Earlier today after being at the beach me and my daughter went into Woolworth's Beldon. I was talking to her and admittedly didn't see the sign that the check out was closed, the lady that served me was fine but Samratulfuadah Hanif (full name on her badge is Samratulf) made a point of one. Rolling her eyes, but also loud enough for me and my daughter to her " OMG, how stupid are some people, like three people when you were away also came through" ( it was the express check out) she proceed to place the cards blatantly in our faces, if she had explained " sorry but this counter is currently closed you can either proceed to the counters that were open I would have happily gone it was only 10 items, but I have had enough it is bad enough that when you go in they are forever just hanging around and chatting they also use their phones on the shop floor and in general just ignore you like the customer service is horrific I just went there as it is right next to my gym but enough. I generally spend at least a $100 there a day but I would rather walk the extra 10mins to Cole's as I have never ever been called stupid there and especially at Christmas time? Is that how you train your staff? Ignore customers, you do have one great staff the lady that served me has always stopped chatting and open up the cigarette counter but is a shame as that store as a whole is the worst. I never normally complain but enough is enough and I definitely expect an apology.
