On 3/17/2025 paid for 2 pairs of shorts listed as "in stock" when I placed the order. A few hours later they were listed as "backordered" with no estimated date of shipping listed. I never received a notification from ww stating the shorts were backordered. On the page listing all of my previous orders, including this one, this order was listed as "processed" but on "order details" it said "backordered" which is why I had to contact them. The email I received from them said that the estimated date of shipping would be on 6/06/2025 - almost 3 months after I placed the order! This isn't the first time I placed an order that listed the item as "in stock" but a couple of hours later was changed to backordered. It happened last fall when I ordered a sweater listed as "in stock" but then went to "backordered" and it was almost 3 weeks before it shipped after I placed the order. This is an unacceptable business practice that I am tired of dealing with and I am done with ordering anything from woman within, full beauty, et al.

Added Note: Thankfully, I was able to cancel this order and will be receiving a full refund for the items, however, I won't be ordering from them again.
