Wink Bingo The whole company

I won £32400 on Friday 9th June 2023 and the company are refusing to pay I have emailed all the email addresses given and they have all not got back to me which is one of the worse customer service going, I am not happy how this has been handled the account being used is Laurz4sm and they have now blocked the account which is not impressive, a lawyer has stated that I have won the money fairly and this money should still be paid out

Iam currently having exactly the same problem with wink bingo.

They really are terribly dishonest.

Many people have also reported their experiences on other platforms.

I have got to see my winnings as a loss now,

Like so many others.

Let’s hope they are investigated soon.

Wink Bingo Account restrictions

Dear sir/madam

My account is singleladies,

d.o.b 25/04/1980

play regularly and today I put money on and won, I had to stop to do stuff in the house. Once I finished I tried to log back in to my account to which it says your account has been restricted. I win that money with my own money. I'm intitiled to that money as u won it off my own money. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years for u to do this is terrible. U have has alot if money from myself. Please could someone help me resolve this please, if someone could continue asap it would be appreciated thank you.

Wink Bingo The live chat safer gambling

I was playing winkbingo i contacted chat to ask about withdrawl she sent a message which I scan red instead of taking my time I said sorry I have dyslexia and she has got my site blocked I have no problem reading writing communicating I am not disabled I have slight dyslexia double letters mainly scan reading was me being lazy but I can fill in passport forms job applications any card of letter just like your terms and conditions I take a bit extra time all I have to do is slow down I am not an at risk gambler this is really embarrassing and the reason for closing my amount is stupid this is not a problem I also have a green sheet I can use but ever need to as my problem is so small all I did was not notice she had replied while I was typing now site has blocked me and I have 453 withdrawl approved but not sent as of yet

Wink Bingo I have withdrawn 5000 from my account and now wink bingo have closed my account

I open the account with wink bingo and I deposited money and I won 5000 pound as soon as I won the miney wink bingo closed my account and didnt inform me till I went in and it was closed and looked up the contact number amd phoned them the reason I got from them was that I need to send documents in to verify who I am like passport proof of address photos and my card so I emailed my all my documents and so I week theu were saying passport is wrong and for 9 days I was sending in passport photos and once my passport was verified now I am getting there is a card on rhe account that I need to proud to them irs mine but the card it's mine and rhat I havent use rhat card ever feel like they are trying all reason not to paid me my money so please can you help me I have done everythink they have asked and also they have told me rhat if I can't proud the card then it's be a third party and that they have wiped the money wen I know that not true

This has also happened to me I have put in a complaint as its an absolute joke I sent all relevant documents they wanted and now my account is closed with 3800 in pending absolute con artists

hi i have been a member of wink for over 10 years 3wks ago i played cup carnival got free spin symbols on every line all reels had stopped then a few seconds later nudged every1 off then 3 days ago i got free spins on same game got 3 of the wilds with matching symbols would of been £400-£600 then a few seconds later nudged all off again spoke to support and they said they will look into it but i wont be refunded any money im furious

Wink Bingo Bingo site and slot games

How can it be possible that you can be member of this site for years and not have any significat wins? The same names appear time and time again as winners in each game and given the number of players, the winnings are a pittance (never enough to be able to cash out). The majority of players are NEVER able to cash out. I have played on average £80 per month for 3/4 years, sad, I know especially when I consider a game JP averages £30 Today having seen the same names come up time and time again, I came to my senses and have excluded myself from this site for 5 years with the intension of splitting £50 a month into my children's bank accounts. Hopefully, in time everyone will see this site for what it really is. It offers very little.

Wink Bingo closed my account when i withdrew money

i hold many accounts with casanova, i have an account with redbus bingo, tasty bingo, wink bingo and posh bingo, i never win on these sites and have never withdrawn off wink bingo before, however after spending £70 via paypal last night via paypal and withdrawing over £100 i log in today to be told my account has been blocked due to security reasons and my money wont be released until this matter is resolved, however the only communication is via email and i am still allowed to log into the other bingo sites that belong to this company, there were no security issues when they were taking hundreds of pounds off me but when i finally get abit back they block my account, i am a single parent and was so pleased to win my money back last night only to recieve an email first thing this morning, please help?

Wink Bingo closef account wont release winnings

i joined wink bingo on the 27th october 2009 and played my free £15 bonus and won nothing. More than two months later a few days ago i deposited £50 into my account and won over £100 and cashed out my winnings. Now wink bingo have disabled my account wont let me withdraw wont let me deposit and have asked for personal documents. They say they cannot verify the ownership of the card! What [censored]! Why didnt they stop me from depositing when i put on £50? They had over two months to verify my card but they didnt and now when i have tried to withdraw they are being difficult! I was victim of fraud a few years ago when over £1700 of my student and bank loan was ripped out of my account! I will not send my personal and private documents to a bingo site. It does not state anywhere on their site that we have to disclose our personal information to them and i beleive we should have that choice. I have been playing on other online bingo sites for months with the same card and they have not had any problems. I have deposited and withdrawn numerous times without any hassle. I am disgusted with them. I have lost out on £50 and my winnings of £110 and am very depressed. I am student and barely get by and this is very unfair. Posh bingo their sister site has done the same to me too. My account does not even exist on there. Why is it not a risk to them whilst depositing. They gladly let you deposit but when it comes to withdrawing they ask for very private documents. There is no way in the world they are getting any of my personal documents. I have suffered enough in the past.They say they do it to every player but the friend that refered me to the site has never verified anything. He was even shocked! I beleive they have ripped off alot of people and this is probably the only site that has so many complaints. I dont plan on sitting back and letting them take my money. I either want my winnings or what i deposited. Has this happened to anyone? I will be informing my friends who play on there too as to what a scam this site is. Where wa sthe verification when i joined. my card has been registered to their site for over two months. Why didnt they stop my deposit. They are greedy con artists who dont like newbies withdrawing and like to cause problems as they know not everyone will disclose their personal identity documents.

hi all, i joined wink on 25/4/2010, i was told if i deposited 10 pounds i would get the chance to spin a wheel and win anything from 15 to 1000 pounds guarenteed to myself within 24 hours, a week later this still wasnt possible, after endless emails, phonecalls live chat iwas told the same thing, the problem will be sent to the technicians.absolutly nobody seemed interested, i explained id joined due to the inncentive of the wheel, , and in all fairness to get that promotion i deposited the 10pounds required, i tried the approch of an email to see if they were prepared to come to an agreed settlement with me and explained that it would give me the trust to enjoy there site due to the fail in the promotion, they refused my offer...in one last attempt i spoke again to somebody by the name of martin on live chat support, again went over the whole scenario and he asked me if 1000 pounds would help, but first he said i have to promise that i have no debts as this was a responsible site! i replied to him that if that question was relevant then why wasnt i asked on joining, he also denyied offering me the 1000pounds, i have evidence of this conversation on email transcript, he then said he was ending the conversation and cut me off.

also earlier in the conversation he asked me to foward an email of my complaint to him and he, d foward it to the appropriate team, i declined this as i wanted higher authority to take my complaint, apparently this isnt possible and all emails go to them first!

i have since contacted them asking them to close my account and reassure me that my bank details will no longer be available on there site, iwas asked if the mistake was on there behalf, i explained once last time the situation and my reply was..."OK HUN WE, LL CLOSE IT, how unproffesional.just shows the level of seriousness they take in your complaints.

Wink Bingo they are conning gits

starts off great i got £15 free won a bit so i deposited a fiver it didnt say at the time to have successful withdrawels that i would need £20 in there and to have played it so as i was saying i have toateld £265 in winnings now and will they let me have it NO they say i need to deposit more £15 and play it thought it was fair as i wanted me winnings so trys to deposit and they wouldnt let me said it was a error on banks side but there is nothing wrong with bank as i was saying i read other complaints here and found out they took money and wanted details they shouldnt actually need so my advice to anyone cut ya losses and get away i have now cancelled my card on the website but this is stupid wink bingo is quite a big site and it sponsers tv programs so why cant they be fair and let real people win.

Wink Bingo Ripped off

Hi I hope I writing to the right people. I am very upset at the way I've been treated by WINK BINGO. I complained to our Gambling commission and they sent me to you. Anyhow I"ve spent many hundreds of pounds at WINK BINGO. Everything seemed great until after not winning for the 100th time I noticed that I NEVER EVER GOT The Jackpot on a few of their machines. These are written in Flash. I have a postgraduate in Multimedia and know how easy it would be to do that in a FLASH game. Never have a jackpot. I thought surely the money I've played on these machines with a ten pence and twenty pence stake I would have got a jackpot it wasn't even for that much just ten or twenty pounds. So I wrote to them about this and said about having the post grad and so on and how I couldn't understand why I hadn't had a jackpot and how it must be fixed. DID they reply and tell me off for saying such a scandalous thing about their website?NO! They ignored me for ages then they sent me an email saying I couldn't be found on their database! Then when I kept emailing they said I didn't exist. I tried logging in as they owed me money and I was told I didn't exist. When I tried to set up a new account they said that my card was registered to another player. They said I'd never been with them.

I COULDN'T Believe this I thought that they may give me some free plays, or tell me something like of course you can win the jackpot etc. but surely their behaviour stinks of GUILT! I have the emails to prove I was a member plus all their others to say I don't exist even though I'd had an email a few days before off them!

PLEASE HELP! They must be ripping people off like they did me and it's a fixed fruit machine. It must be or they wouldn't have acted the way they did. I can't think of anyone else to turn to.

SO I ask for your help now.

Joined up Deposited £200 won £500.withdrew the £500 .next day my account was closed.they wont answer my emails.no help when i call l.Avoid like the plague am not the only one either look up wink bingo wont pay me on google there are lots more people they have not payed

Been playjng wink for about 6years. I have constantly played Twinspin for over 3years and never had a jackpot.
Last week I played over £400 and never had a full feature. The play has changed and you never get all reels the same.

i would like to complain to you about glorious and wink bingo, on the 21st may i loged into my account and there was 800 pounds in it i thought i had won i played a while next time i loged in there was more i went into transactions and so all the deposits .there was three 500 pounds and two 200 pounds in two days .the most i ever deposit at one time is 10 0r 20 pounds.nobody knows my password and i never deposited this i have now got bank fraud onto this but i would like people to know this can happen i still havent got my money back yet 1900 in glourious and 300 in wink.but both sites are aqua bridge end were you deposit.. if this has happend to anyone else i would love to know thankyou karla phillips

i have been playing wink bingo for a while now and have enjoyed it untill now when on the 26th november 2010 i deposited 70 pound and won 200 pound which was good and straight away i withdrew this so it would be processed into my bank, on the 27th this money was reversed back into my bingo account and 140 pound was deposited out of my bank account, i found this out on the 28th because the last time i was on the site was the 26th when i had won the money. i spoke to the live help chat to a lady called megan she basically said that it was me because it was done on my account, and that on the 27th the same games were played that i normally play and that no one can access my account other than me. when i was arguing my point that it wasnt me she told me that my account would be closed and the security team would contact me, i asked what would happen about my money i was then told that a decision would be made by the security team. so at the moment im down by 340 pound and my bingo account has now been closed. has this happened to anyone else and what do i do next?

After depositing some money to play on the online bingo site Wink Bingo, A few days later I checked my online banking and noticed that a total of £35 extra had been taken out than I had deposited. I contacted Wink Bingo and did what they asked and sent copies of my bank statements.
Every time I contacted the security dept. who are based in Gibraltar, I had a reply from a different person each time and they obviously hadn't read my previous emails properly as the kept asking me things that I'd already explained before.
I then noticed a further £10 going from my bank account that I hadn't authorized therefore I asked them to suspend my account until this matter was resolved. The matter was resolved by them telling me that someone else in my household must of used my bingo account (that is password protected) to deposit money. This isn't true and therefore I am taking the matter further to the gaming standards agency and warning people not to deal with Wink Bingo as you could end up losing money without your knowledge instead of trying to win some!

iv put 80 pound on and was gone in about 7 mins I was playing 1 pound ago and the most I won was 3.70 what a joke of a site its been this way for months the money goes in seconds put 20 quid on and you will be lucky to have 5 mins play on the slots the sight use to be grate its all updated now but gone really down hill

I only recently a week ago signed up to wink bingo. Deposited a fiver of that I won 432 yes when I tried to withdraw it said I needed to wager atleast 20 to make withdrawal so I put another 15 in it and played with that then won again and eventually withdrew 1000 2 days to process then the day after it was processed was in my bank. No hassle. It's not a fix. Gambling is a game of chance and luck. It's a mugs game. U have to be in the right place at the right time to win.
