Church's Chicken review: poor customer service! 85

I visited the church's chicken in Grambling la about 30 minutes ago. My order was hot and fresh but the sauce I was given for my bomers was old and hard.

Ordered the 4 piece tender combo and asked specifically if it comes with fries and when got home to check my meal had nothing but the tenders and the biscuit just mad because why pay so much and not get what you paid for...

The counter personal was outside smoking a cigarette smoke instead of placing orders for customers. I am just glad the church's in Blakely, Georgia isn't like this.

The Church's on Fulton, in Houston, Texas was a disaster, no one spoke English, they refused my coupon, is this what is to be expected I'm not going to be patronizing any Churches anytime soon, please assist with this problem also, they could have at least acknowledge the app coupon

I don't know why you got rid of cheese but having it makes the sandwiches so much better finding out you don't have it anymore was very upsetting I've never submitted a complaint before but I was just curious or at least wanting an explanation for getting rid of deliciousness

Manager was really rude i read her name tag and it said Joann. I will never go back to this churches chicken ever again as long as she is working. This store is close to my house and is very inconvenient to go to another one. If she is manager who do I talk to about this situation. Also this is not the first time this has happend.

My son came to churches chirches chicken midfield alabama. I was in the drive thru of church chicken across from Le Bonheur Hospital and the attendant dropped the serving thongs on the floor. Look at me as she picked them up and continues to use them to serve food. She proceeded to ask me if I had a problem. I'm also calling the store to notify the store manager. Very unsanitary behavior for food service.

I go to the on Carolina Ave. In Bessemer Al. For the pass several weeks go to this location and the door says it opens at 10:00 am it has been after 11:00 am and they were closed.. there were several cars in the parking lot waiting and most were leaving as i had done... I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I wen t to churches on Wilkinson Blvd for a 20 piece mixed. After arriving home I discovered we had 15 pieces. While on hold with company, I went back to Churches and went inside. An employee was talking smack about how I ate the chicken on the way home. I live 2 min away how am I going to swallow 5 pieces of chicken. Disgusting Customer Service!

Went to their drive thru window at 4:30 tuesday may 14, 2019. No one ever came to take my order. I drove around to the window and the girl finally came to the window and said the drive thru is closed. You have to come inside. Who ever heard of closing a drive thru at 4:30 in the afternoon?

The last month on the 1 st of September I ordered a family meal it was 10.81 cents I suppose to gotten an additional refund cause the manager named whom Rhonda said she was giving us a free drink strawberry soda.

Went to Pio nono store fries were cold,didn't get the honey mustard I paid for. Lobby wasn't open. There was no sign stating anything. Just needs to provide better customer service.

We were refused service refused food .at 915pm on a Wednesday 12/2023.very upset refused food for me and my family .even though there was chicken visable one employee was frying food .very unperfesionl.kids were upset they don't close til 10 pm .but we were refused food.
