Today I took my kid to eat breakfast at the whataburger on 2741 N Stemmons Fwy On Dallas Tx We got there right before 11 am. There was 3 people in front of us ordering and when they finished ordering and it was our turn I was going to order breakfast and the supervisor screams to the persons at the register no more breakfast and I told the person at the register so I can't order no more breakfast and she said no. I told her why not if we made inside before 11 and she said but is already 11:02. So I was very upset because of the fact that not even the supervisor could of help us.
whataburger meal not right, handled badly
I was in your store on Hwy 90 in Mobile tonight and my wife and I ordered 2 meals.There was some confusion at first, but it was straightened out eventually.When we got our orders my plain with cheese whataburger had all the regular stuff on it.I took it back to the counter and within 3-4 minutes got my replacement.I noticed when I checked it, a pickle seed and a couple of onions were still on the burger from where they had evidently just scraped off the stuff and gave the same burger back to me.We are fairly regular customers, but since that's the way they treat customers I will be going to Burger King from now on.

During a recent visit to the State of Texas, I went to eat at various WhataBurger restaurants, in all the deal was excellent from each and every employee who served us.
It was strange, that at restaurant 69, located at 4902 San Bernanrdo in Laredo Texas, received a discourteous treatment of a woman who was beginning the operation of a cashier to order and pay for the food.
She wore a different shirt of the other employees, the color was yellow, - apparently her name is Monica.
Let me narrate the event:
I arrived at the restaurant at 2:23 pm on October 2, 2017, there were few people to order and one person was opening an additional box.
At that moment the woman arrived and began to deliver money to the employee who would operate this point of sale.
I stayed in line, waiting my turn; then I look in the direction of the cahier in process of opening and saw the woman, who made me a sign to go to cashier, which I did.
Arriving at the cashier, she was upset and express to me rudely, and said that the row started back, so I returned to my place.
It didn´t matter to me, and I´m sure that a person that had bad mood, is not going to spoil my food and the pleasure of being in Whataburger.
As a reference, I express that the order was 188875, at 2:24:45 PM and the cashier who at last kindly attended to me was Mr. JOSE R.
I hope that these words, serve to further improve their extraordinary company, which in another chain restaurant in San Marcos, TX, we were proud to explain their sales volumes have achieved.
Soon, we will be back in a Whataburger and I will eat a number 2, as I like.

Myself and a friend were turned away from the whataburger located on broadhead road in waxahachie Texas, highly disappointed considering I have spent in the thousands considering I have been a customer since the establishment was built because I live across the street in the neighborhood of Karsen heights. New manager who claimed “he has been there for over a year” used fowl launguage and threatened to call the police on me for questioning his position and apparently “being rude to his employees”. Never told his name and also wore a different uniform than managers for this establishment usually wear. Highly disappointed

On 9/25/17 I stopped at whataburger# 601 on 211 west Rd thru drive thru.the cashier was very rude and was rushing me to finish my order.i went to the window and the only thing I say I needed the name of whoever took my order..the girl almost put her name tag on my face (kanisha)was her name.and she said she didn't care.i ask politely to speak to the manager in charge.they told me she was too busy.I said I wasn't moving until I talked to the manager.So 2 mins later the manager showed up.she apologize for what the other girl did.but still in the back of her, kanisha kept saying she didn't care.and the manager in charge told me it was better for me to call the other manager who wasn't there at the time because she only been working there 4 years and didn't know what to do.so the other manager would now what to do...cuz she didn't.why would you leave a manager who don't know how to handle her employees.(after 4 yrs)and still don't know what to do.im a general manager and I know I wouldn't leave no one in charge that can't handle employees and let them disrespect a customer.i know customer ain't always right.but I know for sure an employee has to call the manager in charge to handle the situation instead of talking back...

Hello, My name is Danny and last night I went to a new Whataburger location that just recently opened close to my house and I was happy and excited because I am originally from Texas and I loved going to Whataburger back home. I hated the “Want to Be” Blake’s Lotaburger out here in New Mexico. So, I was glad to have a taste of back home. First of all, It’s sad that Whataburger wanted to allow them to put green chili on the food. It’s not something that I was happy about at all. My order was wrong and my food was horrible. The burger was extremely dry and my fries were hard like they been sitting there all day. They took forever to get my food to me and I’m complaining because I just wanted it to get fixed, so, I can go back and just have a better experience. I didn’t even bother to call the location because I know that it’s not going to get fixed, so, this is why I’m writing this. Thank you and hopefully we can get this back to the “Texas Way!”

Hi I have a complaint about an employee at one of your locations. I went in today to the whataburger located at 6425 Weber Rd in corpus christi and placed an order for myself and my kids. Ordered and realized it was made incorrect so told employee. They remade it but it was wrong again and when I told them again, I wasn't rude and wasn't making a big deal about it but an employee name Michelle got rude. Started saying it was my fault cause I wasn't clear enough when my receipt clearly had it right

In Downtown Corpus Christi Texas, 27SEP17, Upon ordering our food the guy messed up our orderes a few times and mixed up the cards which wasn't a huge deal. We got our food which was through the drive through and proceeded home. When I opened the wrapper the bun was burnt on both sides and also the burger came with mustard when I asked for no mustard.

I just got off of a 12 hour shift, starving so I order whataburger and they give me a drink with a big hole in the bottom of the cup. Wasn't planning on eating until I got home so I pull up to my house and there is sugary sticky Powerade all over my BRAND NEW CAR. Check your cups before handing them to customers. Just wasted money and now have to clean my car. Never going to whataburger again.

The customer service I received was some of the worst I ever have the cashier was rude the manager was yelling through the restaurant the employees cooking in the back were more worried about dancing around then they were about making food I was waiting for almost half an hour for my food and people that got there after me got their food before I did I can't believe how bad a service it was and I really don't ever want to come here again

Today I purchased a whataburger junior meal in college station on Texas street. My burger came without a patty, and I am very disappointed. I have been a very loyal customer to whataburger over the past 18 years but this is not acceptable! I was on my way to class in a rush and I knew I would be able to count on whataburger, however, I guess I was proven wrong this time... Is there any compensation to make up for this unacceptable service? I believe that is the only way to make things right...

I love Whataburger... YET they time and time again either get the order wrong or totally forget to even put the full order that was paid for in the bag... a lot of times I'm in a hurry for work and don't even realize it until I'm at work... It's frustrating but I'm sure my local Jack in the Box, McDonalds and Burger King are happy for these consistent mistakes.

I visited a Whataburger in DeSoto, Texas on Sunday, September, 10, 2017. I ordered two kids meals for my children. I decided to order an apple pie for myself. I handed my children their kids meal bags and drove away. I realized the apple pie was in my 4 year old daughter's meal bag and quickly grabbed it from her because I knew they are typically hot. As i am driving, I decided to remove the pie from the packaging to allow it to cool. As I dipped the pie out of the package into my hand, a large amount of pie filling dropped onto my shirt and chest (the pie was cracked open and the filling was all oozing out.) I was in terrible pain and frantically searched for a napkin in the food bags- there were none. The filling continued to burn my skin until I found a baby wipe in my center console and was able to wipe it off. To call the apple pie "hot" is a complete understatement. Infact, the exterior crust of the pie wasn't even very hot at all. But the inside, was literally scaulding, burning, hot! This is unacceptable! I now have a deep burn that will likely scar right on my chest. It is unsightly and painful. Frankly, I'm appalled that this temperature of food is allowed to be served. I am grateful that my daughter didn't get a hold of it and it burn her delicate skin or God forbid someone's mouth. As I mentioned above. The crust and pie its self were not THAT hot as I held it in my hand with no discomfort- but the inside literally can burn someone's skin, mouth, etc.

Unfortunately, this just happened to me. The Whataburger in Corpus Christi handed me a pie. I went to bite it but didn’t because I didn’t burn my mouth before I threw the pie from a horrible pain….aka the center oozed out onto my hand. I did not have my ac on and it was a warming day yet I saw steam as I threw the pie. I made a complaint for the burn to my hand and leg but wanted nothing in return but to change policy about how soon after deep frying a sugary substance it can be handed to a customer. Needless to say some third party called to get my statement and proceeded to say he found no employee liability and all pies are made at the same temp. He refused to say how soon after deep frying a pie it can be handed to a customer because of course it’s all about mitigating liability. How about Whataburger take complaints seriously before another person is injured.
This location, I later learned had just opened for lunch after shutting down for toilet issues and were what appeared to be running behind. It is not the employees but the stress corporate standards put on employees/managers to get cars through fast but at what cost?
I’ll live and I never wanted anything other than for the chain to make changes to their protocol (protocols they would not share.)
But if this happened to my child I would take every legal step for change necessary. Can we just get change now!

This has happened to me too! Twice because I tried a different location a couple years after the first. I emailed Whataburger and to say they really didn't care is an understatement. This is basically a pie with hot liquid. NOY filling like most. I'm wondering how many other people this has happened to.

On 9-8-2017 I bought two meals for myself and my mom at your store location in Huntsville Tx store # 443 It was approximately 3:46 pm when I ordered 2 #1 meals I arrived home with my orders and found the food extremely cold The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted The bread was hard and cold I have taken home before and it was still hot and juicy I ordered no lettuce or tomato and instead got both on my meal About 20 minutes after struggling to finish eating our meals my mother and myself became ill My mother was very sick to her stomach and I had very bad stomach pains This continued for hrs I tried to fill out a survey but the receipt was missing the info in order to fill it out Why are they not required to all have nessary info so info can be shared with company I do want to say Whataburger is one of my favorite places to eat and I have never had such issues

Waited in the drive through for TWENTY FIVE minutes. My French fries were HARD been sitting for a long time. Most people hold Whataburger to a higher standard. I could've ordered take out in that time, because of this I was late back to work and missed my lunch.
The management at this location needs to be on this.

I waited over 20 minutes this morning in the lobby before work which also caused me to incur an infraction due to order being wrong, cold and Patty raw. I'm highly dissatisfied, no one even management offered an apology. I am unsure if I'll ever go back again unless someone makes it right. I simply ordered a #1 with cheese, no onions and mayo in addition to the mustard with a chocolate shake to drink.

I never had such a rude and unpleasant service like this ever . First the cashier had such a bad attitude and then on top of her attitude she hit my car really bad with the tablet by accident of course but she needs to be more careful with it, she's lucky she didn't damage my car . And then she messed up on my order then when I told her she missed something she snatched the bags away . Also I ordered the bites with buffalo sauce and ranch just to be told last mintue they don't carry it anymore, the young lady should have told me since the beginning then instead of charging me for it .

Ordered food got to window gave me my coffees and condiments and said have a good night. I told her we hadn't received our food yet. Had another lady ask me if I've been helped and told her the same thing. Then had another lady ask me if I had ordered two Bobs and told her yes. Waited another 5 minutes before we received our food. Didn't even say sorry for the wait. Get to our room down the street and our food was COLD and the eggs were crispy. The only thing HOT was our coffee. Will not return to this location again. We didn't even receive a receipt. So I estimated we waited about 20 minutes. Very poor service. This location was off of Knickerbaucker.

I got a servey code the other day. I call this morning and asked if I had to buy a med. Drink and fryes. The guy I talked to said no that all I had to bring was my receipt with the code from the servey. I drive 33 miles. And the manager rings me up. She says an amount. And I said that I called 20 minutes ago and talked to a guy. And he said I didn't have to buy a med. Drink and fries. And explained the survey code. Well the manager started arguing with me. She embarrassed me deeply. And I tried to explain that I talked to a guy. And showed he a what number I dialed on my phone. She still wasant hearing me. What happened to customers are always right? Also, “Customers are always right.” Is a myth invented by customers. They teach us this on the first day of orientation for retail and fast food.
I would suggest a much healthier diet in the future to avoid this issue from ever happening again.

I usually eat Whataburger quite often. The store #1121 in Princeton texas is something else. It's always takes least 10-15 mins yo get food out when this hardly if any line but that's not the problem I'm complaining about. I received my food after waiting for atleast 10-12 mins and when I drive down the road to get in bed and check food, it was awful. Fries where now fresh. Felt as if they had sat out and redipped in grease and gummy. Bacon on burger I bought was hard as chips. Just tonight was the worse I have gotten from there. Called the store and there was no answer after calling atleast twice
