Cash refund from chaque card not given to me after returning clothes at Woolworth Wonderpark on the 09 October 2023 at 09h31. I was told that the money will reflect in my card after 24 hours, which never happened and it's now over 56 hours. I callef Woolworth after 24 hours, they promised to call me at 15pm and they never did, no one wanted to take the responsibility. I was taken from one person to the other. I called again today 11 October 2023, I was told that the manager is at the meeting, she will attend to my issue after 13h00. When I called again ans spoketo the FBH manager George who tod methat I should wait for the finance manager Tumi who has logged a case to head office as she's gone on lunch. I than requested to speak to the store manager, Daniel who promised to attend to the issue tomorrow the 12 October 2024. At the end of the day, still I did not get my money. I request speedy resolution of this matter and I to make Woolworth Wonderpark aware that they have cost me with their incompetence. Thank you Zandile
