive thru. The car pulled through in front of me. When I came to the window 1 she took my money and then to 2nd window gave me plasticwear and asked to pull up when the next car pulled up. The parking at this store is awful (accident waiting to happen) and then to pull up and sort of park...ridiculous! I ended blocking two cars in the handicap spots ready to move if they came out. There is not a line at the drive thru, they were not going crazy with orders in the kitchen and usually they do not do this at this store. My next question is how many employees have to be hired to be runners. I've seen 3 different runners so far. I hate when stores do this. It makes the customer feel like they are in there way. I completely would understand if they were busy. Please stop this type of customer service. I've always bragged about whataburger but will not if this continues. Thank you. Joan Wilmes

I ordered A double meat junior which was not a double meat at all that l received it was a single meat and I also ordered a fresh lemon pie which I didn't get. Even though l ordered it and am happy to wait on fresh food anytime. After all of that waiting we received an apple pie. Then she brings out a lemon pie and was asked was it fresh and we were told by her to do not believe her if she said it was yes it was fresh. We also ordered another meal. l was very upset that l didn't receive what I ordered and they had no intentions on getting it right even though l paid for it. My husband was trying to calm me down bc i was so upset. l had been out of town for 3 weeks in Denver, Colorado and St. Louis, Missouri with no Whataburger in sight. So I was totally inconsolable I couldn't attempt to enjoy what was given to us. No apologies, no refund attempts, nothing.

Two days ago I ordered a chicken strip meal and when I received it they were so burnt I couldn't bite into it then just a hour ago I order a breakfast platter with extra sausage and when I get to the window they say they only have one sausage left but they had already charged me for the extra that is so ridiculous and I'm very pissed ! There is always something they'll either say they don't have a certain food item or they don't have condiments I'm so disgusted !

this happen on 10/25/2017 at around 7:15 am i came to the menu to order and the lady on the mic sounded like she had a attitude over the speaker and would cut me off most the time and when i get to the window she had got the size wrong on the drink and when i told her she made me hold the drink out the window while she got my change which than when she grab the drink she made me drop the straw. when i got the new drink she had filled the drink all the way with ice and didn't even hand me other straw when i went to ask her for a straw she had close the window on me and walked away .when the food was in the bag she walked back to the counter and kind of like drop/threw my food on the counter and than when she started to hand me the food i asked for more salsa she'd sighed and than handed me the food than i asked for the a straw she sighed again and rolled her eyes and after all that she closed the window not saying anything.
this has happen every time i go there its always the same person and has always had an attitude and most of the time i don't wanna be going there if she is there and most of the time i get whataburger breakfast every morning but with her being around and with that attitude i will not be going to that whataburger else something has changed

WILL MAKE YOU LEAVE AFTER HALF AN HOUR. Flavourly, Stuck in the past with their old style burgers. WhataBurger has decent burgers, but if you were expecting to leisurely enjoy them with contemporary technology, you out of luck. No WiFi, no place to connect your devices. If you have their app and try to order in the restuarant with a weak cell connection, you're out of luck. Their burgers remind me of 60's food, and I realize some may enjoy having well lubricated meals.
While eating my meal a deranged homeless person came through the seating area twice, filling up a cup and throwing most on the floor. Once the drink was thrown in my direction and thankfully fell short of the computer. The cops spent a lot of time with this person in the parking lot.
While I was writing this review the general manager came out and told me I was there more than 30min and I was loitering and had to leave. I told him there no signs to advise me of this policy.
I submitted complaints to BBB and to the corporate office, no response.
I sent another response to the corporate office that there are no loitering signs, still no response.

Burger was made wrong and I could not eat it ( allergic to mustard) and on top of that it was cold. Was told they were out of rootbeer then sweet tea, then tea. No reciept with my change. Not an experiance I was looking for after working 14 hrs. Now going to bed hungry and very upset. If your going to be a 24 hr restaurant then have all options available or at least offer to take the drink off the ticket. I feel I didn't get a reciept because of the customer survey that is usually on the bottom of it. Not the first time my burger was cold from this location but dang, they didn't even try to get it right and truly wasted my money.
I think everyone should never buy anything at Whataburger again...refusing police ? The company says it was just one employee...what about the manager who backed the employee up? There is no way this would have happened if there were not a corporate attitude that disrespect for the police and other customers was acceptable...hire anyone, just so they make money.
Read all the complaints of customers being disrespected...keep but their food just because it is convenient or a habit, and you are part of the problem. We all deserve better than that...where is your self-respect people ?
