Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was extremely quick to address our heating needs. It offered to provide temporary space heaters if we needed them. The technician arrived at a precise time and did his work efficiently. Things were cleaned up and looked great. The company recorded the warranty on the new unit on our behalf.

The job was to excavate down to a leak in the sprinkler valve and replace all parts. JAKE and STEW were prompt as expected and performed in a professional conscientious manner. The estimation of time was right on. I am fully satisfied with their work and will call on Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for service needed in the future. Wickstrom employees John and Mike arrived as planned 1/24/2022 to fix exterior water line leak. John was the lead man and very courteous and experienced. Both John and Mike worked as a team to get the project completed in two days including inspections and buried the line on the second day. We are happy with their work and are glad that it is done.

I love Wickstrom Plumbing. I had not one but two,leaks in my water line. The fix on the second leak happened while I was home; Cody and Joey were totally awesome! They had no problem with me watching and telling me what they were doing and the fix worked perfectly. It was so nice to have a team come that was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Very pleased with the service I received this week. (Tom and Austin on Tuesday and then Tom came back on Wednesday.) Professional, pleasant and efficient. I especially appreciated that Tom explained what needed to be done. He also saved me money by not recommending things that did not need to be done. Also pleased with the help from Helen and Kelly. The best! I have had an ongoing plumbing issue for at least four years. They sent their technician out and he was meticulous, persistent and after crawling around under my house he found the problem. He checked things no one had bothered to look at and solved another smaller issue in the process. I can't say enough...give the man a medal. They are the ones to call, for sure.

I called another company first and they wanted over $200 to come out to my house. I then called Wickstrom and they came out that same day and it cost me 80% less than the other company, The service person was great, polite and efficient. He fixed the problem quickly. The company was easy to work with and had great communication with me as the customer. I highly recommend them.

Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was the exceptional team that came out and installed the water softener and recirculation pump. We are so happy with everything: the company, their technicians, and now our soft water and hot water! We feel like we got a fair price, but even more a company that wants to give you quality and professional service. We've been using Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for quite a few years and would like to give a shout out to Blake (Heating & Cooling), Austin (Plumbing), and Tyler (Plumbing). Who are completely professional and knowledgeable about their particular craft. found we had leek at water meter on owner side leek guard set us up with them / Max was first on the job with a little backhoe digging a large hole next to driveway and meter / Max kept me informed on everything he was going needing a part, Colton arrived with it and stayed to help they finished the job and left the area as if nothing had ever been done / I've found a great resource for other issues I will be needing done at my house

Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came out and checked all around under the house and outside. Very respectful and knowledgeable. He couldn't find where the leak was, so he scheduled Kody to come out and do a leak detection. Kody found the probable leak right away. The technician came next and dug down to the leak and fixed it. He cleaned up and raked the rock bark back in place. Great company to work with. I especially like the text with the photo of who is coming and that they are on the way. Wickstrom Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is highly recommended.

Jason and Stewart worked on my AC unit. They were very detailed and asked questions, inspecting the unit and checking my thermostat. They answered lots of questions, too. I like learning about whatever is taking place. They were cordial, responsive and good-natured. I like people that smile and have a good day while working. My husband and I woke to a leaking water heater and no hot water. After several phone calls in the early morning, Wickstrom was the best in customer service and response! I had someone to my house before noon on that day. Unfortunately I needed a new water heater, but they were able to replace it for me that day. The service I received from Jason was outstanding! He was courteous, professional, and punctual with everything. Pricing was great! I was so impressed that I now have them servicing my furnace and air conditioner and purchased a service plan! Thank you Wickstrom Service Company for taking care of our nightmare!

They are price gouging; they gave me a bid for a basic kitchen sink tear out and replace with garbage disposal labor only $2,500.00 (which is absolutely ridiculous). I got a 40-year plumber doing this basic job at a fair market price for $350.00. This is price gouging at $2,500.00, which is beyond price gouging. I will never call this company again. Then the bidder installer said yes, they have doubled their price this year. I would never pay over $350-$450.00 for a basic sink tear out and install; they are just price gouging times 10. It's just vile and disgusting. Never call this company. I had to give 1 star to leave this review, but in reality, I give them a minus. Business as usual, just sickening.

We were referred to Wickstrom through the previous owner of our home. We wanted to have our air conditioning serviced. We contacted the company via email on their website and the response was prompt. Following the response we were contacted by the office personnel who were both knowledgeable, accommodating to our time and very patient and professional. The technician called to advise he was on his way and arrived promptly at the estimated time frame. The technician was likewise professional, patient and very thorough. Service contracts for home products such as regular service to A/C, Air, Plumbing concerns were new to us, but we signed to the second tier product which we believe meets our needs. I would highly recommend Wickstrom Plumbing and they are now our "go to" for the services mentioned.
