What is going on? This is second complaint today regarding my delivered orders that still read Processed, and NOT Delivered. Trying to return items and now told I can't get a Happy Return Scan Code cause there is no where in my area to drop off returns. I was dropping them off at FEDEX then you changed it to UPS now there is no where? I'm getting emails, regarding sales etc from WW. However when costumer service sends me emails from either WW or Happy Returns they are not coming thru to me.

1. Update my order status to deliver for both order numbers: [protected] and
[protected]

2. Send me a Happy Return Scan Code and where to drop off returns.

Claimed loss: Loss of my time. I've started this return process with CS at 7:30am this morning and now again at 6pm. Another glitch in your service. Really Disappointing.

Rec'd my order number [protected] on Saturday the 14th. System has not updated to read DELIVERED therefore I am unable to return the items in this order. Talked with customer service via phone, supposedly he sent email twice with a Happy Return number. Never rec'd either emails. Then I chatted on line with someone name Sonda B. all she wanted to do was send me a return label. Claims I don't have a Happy Return place to return items too. I have been using UPS on Cumberland Ave for sometime, now I don't have anywhere to go with a Happy Return # and send items back to?. I don't believe she knows what she is doing unless you guys changed your whole return process.

Why isn't the system updating my order to DELIVERED, then I can continue the return myself. I have no idea what a return label would do for me as in either a credit or gift certificate.
