Withholding winnings
I had a 5 fold accumulator placed on 22nd July 2023, I won 4 matches and the final match between PSV vs Augsburg was cancelled but midnite gaming deemed my bet as lost as they seem to think psv vs augsburg match went ahead and psv won which wasn't the case
I checked multiple platforms for results, skysports and ESPN etc all confirmed the match was cancelled and there was no result. I escalated this to midnite gaming but they rejected my complaint and refused to acknowledge my concern. They're withholding my winnings and are in breach of T&Cs

Initially, I opened an account with Midnite and everything seemed to be smooth. I started with a few small bets, and a few weeks later there was larger events going on that weekend so I decided to increase my bets a little, I got an email from Midnite asking me a few questions regarding if I was happy with the amounts I was betting, to which I gave a detailed respond and never received any response back.
From the beginning they always limited betting stakes, and had virtually non-existent customer service but the smooth interface made me believe that it was trustworthy website.
I continued betting with the website for a few more months.
Recently I logged on the Midnite account and wanted to place another bet but they imposed a £100/month limit on my account.
They informed nothing regarding this limit. They made absolutely 0 effort in contacting me regarding anything.
Their customer service is non-existent.
Don't trust this website. Chest the Trust Pilot reviews for more information. It can also be noticed that there have been recent reviews where customers have not been paid.
I can post all evidence of everything including detailed correspondence, screenshots and everything.

I'm still waiting for my money in my account, it's been nearly two weeks and I keep getting the same response, people on chat never respond and I've sent about 50 emails to them and the same excuse all the time, we will get back to you
